I arrived at the location, just now. The door man would not allow me to come in, and no one is answering the phone. There were no directions on the website to circumvent this occurrence. Online booking is disabled. I wasted my time coming here.

I have been Leila Klein's client for over a year now and have used her for manicures, pedicures and facials. I return because she not only does an outstanding job and is the most detailed aesthetician I've ever had, she also accommodates my schedule and mood and adapts accordingly. She offers a waterless pedicure so don't be surprised there is no soaking. The polish lasts much longer than other "wet" mani/pedis, it's a much more sanitary process and you still get hot towels, paraffin, etc that results in super soft skin. She makes my 50+ feet, that have been used and abused with running, cycling, hiking, skating and skiing over the years, look soft and supple. Thank you Leila!

Leila is a gem, true find. Not only does she use top products and techniques but she is incredibly personable with fun energy. Her location is clean, smells great and you feel completely safe. And luckily it's one on one which puts you at ease during these times.

Updating my review because I'm disappointed in my results. I was only given one layer of gel & after a week and a half, it started to peel off heavily. I hated the way it looked so I've now completely removed the gel I had done at the salon. It should not have been that easy to do, it usually has to be removed at the salon. I wish I could say better things because I did enjoy my time at the salon. It has a great view of the space needle & my nail lady was so sweet.

Leila was able to get me in for a last minute appointment and I am SO happy that I found her! She was incrediblysweet and gave me one of the greatest manicures I've ever had. Highly recommend her for a flawless mani! Follow up: my manicure lasted for exactly four weeks before chipping. Hands down one of the longest lasting manicures I've seen!

I'm visiting from out of town for a conference and I chipped a nail at the airport. I checked Yelp and found Leila and she was able to get me in the next morning. She was incredibly sweet and did a great job on my mani. The space was a little hidden but she texted me that I had to enter next door to the Ace Hardware, 1913 4th Ave, so I found it no problem. The space was super cute with nice sunny windows. Thanks for a beautiful mani Leila!

You can see the ragged edge of my cuticles.

I scheduled mani pedis for my daughter and Me. When I arrived I was immediately disappointed because it is only Leila in the shop so it had to be done one at a time, and - there was no foot soak. In spite of that, I was willing to give it a chance. But when all was said and done, I did not get a massage nor did my daughter, as described in services I paid for. And the cuticle care was done with an electric tool that spun. It actually hurt. And by the next day, my cuticles were ragged like they are when clipped instead of properly cared for. Plus my daughter is a smoker and Leila made some rude remarks regarding the smell on my daughter and Leila's sensitivity. Nothing on her website says anything about that. And in a business full of smells, some of which can be intense, it was very surprising. All in all, it was THE most expensive manicure and pedicure I have ever had, and is the second worst one I have ever had. I was very disappointed

    Engagement nails thanks to Leila

Over the summer, I got a classic gel manicure and gel pedicure here for a special occasion. I was excited to give this place a try as I read the good reviews under new management. I came early morning and was the only customer inside. During my pedicure, my toe was cut and it started bleeding and hurting. I understand accidents can happen and was calm about it. However, I was then surprised that the tech tried to hide the mistake by pouring blue liquid over my toe whenever I looked away and moving on with the rest of the pedicure as if my toe was not bleeding or in pain. It was stinging from the liquid. The tech tried to cover up their mistake so I wouldn't notice but I spoke up multiple times to say that my toe is hurting from the cut and there was silence from both techs who were doing my manicure and pedicure. They continued on without pausing and checking to see how I was doing even after I told them it hurts. I was very uncomfortable throughout the rest of the service. I fully paid for my services $100+ at the end including tip but did not leave satisfied. No discounts were offered and I barely got an apology. My toe was in pain as I walked away and was so scared of it getting infected. I don't think this is acceptable service. There was a lack of accountability, professionalism, and care/comfort for the customer.
