Very reasonably priced and did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back. Clean salon in a decent area too.

My BFF and I were visiting the area and have been meaning to get manicures. It initially caught my eye because it was a brightly lit shop, had a sign that said walk-ins welcome, was empty, and had decent pricing. Gel manicures were $31, removal $10, design $10. We were told we could take seats and were promptly helped. Huong helped me and did a great job. It wasn't perfect, but I felt like she took care in her work. She completed my mani, gave me a nice/firm hand massage, and hot towel. It all felt marvelous. My friend had to have their old gel polish removed. Huong helped them and also did her interpretation of cow print. My friend LOVED it and that is all the matters! We both left happy customers and appreciated Huong's personable approach to nail care. Thank you!

I moved to town 4 weeks ago from NJ, so as it happens, I was in need of a fill-in. I have UV builder gel overlay (NOT acrylic) on my natural nails. I started with extensions years ago and eventually grew them out enough that now my actual/natural nails are the base of the overlay. I do not use acrylic powder on my nails anymore since I began to grow them out. When I did acrylics, they ALWAYS lifted and really damaged my nails. The UV gel just works better on my nails, lasts longer, and does not lift. I called around to multiple nail salons in Queen Anne & Belltown (and by multiple I mean every single one) and this was the only one that said they could do a UV builder gel fill-in. Since I am still carless and have to Uber everywhere, I called once again before I left my house to reconfirm that they can do UV builder gel and NOT acrylic. The woman who answered the phone assured me that they could, so I made my way over for a 5:45pm appointment. Well, it turns out, NO UV GEL. The nail tech took out the acrylic powder and liquid and I immediately stopped her. "I asked if you have gel on the phone and you said you did. I called twice, do you have gel?" She insisted that "this is powder gel." I said, "no it is not. There is no such thing as that. Do you have gel?". "This IS powder gel". Again, NO IT IS NOT. It was acrylic powder (has a very distinct smell!). Furthermore, there is no such thing as "powder gel". I even went on my phone and googled it (try it!) in front of her. At this point, I just had to get my nails done so I was like "okay lady. FINE." I made the trip. Whatever. She started doing my fill, all the while I am pretty pissed off that this woman has lied to me multiple times, but she's not doing a bad job so I'm dealing. I know these are going to lift off in a week or two, but by then I will be in NJ for the holidays and a legit nail tech who knows what they are doing can give me a new set (sorry I'm not sorry, Seattle, but you don't know shit about nails). We get to the end and she takes the drill to file underneath the tip of my nails. Most techs do this to prevent lifting, just to the very tip of the extended nail. WELP, SHE FILED/DRILLED OFF MY ENTIRE NATURAL NAIL. I immediately said, "Stop! Please do not do that. Those are my real nails." And she said "Oh! Ok. Sorry." And proceed to KEEP DOING IT. Beneath the overlay, she just went to town on almost every nail, forcibly grabbing my fingers even though I asked her to stop multiple times. Finally, I forcefully told her to "STOP filing off my natural nail! That is my real nail!" And she told me to go wash my hands. As I'm washing I'm assessing the damage and I can see that she's drilled off my natural nail underneath 6 of my nails. I started to cry at the sink. It took me YEARS to finally get my nails to grow. I was and still am devastated. I was so upset I would not allow the tech to put color on me, I just wanted to leave. When I asked her why she did that, and why she lied to me about the initial service she responded with silence. This woman had absolutely nothing to say. Not even an apology. Stay away from this place! And if anyone in the Seattle area has recommendations for LEGITIMATE nail salons, please share!

Stopped in for the first time and I will be a regular client now. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The appointment was easy to make by calling the number on their site. I opted in for the luxury mani and pedi. It was worth every penny and luxury was exactly what it was. Afterwards, my feet and hands were smooth and I was completely relaxed. I opted in for the paraffin this time but will likely add the hot stones as well to top this ultimate relaxation. Can't wait until the next time to stop in.

