Probably the worst nail salon I've been to I didn't even come here for a mani or a pedi - just to remove my old gel polish I thought it would be simple enough and anyone could do it - Wrong! Make a same day appt and was told to come in one hour - arrived right on the dot and had to wait another 16 min to get helped Place smelled like acetone and nail product so keep in mind if you have a sensitivity Nail tech was very agressive with my nails - day me down at nail table closest to the cashier She soaked my nails in pure acetone straight but for one hand started to rip off my gel nail before putting it in acetone - I tried to tell her I was hurting and we need to soak in acetone first but she didn't even say sorry and kept doing what she was doing She was very aggressive and unfriendly the whole time complaining that my gel was so hard to take off She also took off some gel polish on my toes and threw my shoes down next to me when we went to the pedicure chair She even left some color on my nail and I pointed out to her and again she didn't say sorry but defended herself telling me she can't take it off because my nails are too weak, what??? When she started removing gel on my toes I asked her: should I remove my shoes because she started removing the polish when I was still at the manicure station and she gave me a "well duh of course idiot" kind of attitude which made me feel terrible I even asked her some questions about my toes and she didn't even answer my question. Also rushed me out of the salon barely putting on some repair too coat and asking my constantly after only 1 min next to the fan; are you done yet? I've also done a same-day walk-in with success and only ~15 minutes of waiting too! For a basic manicure (both regular and gel), I think they're able to do a pretty solid job! If you come in with screenshots and ideas of more complex ones, it tends to be a little bit more hit or miss depending on the nail tech who's doing it. Before coming into Infinity I had a terrible manicure done at another salon. The nail tech was very kind and knowledgeable in how to fix my acrylic nails. Great care was taken to shape the nails and clean up my cuticles without any pain or roughness. I have been going to Infinity nails for about five years now. I had to take a hiatus during Covid, but after being fully vaccinated this place was one of my first stops this week. I went in today to have a full acrylic nail set done, and it is just as beautiful as I remember. The staff is always very nice and professional. Good vibes all around, I can safely say this is my favorite happy places to visit. Prices are very reasonable, and the work done is high quality. I would go nowhere else for my nails or pedicure! Yes I absolutely love this place. The best part has to be the prices. It reminds me of San Francisco back in the day. You can walk in and get your nails and toes done and they're absolutely beautiful and it's less than $60 bucks. i'm not tack in jail or acrylics I'm just talking basic nails. No and should have to pay a fortune to have a pedicure done but everybody should have one in their life. Me I get them done once a month and have been doing it for probably 25 years. So I can appreciate a quality great price pedicure of people who know what they're doing. Cause I don't like people touching my feet that don't know what they're doing or leave my nails long or not get the bottoms clean of all the rough stuff. They also I'm dead a manicure on my man's hands and feet and they took really great care of them. Hooray for Julie! I think I've tried about five different places and I decided on this place. I remember scheduling an appointment an one salon in the same area a long time ago and they were rude about me being a little late (transportation was slow) and gave my spot. I came here as a walk in and was seen right away. Fast forward to now! The place itself is tiny but everyone there is nice and welcoming. I get my nails done almost every week and a half (quite obsessed with them looking perfect) and after soooo many failed and disastrous fills I made an appointment here. I was seen by Julie and after getting my fill my nails were perfect! I was a bit scared because I had a new set put on from my favorite nail tech in Lacey but I rarely get a chance to go back since moving to Seattle. Everything was beautiful! A few things that could be worked on is making the nails a little more straight at the tips and cleaning underneath - I remind her myself about that. Also, there is such a small selection of gel colors - if they could get more that would make the place so much more popular. read more

This is my backup go to spot for acrylic fills when my usual lady at a salon closer to my apartment is unavailable or out of town. I'd come here and make this my primary spot but it's farther from my apartment and parking in Capitol Hill is an absolute nightmare. I love the colors offered here and feel like they have an even bigger selection of fun (chrome, glittery, non standard) gel options than my other spot. I have gotten Julie twice as my nail tech and she's done a great job. The rose gold chrome (pictured) that I recently got is superrrr sparkly and I have received several compliments on it already. I will consider coming here more often when I'm craving atypical, unique gel fills... which is highly likely to happen. read more

