The location in Queen Anne is great and there is plenty of street parking in the area. The spa itself was calming as soon as I walked in. It was quiet, smelled nice and was well kept. Deborah did a phenomenal massage and I appreciated that she took a few minutes beforehand to understand if I had areas she should focus on, injuries and then she also gave a quick overview so I knew what to anticipate. I've probably seen 20+ different therapists in my life and her massages are always the most memorable. She is gifted with her touch, and has a amazing and consistent pressure. I've got nothing but praise for the excellent service I received from Classique, from the friendly service to the expertise at providing it. I decided to treat my partner and myself to massages. Upon arriving, Melissa greeted us with a smile and expertly asked what kind of massage we were looking for and suggested that her coworker Kyle was just the person for my needs. It was quite some time since my last massage. After a stressful year at work on top of focusing on my physique, my muscles were tight and knotted up beyond belief. Let me tell you, the massage was relaxing, therapeutic and medically necessary. I chose to go with the raindrop massage with reflexology followed by a 60 minute deep tissue. The raindrop portion incorporated pleasant essential oils which was a nice way to warm up for what was to come. During the deep tissue Kyle found all the tightness and went to work. Im almost embarrassed by how stiff I was. Yet I'm excited because that was the former me. Kyle brilliantly provided me with stretching technique tips to help me become more flexible. I will never wait that long in between massages and I'm looking forward to booking my next massage with Kyle. Thank you! I had a really strange experience here... but it could be that I'm accustomed to the masseuse I typically frequent. I came here on a gift card from a very generous friend, and had a Swedish massage. It was strange from the very beginning. My appointment was at 2pm on a very very cold winter day. I got there around 1:50, but the door was locked. A sign on the door said if you come and the door is locked, to call and leave a message for when you want an appointment, but no doorbell or anything to ding if the door is locked and you HAVE an appointment. I went back to the car, and came back to the door at 1:58. I decided to wait by the door, and around 2pm saw the masseuse Terah, and her client come out of the room and were chatting. They both looked at me, and then went back to their convo but took a good few more minutes to come open the door. Kinda rude, no? The massage room was very nicely decorated but was warm and felt humid and smelled like BO. She offered to diffuse a scent, so I chose lavender, but in the end I left smelling like the room... which immediately warranted a shower. I let Terah know that I prefer a lighter touch. She let me know that she tends to be in the firmer side... okay? Why did you ask me then?? Overall the massage was a fine firmness, it was just kind of an odd interaction! At the beginning of the massage, I was face down, relaxed, and then all of a sudden she put a very hot steaming towel on my back. Because I had just come in from the freezing outside, I guess it felt extra hot, but either way it was too much, so I said something and instead of apologizing, she said, "I guess we all have different ideas of what is hot" or something to that effect. Okay.. maybe warn a girl first?! Toward the end of my massage, whilst on my back, face up, eyes closed, relaxing... she sprays mist on my face! Again, no warning! I think these added elements could have been super nice, I love a steaming towel and wouldn't mind mist, but it just kind of felt like the honey I shrunk the kids experience at Disneyland, where like the dog sneezes and you feel it mist... I just didn't know what was going to happen, and it wasn't super relaxing. I don't know, I think more communication would have helped. read more

I used to get regular facials but with the pandemic I've stepped away from it for a while trying my best at skincare at home. But with the new year I got ridiculous stress-induced breakouts and they were all leaving hyperpigmentation and I decided it's time to go back to get professional care again. It's not common to find spas that use Yonka Paris products, which always do wonders for my skin. So it was a already huge plus when I saw that Classique uses Yonka line. Paige was so friendly and she took care of me very well throughout the facial. I felt super relaxed and her massage was amazing too. Really rude phone receptionist. I called because I couldn't book using the online tool (wasn't working for me for some reason) and after a short back and forth on times, the receptionist curtly told me that my best option was to just go online and figure out what would work for me. What ever happened to customer service and helping someone find a time that worked? I have a job, and therefore am unable to get there at 4pm, and was hoping the receptionist would work with me to find a solution...instead, I got a lot of attitude and a very curt "just go online". A-MAZE-ING!! Came here for a facial with a friend (she had Amy and I had Valerie) and we were so happy with the results! Both of our faces were literally glowing after we were done. Valerie did an amazing job from start to finish. She asked me about my skin to help customize my facial. