The women was is such a rush to get it done! She painted my fingers and even missed a visible spot. I told her that she missed it and she gave me attitude. She put the clear polish on when the nail polish wasn't even dry. The whole time during my experience, I get the feeling they were talking about us and they exchange looks and gave us smirks. Salon wasn't the cleanest and tool seemed to be used by multiple costumers. For example the nail file that was used for my pedicure already had a ton of filing marks on it. My gel manicure a week later is starting to lift and peel off from the bottom up. Definitely a cheaper place but for the same price I've had better experiences. I came in with my friend to get our nails done, her a full set and mine a shellac redo. We waited half an hour passed our allotted appointment time which begs the question what is the point of an appointment time? The lady that did my friend's nails first was rude and snappy. When it was my turn afterwards, she snapped at me loudly enough for the whole store to hear. She was mad I didn't tell her I just wanted shellac because for some reason, she assumed I wanted a full set of acrylics too. She literally laughed at me and yelled "Why didn't you tell me?? Taking them off is going to take forever!" It was so embarrassing especially because the store is so small and I felt like everyone was watching. I don't even know why the woman assumed she knew what I wanted. Maybe I should've told her sooner, but also isn't it her job to ask??? I made an appointment here for my friend and I to get acrylic nails done. I had to pick this place because it was one of the only salons in the area that did acrylics and had more than one nail technician who can do them. I was a bit disappointed that the tables were lined up in front of each other as opposed to side by side for the convenience of socializing with my friend but there was plenty of time to catch up on conversation during the nail drying process. The technicians were efficient and did a great job shaping my nail. There was no pain in the cutting or filing process. Her peer seemed very confused as well and began to clip my nail close to the bed, and then she picked up a broken acryllic nail she found on the floor and began to use it to try and pry the gel off of my nail bed! I couldn't believe it. I let her know that it was painful and she copped an attitude and said it would take an hour to soak. My sunny yellow manicure was so pretty and pristine a week later, that nary a nail was bitten in that time. I know, it's a disgusting habit. I get nervous. But seriously, what kind of regular manicure ever really lasts that long? In that time, I gave blood, baked up a storm, celebrated New Year's and more. Hardly a chip! Despite the millions of nail places to choose from, I drive back to this Infinity Nails from where ever I live! LOVE IT!! Pedicure: 1. Choose a color 2. You start off in a big massage chair with your feet in jacuzzi water (they scrub this down after each patron, which makes me feel better). 3. They scrub you down with an orange scented sugar scrub. It's an exfoliating massage and it is GOOD!! It doesnt tickle. 4. They trim your toenails (if you want) and push back your cuticles with cuticle softener. They also zest off any egregious callouses if you have them (and I do..). 5. Here's where the REAL massage comes in. I love it, they do your feet and calves and the massage alone is worth every penny. Smells like lavender... mmmmm.... *If you talk to them and say it's relaxing, they usually go a little longer than normal* 6. Then they rinse your legs and feet, apply a primer, polish, outer coat to your nails. They have a drying station, but they'll let you sit there to dry (in the massage chair) if they're not busy. Flip flops are free if you bring close toed shoes. Unlike a couple other Yelpers, my pedicure always lasts for at least a couple weeks and looks good. I get compliments on it sometimes! Manicures are good too, I just dont get them as often. They start chipping within 24 hours, but I'm rough on my hands. As if that's not good enough, they're the nicest ladies in the world: 1. They dont make me feel like an ogre for having gnarly feet 2. They talk to me and ask about my day instead of talking to each other the whole time (they do that too, but I never feel like they're discussing me like I have in other places). 3. It's been four weeks and my shellac manicure looks almost as good as new. The only real sign that it hasn't been recently done is the new growth of nail at the base which has no polish. The shellac costs $30 and is well worth the money for how well it holds up. I can mess up a polish job just by looking at my hands funny, so to have great looking nails a month later is almost unbelievable. The two biggest disadvantages with shellac are the limited color selections and the removal process sucks (soaking your nails in pure acetone). However, if you tend to have chipped, ratty nails like I do, the shellac may be worth it. Not only does the polish last, but I haven't cracked, chipped, or broken any nails either. They take walk-ins, but at least on Sunday it may be worth calling for an appointment as they were slammed and it was a 20 minute wait. The gal was nice, if not overly friendly, and very efficiently but thoroughly moved through the manicure process. My only complaint is that my nails weren't filed quite as smoothly round as I would've liked, but that's a minor quibble. If you're after pure perfection, go to a high end salon and pay double to triple what you do here. For me, the quality and the price combined with the convenient location, makes this 'as good as it gets'. read more

