Great Massage! 10 stars. Everything else is meh. The lobby couch area is cold emotionally and actually - and not somewhere that feels good to linger in. The instructions for parking are confusing. The whole parking thing almost pretty much ruins the whole experience. Walk, bike, bus, take a Lyft, so anything but drive here. The process to validate your ticket and then use the ticket to get in the elevator is also not chill. The massage was amazing.

I had a facial by savanna and a massage from Andrea and both were amazing, very welcoming, kind and respectful. Overall so relaxing!! My skin felt so glowy and hydrated after & Andrea really was thoughtful about my massage concerns. All the amenities were so clean & nice. Peter at the front desk also was so kind and welcoming! I highly recommend.

Went for my 1st facial on my bday (10% discount day of btw!) and had a TRULY stellar experience. Booked my service last minute Wednesday night for Thursday morning. Plenty of cheap street parking nearby. You walk into an inconspicuous doorway, get greeted by the front desk staff who walks you back to the lockers with a choice of water or herbal tea. There you get into a cozy robe and slippers and get shown the cozy space you'll hang out till it's time for your service. Dim lighting, fairy music, comfy chairs! While I have no basis for comparison, I know a good service when I see one. I was lucky to get the owner, julia, who has 17 years of esthetician experience. She read my notes and catered the service to my needs. She had a gentle but firm touch and was great about checking in and giving information/questions to make the service as good as it could be. I got the signature facial ($135) and ended up adding on the acne peel for only $25. With tip it cost $178. As a labor worker on a treat-yo-self date I was worried about the cost not being worth it, but I'd do it again!! I left feeling like a little glowy slug. A lovely experience.

After looking over all the photos, I selected the "Tent Suite." I liked the day bed, in addition to the big tub. The massage itself was relaxing - don't expect a deep tissue or anything. I asked for extra firm pressure before and during the massage, but we never really quite got there. No problem, though, because I was super relaxed and almost fell asleep. We booked it on Friday and planned for a 12:00-2:50 p.m. couples massage on Saturday. We got up on Saturday and started driving, even allowing for a 30-minute buffer time. The GPS said we would arrive at 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, our car, which we have never had problems with before, had just died on the highway. We were 30 minutes away, and it was an hour prior to 12 when the incident occurred, so I called them and let them know what was going on. I had hoped that they would be understanding and waive the cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total price. Thinking they would be understanding and flexible enough to even rebook me another day so we could still experience this and 100% pay them, because why would we not? That's not at all what happened. Management said that the masseuses still had to get paid somehow, and even after experiencing this emergency with our car, we still had to pay the 50% cancellation fee. We will absolutely not be returning, due to this company's lack of understanding and flexibility with its customers.

I went in because I like the pictures of the tiles and enjoy the aesthetic of the building and the facility did not disappoint. Shortly after getting situated in the sauna, I quickly realized that people were talking (full volume) and carried on the whole time. After about 45 min of internal screaming, I changed back to my street clothes. There no way I would survive 2 hours of of conversation when I'm trying to relax. Once I got back to the front counter, the staff was super nice and understanding. They apologized for my experience and comped me. While I can't recommended this place for someone who wants a Zen experience like myself, I can see the appeal for people just trying to hang out and unwind in a healthier setting than a bar.

I specifically asked the receptionist whether there were female staff members because I was already feeling uneasy. I was told that the person doing my body scrub and the massage staff were female, but throughout the facility the only employees I physically saw were men, which added to my discomfort. I was also required to hand over a personal item of value before beginning the experience. That immediately raised concerns for me, as it did not make me feel secure or comfortable entering the facility. What I initially wanted was simply a tour or walkthrough of the facility before fully participating, but I was informed that I was required to shower and prepare before even being allowed to see the spa area itself. At that point, my discomfort and intuition were strong enough that I no longer felt safe proceeding. The environment did not feel welcoming or secure to me, and I decided not to continue with the services. If motel 6 was a spa I'd be this

The "lap pool" was 84 degrees which is way too warm for actual lap swimming. The locker situation was also frustrating. Day pass guests can only use lockers on the pool deck, not in the locker room, which defeats the purpose if you come prepared with clothes to change into after showering -- there's nowhere secure or convenient to store your belongings inside the locker room itself. On top of that, the locker room wasn't very clean and robes weren't provided. The pool area is open to all hotel guests, including kids, so it never felt calm or spa-like. Between the crowd, temperature of the pool, and limited amenities, it didn't match the spa experience that was advertised. I frequent hotel spas, and this was one of the most disappointing given the price. It would feel more appropriate at about half the cost, especially since parking isn't validated for day pass guests.

