There is a calmness there. The office feels peaceful and grounded, almost like the whole place is exhaling. Even the trees feel happy. I have been receiving bodywork and practicing in this field for 27 years, and Erick is truly one of the most gifted practitioners I have ever experienced. His balance of acupuncture, Thai massage, intuition, skill, and genuine human connection is rare. He has a way of knowing what your body needs, even when you don't quite know how to explain it yourself. Every touch feels intentional. Grounded. Present. Like he is listening with his whole being. There is something deeply heart-centered about the way he works -- you feel cared for, held, and seen. I have also taken his Thai massage courses, and the skills I learned from him have deeply shaped my own practice. His teaching is generous, clear, and rooted in years of real wisdom. I am incredibly grateful for what I've learned from him, both as a client and as a practitioner. A session with Erick doesn't just end when you leave. It stays with you. Your body remembers it. Your nervous system remembers it. Your heart remembers it. He is truly one of the people I am most grateful for.

I have experienced Eric's work for many years. I prefer receiving the combination of acupuncture and massage. The acupuncture opens up the energy centers making it much easier for the body to relax & receive the massage work. Having studied in Thailand, Eric is able to incorporate his own style to ensure your session is personalized to your body's needs. He projects a calm, listening space which is further augmented by a Zen like garden & relaxing studio space. What also comes across is his passion for Thai massage. Whenever, I receive Eric's work, I am able to be in better touch with myself. This is not just a "feel good massage" but becoming "vibrantly" aware of oneself - physically, emotionally and spiritually. If you are used to table work, take a chance. Let go of your comfort zone temporarily and experience something completely different. All the best.

They either had light hands(I like real deep/heavy massage) or couldn't get the deep tissue spots. Jeremiah has an amazing understanding of the musculature on the body and how it all is put together. He can use insanely deep pressure which I have NEVER found before and is good at providing options if he hits a 'nerve'. Both massages I felt much better than when I arrived....not just relaxed but a sense that more parts of my body were working well. His studio is very cool, in an industrial neighborhood in Georgetown, on a second floor walk-up studio. Quite large and bright. Jeremiah himself seems super sweet and genuine (and no he didn't pay me for a review). Highly recommend for active people that never quite get their muscular pains addressed.

A few months ago, my back pain intensified and I felt like I really needed to get some immediate relief. I planned on seeing Jeremiah, thinking it would be a quick massage to alleviate the pain temporarily and eventually be back in the same pain a few days later, as I always am. Wow, was I ever wrong. Jeremiah is AMAZING! I've honestly never had a professional give me a massage who actually worked towards getting me to feel better permanently and not just temporarily. Of course, he's not a magician nor a surgeon, so it's not like everything will be fixed completely for the rest of my life. However, this was the first time where I felt relaxed and like something was actually done for me after leaving my appointment. Jeremiah is extremely thorough and super knowledgeable when it comes to the human body. He is indeed a true healer and has the Midas touch. :) Also, his place is very relaxing and clean. I appreciate that he has never hassled me about getting me in for more sessions or making me feel as though he is money hungry, like most other places I've been to. He is truly amazing and cares about your well-being. I recommend him to anyone and everyone needing pain relief and someone who genuinely cares.

He used a combination of cupping, Gua Sha, and deep tissue techniques for my 90-minute massage, and made me feel like a whole new person. I've had some massages that felt good during the session but made little impact to my overall mobility and pain levels. Tayler didn't shy away from firm pressure and hard-to-reach muscles that gave me amazing relief and improved mobility for days afterwards. He will also make sure you have some tips for self-care so that you can give yourself relief at home between sessions. Lastly, for payment, I was able to use my FSA, which was great.
