I don't get my nails done often because I don't find the process relaxing usually and if I spend that much time in there, I feel like I need some nail art or something I can't do at home which other places can't do intricate nail art, but this spot is perfect! She got me in so fast, and I could not be happier with everything. Her space is *pristine* - I have never seen a nail space so clean. I'm talking hospital-level clean. It is so clear that she is passionate about what she does, and her skill level is next level. She shaped my short, natural nails perfectly, and even identified some high stress areas (I work with my hands) and filed in such a way to reduce future breakage. We did a beautiful semi transparent pink polish that complimented my undertones, and she suggested a subtle French tip which I absolutely love. The end result is a super subtle, super beautiful "my nails but better" look that I adore. My only gripe? - that I live in Philadelphia and she's in Seattle and I can't see her every two weeks. Over the summer, I got a classic gel manicure and gel pedicure here for a special occasion. I was excited to give this place a try as I read the good reviews under new management. I came early morning and was the only customer inside. During my pedicure, my toe was cut and it started bleeding and hurting. I understand accidents can happen and was calm about it. However, I was then surprised that the tech tried to hide the mistake by pouring blue liquid over my toe whenever I looked away and moving on with the rest of the pedicure as if my toe was not bleeding or in pain. It was stinging from the liquid. The tech tried to cover up their mistake so I wouldn't notice but I spoke up multiple times to say that my toe is hurting from the cut and there was silence from both techs who were doing my manicure and pedicure. They continued on without pausing and checking to see how I was doing even after I told them it hurts. I was very uncomfortable throughout the rest of the service. I fully paid for my services $100+ at the end including tip but did not leave satisfied. No discounts were offered and I barely got an apology. My toe was in pain as I walked away and was so scared of it getting infected. I don't think this is acceptable service. There was a lack of accountability, professionalism, and care/comfort for the customer.

This was my go to spot for over 5 years! TUIT has been amazing, her work is no doubt.... she does it her job well BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I'm not a person to complain or write yelp review but i feel like this was my only way! I made an appointment and they it was a ni show! Told me she was coming, had me wait for an hour knowing that she wasn't. Wen i asked them to help me instead of me waiting , they kept telling me that she was coming! N I asked over and over again how much longer! So. After an house i had to leave and asked them to have tuit call me. Never got a call, so I call back asked told me she informed that ppl that she wasn't coming for an hour! Anyway I'm very frustrated at this point because this isn't the 1st time doing this so I tell her I'm upset this isn't okay to treat someone! Instead of fixing the problem THEY TOLD ME TO GI FIND A NEW PLACE.... i mean wat in the actual fuck... where is their loyalty? I have been customer for over 5 years.... got my nails done there every other week with pedicure and mind you I TIP THEM 30-40% all the time n this is the treatment i get??????? GO FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE?????????? How bout be responsible and admit that u fucked up n try to fix the issue instead??? How wrong was I! My index finger was full on bleeding and I had to tell her to stop so I could clean it. I didn't even let her do my other hand or apply polish. I just wanted to pay and get out of there to apply Neosporin. Now my fingers and toes hurt so bad and I wish I wasn't so patient. Hopefully their sanitization process is better than their mani/pedis!!!!!!! There was no apology either. The lady who did my friends nails seemed really nice, just beware of who you get!

I believe it was the owner who had done my nails and she was very kind and sweet. I asked for pointy acrylics painted white and with silver diamonds embedded at the base of my nails. The process seemed fine at first until I noticed I had acquired multiple cuts on my fingers. I didn't want to make a big deal since it seems common for me. The shape of my nails were off and I had to ask her to reshape them even after the paint job... I think I just had my last straw when I realized the paint job was terrible. It was so messy, I could have easily done a better job painting my nails myself. When the diamonds were placed on they weren't even in the middle! I'm not gonna lie I was pretty pissed and didn't want to yell and act like a total diva but once I had gotten home and went through my day I realized I couldn't do anything without cringing or crying. It turns out she had filed the sides of my nails way too much exposing my skin! I can't even do simple tasks like opening a door. Here's one star for the customer service.