I recently got my nails done at this nail salon, two days later two of my nails chipped so I went in to get them fix, but the lady who did my nails was not only super rude to me but she said it was my fault that happened, which its not true...she said she could fix them but that I have to pay. Once again...she was super rude, she didn't even said hello back to me when I walked in. Anyway, I left very disappointed by her rude attitude, I was just trying to support their business during these times, thought they will be happy to get a client more often since I'm always around that area. But this gets worst....I saw the owner outside the store yesterday, I said hello and tried to give her feedback about what happened, but she completely ignored me and pretty much laugh in my face, only thing she said was oh.....sorry, gave me a fake smile and left me there standing.... horrible and super rude attitude, you can't have a business when you treat people that awful. They are in business because of people like us, we deserve good service, good treatment and respect. I never write bad reviews, this is my first one ever, I wasn't even going to write a review, but after what happened yesterday I thought people should know. I have been coming here for over a year and a half. I get acrylic nails and if I go anywhere else, I am usually left impatient as it takes a while to get them done. But at Infinity, the women who do the acrylics have over 10 years experience and i always love my nails. I am in and out, sometimes even in 45 minutes. I receive compliments every day for my nails. The girls know I like my nails long and they know the shape that I like. Very good color selection with shellac. I don't know why anyone would get anything besides shellac personally. I'm not super picky about where I get my pedicures but this place ruined my toenails so I feel like I need to leave a warning for others. I got a pedicure here about a month ago and had no real complaints until I took the polish off and saw how damaged my nails are now! The top layer is basically white from whatever crazy chemicals they used as a base coat. I guess I should give them credit for a pedicure that lasted so long but I'd rather have my healthy nails back. A couple notes that would convince me to go somewhere else anyway: Very limited OPI color selection Strong chemical odor / lack of ventilation My advice: find another salon if you care about keeping your nails healthy. read more

My nail techs were polite, but they rushed through my gels even though there was no one waiting. My pedicure turned out nicely, but the lady who did my hands was very rough with them and made my cuticles bleed twice. During the massage part of the manicure, she began punching my arm repeatedly (and quite roughly) in a vertical motion... I was visibly uncomfortable and she did not stop, so as she began the other arm I told her it wasn't necessary and began to collect my things. I found this method unprofessional and unjustly forceful. This place is good for the price. I stopped by today for a manicure and eyebrow wax--both were way overdue. There was no judgement on my delay. Despite the other reviews there were many colors to choose from. I was asked what shape and length I wanted my nails. I said square for strength and a standard length. The squares are a tad sharp and a little uneven. Meh, it's a $13 manicure. The same cosmetologist did the waxing. She took a lot of detail in the wax and skipped the tweezing, which was great. I can handle the wax but the tweezing hurts. It's convenient and cheap. read more

This is a great nail salon that is about two blocks from the light rail station. It's super easy to get to for me. It's a small salon but they offer a lot of different shellac colors. I came here for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The nail technicians were quick and efficient and did a fantastic job on my pedicure as well as my manicure. This picture shows exactly 1 week since I did them in this salon. They look pretty bad. So let me tell you, while they were doing my pedicure, they were doing my manicure at the same time. Gel manicure to be specific. The lady was working super fast with my nails without paying attention at all, she cut the nails with a nail clippers, very unprofessional and super fast cutting some corners of nail shorter then the other corner, so the shape of nail was like a messed up oval, you can not even call it an oval. Then other thing that bothered me the most: after scratching the nail of the old gel, the nail had a lot of stuff on it that I EXPECTED THEM TO CLEAN IT, TO MAKE IT SMOOTH AND NICE FOR THE GEL LAYERS. BUT THEY DID NOT. I saw them grabbing the gels so I started cleaning some of it with my nails to make it somehow better. If you ladies from this place are reading it, please slow down and focus on the nails, don't be super fast, be professional, we live with this nails for about 2 weeks and look at them a lot. A lot of clients are detail oriented, so all that stuff you leave on the nail before applying the gel, the crappy inaccurate shape of nail you do when cutting/filing without paying attention, probably irritates every one as it irritated me. You are doing great just be a little more professional if you want the clients to come back. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED here. I went here on a whim because it was close to my hotel. They did a great job on my nails, I love my gel manicure. When I got my eyebrows waxed at the end, something they put on afterwards burned like NO OTHER. After I left I noticed huge red welts on my face. Now those welts are scabs. I called and told them what happened and the lady gave me a half hearted apology offering no refund. Hopefully this doesn't scar long-term. read more

Ive come here a few times as my backup spot other than my usual nail place in kent. Everytime I have come in I have called ahead of time to make an appointment because I know they do get busy. I think I have had Kim and Julie do my nails but I dont remember. Both of the times though when I first came in, I waited 10-15 min before finally getting started; and thats with an appointment. Its okay with me though because I know things happen and I understand. The nail techs here are so nice! They actually reached out and tried to have a conversation with me rather than do my nails in silence. They are great at acrylics and very gentle. The place isnt clean or stylish, but they do good work and I can tell that they fit in a lot of people during the day and want to make it work (i see them take a lot of walkins while Im seated). We were walk-ins on a Saturday afternoon, helped immediately and done in 40 minutes, maybe less. Part of this was due to the fact that we each had a "glam squad" of two people working on us. I didn't feel like they sacrificed quality for speed...my toes still look impeccable a week later. My fingernails started chipping after a couple days, but that's normal for me. $33 mani/pedi.