Been going here now for four years after trying other places a few times and I know these ladies are the best! They do awesome acrylics She even did a cute striped design on my nail. They don't rush you out and they remember you and how you like your nails done. They are bright, cheerful and kind. I also get gel manicures here and they are great, they last for two weeks if not more! The pedicures are by far the higest quality in town. Included in the spa pedi is time spent for an exfoliating and a moisturomzimg massage. They have new chairs and lots of gel colors (regular colors are good but limited OPI). Not a good nail salon, but not horrible either. I got really good service the last time I was in and the woman who did my pedicure did a great job, 5 stars for her. My manicure really sucked though tbh. I specifically asked her not to file so much (you can only get so many shellac manis before the filing thins your nails) and she assured me over and over again that my nails were not thin. Literally the very next morning I had a huge crack down my left pointer finger nail and hand to get another manicure somewhere else. I don't get it. Why not just file less instead of fighting me? I actually went here for the waxing, not the mani/pedis. Leg waxing, specifically - while this is a relatively nice place, the fact of the matter is that it's one of those dive nail salons and I'm not sure if I'd really trust them with my eyebrows. But for something like leg waxing, the price can't be beat and neither can the location. Twenty five dollars for a half-leg? Not to mention, the waxer definitely went up above my kneecap to where the hairs dwindle into invisibility, anyway. On Broadway? Sold. She didn't even pester me overmuch with sales - she asked once if I wanted a pedicure, but when I said no the subject was not brought up again. Not much else was said, really, which was fine. I actually prefer my beauticians to be a little less chatty - there's only so much that you have to say when you're having hair ripped out of your body. It's not the most attractive place in the world, and it doesn't have any specialty spa lotions or waxes to choose from. Not to say that it's not clean, because to my knowledge it is, but if you want a decadent spa experience, you won't find it here. This place is pretty utilitarian - nice utilitarian, but nothing fancy. And this definitely shows in the price, which is great. Sometimes I might want to really pamper myself, but most of the time I'd rather save the money and just have the procedure done without the bells and whistles. Since I despise shaving, this place might actually enable me to wax as often as I'd like because it's so cheap. The place is clean, and kind of small. They take walk ins but you have to practically tackle someone to get their attention if no one is standing at the front counter when you walk in. I stood there for about 10 minutes before sitting down and waiting for someone to come check me in/ask me what I wanted or whatever. Then some girl walks in and marches right past the counter up to a women who is giving another patron a pedi, and basically yells at her asking if they have time to give her a manicure before they close. What? They seat her right away... wtf am I doing being polite? Guess that doesn't fly here. In any case once I'm seated the ladies are very nice, not pushy, no up-selling, and I didn't get the "crap, they're talking about me in whatever-ese" feelings you sometimes get in nail salons. Foot soak/ lower calf massage included, and they have pretty comfy massage chairs for the pedis. Pretty good prices, and my polish stayed on for 2 weeks before you started to see the little space by the cuticals - but no chipping. (Not in love with the polish selection, so maybe bring some if you don't want a choice of 50 different shades of pink and red). read more

My friend recommended them and goes often for acrylics. It was more affordable than most but I regret going. I wanted a shellac mani and regular pedi ($53) It wasn't busy and I sat right down. So far so good. Pedicure was great, detailed, well done, don't love the rounded shape they filed but more buffing /scrub than some places 3.5 stars. My problem was my manicure. They left the foils and acetone on me way too long because they were busy painting their own staff's nails. They filed my beautiful long nails down way too far and ruined the shape. You need a little buff for gels but they just kept buffing while talking. I feel bad, I could tell she put effort to paint them well, but now my nails are super weakened, thin from over buffing, and I'm stuck with this awful oval shape and they're chipping! Day one! Had my first manicure in 2.5 years at Infinity about 10 days ago. I rarely spoil myself with such luxuries as I'm perfectly capable of cutting, filing, and painting my own fingernails, but I was feeling particularly crummy and my friend and I needed a pick-me-up like whoa. We went to Infinity about 3 pm on a Tuesday and we were the only people in the salon besides a woman napping at the foot spa. We were waited on immediately and given time to banter about the merits of various day-glo shades of polish (I picked a brilliant turquoise). My nails were trimmed into a nice, short, square shape, and they were all even, unlike the last manicure I received elsewhere. The hand and wrist massage was to die for--I'd gladly spend the money just for that. I appreciated that there was very little chatting during the manicure, so I was able to just chill out. The one thing that threw me for a loop was that one of the women working was having an argument with someone on the phone whilst doing my friend's polish--this was a bit jarring and rude, but it is what it is. At the last minute, I asked for some freehand black line art on my turquoise nails, and the gal working on me capitulated without a glance and did a stellar job. My manicure lasted about 4-5 days without chipping and cost $20, including the art. Definitely worth the time and money, and I'll be going back to Infinity for certain. read more

Convenient location, great foot massage, but really small polish selection (they carry OPI and Orly). They offer happy hour prices Monday-Thursday during the day (I forget the exact hours) which is kind of nice especially since my regular nail salon discontinued their happy hour deal. Unlike the other reviewer I didn't experience any issues with the technician forgetting things or not doing stuff, but then again I don't have my heels shaved either (but the girl next to me had it done and she didn't have to ask...I really think they evaluate based on the condition of your feet). They were pretty busy and I ended up having to wait about 15 minutes or so but they had plenty of magazines to keep me occupied. The credit card machine was working when I was there on Friday. I might give them a second visit as long as I bring my own polish for my pedicure. read more

Wax On! When you enter, you see the nail technicians and the pedi chairs - you might think, "What? They Do Eyebrows?". The answer is yes, they really do. While I typically love threading, Infinity does a fantastic job with waxing. I love that I don't have to make an appt. and that I can walk in anytime. They are open on Sundays - which is a bonus.