Dip base and gel designs that look like a toddler did them

In a sea of nail salons, this one is not special by any means. The staff is really kind but they said they could do designs and left my nails looking like a toddler did them. overpriced too. Avoid going here for designs and manicures. They went too short on my cuticles. Overall bad experience and will not be back.

Little cute family owned salon. Nail tech took their time and made sure I was satisfied before I left.

They are open! I loved this place before COVID-19 and love it even more now. Family run business, so I know all of the nail artists and they are doing a great job at abiding by new health guidelines. Masks are required, they sanitize everything before and after (some items are single use now) and they are very respectful at keeping as much space between us. I've only ever seen one other person here at the same time I am, so no worries of overcrowding. I get my gel done here and it lasts about 2-3 weeks (lasted 5 on my toes during covid lol...), and they always help out when I need a quick fix. Definitely recommend!

    Dipping powder manicure

I was in a hurry and ended up coming here. Got dipping powder manicure ($50) and a regular pedicure ($29). If they have to remove gel off your nails its an extra $5-$10. The lady who did my manicure was a bit rough but did the job quick. She also came up with a quick solution for a broken nail I had (put on a tip on just that nail for no charge). The lady who did my pedicure was gentle and gave a great massage. Because of her im changing my review from 3 stars to 4. If you're okay with a few ouches here and there in exchange for quickness, this is the right place. If you're looking for spa treatment, this isnt the place for you. Decent spot but definitely don't expect anything fancy. Update: Changing this to 2 stars because of my most recent experience. The same lady did my dipping powder manicure. She cut one of my fingers pretty bad and didn't acknowledge it. She also charged me an extra $5 at the end ($55 instead of $50) with no clear reason. I called before I came in to make an appointment and she confirmed the price was $50 over the phone. When I asked her about it it seemed like she made up a reason. I'm not sure if there was miscommunication hence me not giving less stars but definitely didn't get a good vibe. I probably won't be coming back here.

I went to this place despite the low ratings because it's close to my home. Pros: - Reasonable prices - Quick service - Don't need appointments Cons: - They damage your nails my removing multiple layers of the nail when taking off dip nails - Cuticles are cut far too deep. My skin bled a little after. - Questionable sanitary practices. The woman dipped my nail directly in the original powder. I wondered how many other hands were in the same containe

The cuts I received on my pinky and fourth finger as well as the large cut from ripping off my thumb nail.

I went in for a simple acrylic removal and they used an acrylic nail to violently rip off my nails without using acetone to soak it filling before hand and ended up ripping off part of my nail and left me bleeding in the salon. I told them not to touch that nail and just shape my other nails and add a protective clear coat and in doing that they ended up cutting me on two of my other fingers. In the end they charged me $28 despite all the damages they did to my nails.

Came here earlier today with a friend and service was spectacular! I got a gel manicure for $35, and my friend got a regular manicure for $25. My nails were in terrible shape, and the woman who did my nails did a wonderful job making them look amazing! Will definitely be back. Was a super cute, clean salon.

    Classic Gel Manicure

I've been searching for a new permanent nail salon since moving from Downtown to Lower Queen Anne and I'm so happy I finally found this place! The staff is very friendly, professional, and does an excellent job! The prices are very reasonable and the salon is extremely clean, well-maintained, and inviting. I ended up getting the classic manicure and pedicure with a burgundy gel polish. All proper safety measures are being taken and everyone is wearing a mask and using clean gloves. I will definitely be returning here again and bringing my roommate with me next time too!

This salon is very clean and well maintained. I went here on a recommendation from co-workers. Made an appointment and was a bit early. I was the only customer. It was a Wednesday afternoon. The lady that did my nails was FAST. I was impressed with that. Just a standard gel manicure. My fingers look way better than when I went in. Not very welcoming though. No idle chit chat which was ok just odd. Another employee came in as I was getting a quick hand massage and they began talking to each other. My whole sit down time was probably 20 minutes. Super efficient. Next I had my eyebrows waxed and that was super fast too. I love them as well. I would probably go again. I'm just going to be further away now. $28 for gel manicure and $12 for eyebrows. Pretty standard!