I'd come here roughly three times before deciding to host a Galentine's Day celebration, via private booking. The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I'll be back many more times -- whether solo or with friends. So grateful for this urban retreat in a very convenient location for Seattle-area city'zens.

I was surprised they had a last-minute, same-day appointment available and was really grateful for that. I originally booked my appointment for 7:30, and within a few minutes they called asking if I could change my appointment time. I had no problem with this because it actually gave me extra time to enjoy the spa beforehand. However, the girl who booked my appointment told me the change would be better because I would have complete private access to the spa, which ended up not being accurate. I also specifically requested someone who was very experienced with deep tissue massage. When I arrived, I realized I had been booked with a different therapist and a different appointment time than what I thought was confirmed. The staff did acknowledge the mix-up and gave me a complimentary juice, which I appreciated, it was a kind gesture. Unfortunately, the massage itself is where my experience shifted. I have been receiving massages regularly for the past 15 years, and while my therapist had some good techniques and did redeem herself toward the end of the session, overall I felt the level of professionalism and presence was lacking. The first thing she shared with me was that the front desk overbooks her and doesn't give her enough time between clients. While I understand that can be frustrating, hearing internal workplace issues as a client right before trying to relax felt off-putting. During the massage, there were several moments where I felt she wasn't fully present. For the first 10 minutes, it was very obvious she was on her phone texting while massaging me with one hand. I eventually asked if she could please use both hands. Her response was that it was difficult to massage the neck with both hands, but as someone who gets massages often, I could tell the issue was that her attention was divided. Her phone was vibrating throughout the entire massage. Throughout the session, she repeatedly stepped away from the table, whether to grab oil or other things that could have been set up nearby. This kept interrupting the flow of the massage. There were many moments where she completely broke contact with my body rather than maintaining connection with her hands, which is something that is generally considered an important part of creating a grounded, professional massage experience. Toward the end, I do feel she became more present and incorporated some nice techniques, which I appreciated. However, around that same time, the front desk became extremely loud. It honestly sounded like there was a party happening outside of the treatment room, which was distracting and took away from the peaceful environment I was hoping for. Overall, the massage portion unfortunately dampened my visit. Her name is something along the lines of "May". If you want a text-free massage, I recommend going to someone else. I was also a little concerned about the cleanliness of some of the areas by the heated pool and cold plunge. I noticed hair on the steps and dirty towels left in the saunas/steam rooms. That being said, there were definitely things I did enjoy. The space itself has a cute vibe and I really appreciated the thoughtful details.. the cold towels, ice balls, tinctures, aromatherapy, and little touches throughout the bathhouse. I really enjoyed the variety of each room. Overall, I think this bathhouse has potential and there were parts of my experience that were enjoyable. I just think with more attention to communication, cleanliness, and consistency in the service, it could be a spa if recommend and return to on my next visit. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Shoutout to Jessica and Emma for our massages. They were extremely comforting and the hour flew by insanely quick. Hydrotherapy is self guided between a hot pool, cool pool, steam room, and dry sauna. All are soothing but many gyms have these as well, so I'm torn whether it's worth it. However, definitely a nice supplement to other services here in the same location, which is a fair argument. One thing I hate is the check out process. After checking out, they'll ask if "you'd like to add a gratuity" which I always feel is just a darker practice in the social moment. A good massage deserves a tip for quality service, but hydrotherapy feels like an interesting gray area. However, it's easier to just give a percentage on the total amount. On the flip side, I love how they also provide up to 30 minutes buffer after hydrotherapy (maybe also other services, but we ended on hydro) to shower and leave. Passing that half hour mark would result in a charge rounded up to the next hour.