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, I was literally falling asleep after the first 10 minutes. Everything was so relaxing! After we were done, both Amy and Valerie took the time to sit down and recommend products for our skin and how to keep it glowing. I took my mom here for an early Mother's Day pampering sesh. I booked her a one-hour deep tissue massage and she was so happy with it; I think I'm officially her favorite daughter now ;) Just kidding, but really, she was so happy. This is a small spa that seems to specialize in massage and facial. Not sure you can really call it a day spa since I don't think there's a sauna or any place where you can lounge around before or after your service. The place is cute, partly because of its decor and partly because of the neighborhood. An hour of deep tissue massage will set you back $85, which is not bad at all considering the quality. I haven't tried the facial but their massage rocks. I've come here twice and have gotten a massage from Elizabeth both times. I like more firm pressure and home girl is a beast. She applies a consistent amount of pressure that is just spot on and the massage always has a nice, continuous flow to it that lulls me into relaxation mode. The only thing that's lacking is coffee and tea in real, proper mugs instead of those little paper cups (those things always make me feel like I'm in some hospital waiting room). Maybe some Southern sweet ice tea for the summer or cucumber water *hint hint* They have an online booking system (yay!) and I was lucky to snag a 2-session slot (for me and my mom) only a couple days before. I highly recommend booking a week ahead if booking for more than one person, but sometimes you can luck out and get same-day appointment if it's just for you. read more

Le Visage makes you feel like a million bucks! I got a cleansing facial, a salt body scrub, a 1-hour massage and a pedicure for my birthday. Everything was fabulously executed and the girls that work there are an absolute pleasure to work with. I have never had a facial before and it was so, so nice. I was nursing a pretty bad breakout and my skin felt so much better afterward. Now, a few days later, I can still see a huge difference in my skin. My pores are tighter, my skin is clearer and it feels so soft! The bed that you lay in during the facial is really comfortable and made me feel like I wanted a nap. The environment in the room was very relaxing with tall breezy light colored curtains and soothing music playing quietly in the background. After the facial I had to move rooms which led me (red faced from my facial) past the waiting area and that was a little embarrassing, but I got over it. The salt body scrub was amazing. I felt like every itch I had ever felt in my entire life was now completely gone. Haha. But really, it did wonders for my skin, too. My skin feels very soft now. I have eczema and even the roughest areas on the back of my arms and elbows are smooth. I didn't really care for having to get up and go shower off the excess salt afterward. I wish there was a way to remain in the room between treatments. The massage was so relaxing. My massage therapist (Lacey) was an absolute pleasure to work with and we really hit it off. I know massages are supposed to be about ultimate relaxation but we pretty much talked the entire time. I would book an hour with her for the conversation alone. But back to the massage. She is so strong! I wanted a bit of the deep-tissue action and what she did was awesome. When I stood up afterwards I felt like my body just had an orgasm. All of my muscles were so loose and pain-free. It felt like my whole body regenerated new muscles! My pedicure was with Sharlean and I will definitely be back because we are going to Brazil (if you know what I mean...) Again great conversation here. I've been seeing Sharlean for brow waxing for over two years now, and I would never let anyone touch my brows again. I've been to many spas and I have never had the quality of work, and the comfort of knowing I'd be leaving with a perfect job, like I do with Sharlean. To be honest, I don't even look at the job she did anymore in the mirror. There's no need to. They're always perfect. Sharlean's personality is also what makes this review 5/5. There is never a tense moment, and I always end up laughing my socks off. You should really get started on that book, Sharlean. Do yourself a favor and go see her, you'll never want to see anyone else again. If you're a guy, don't be shy... nobody likes hairy brows. Sweet little shop offers waxing and massage services in a quiet but easily accessible block on Queen Anne. I LIKEY: This is my second time seeing Amy for facial waxing, she has spent time on my eyebrows, chin, and upper lip. She was so thorough and sweet, the time passes so fast and she is done, and I am looking perfect. I love the attention she gives to my super sensitive skin; this is often a problem with waxing and she has learned quickly how to keep my skin happy. BOO: I can't think of a complaint - along with Amy's wonderful service, I love how easy this place is to get to, and the plethora of street parking available. What a lovely spa. Nichole was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She was efficient but paid attention to all the small details. Some waxers make me feel awkward, but Nichole was friendly and chatted with me, but wasn't overly zealous and didn't work in complete silence. She felt terrible for running a few minutes late, but I really didn't mind because the waiting room was clean and well lit. It was also a hot day so they offered cold bottled water "for the road". Where do I even begin?! I was referred to Classique by my hair and make up artist for my wedding. I told her (a year before my wedding) that I wanted to start seeing an esthetician to get my skin looking its best for that day. My hair and make up artist recommended a few estheticians at different places. I looked all of them up and something about Classique stuck out to me. So I booked a consult with Nichole as her profile talked about the holistic approach that she took with her work. I am a big animal animal lover so not using products that are tested are animals and that are vegan is really important to me. At my consult Nichole was warm, genuine and had so much knowledge about what she does! Also, her skin is GORGEOUS so I knew she was doing something right! Her knowledge on the procedures and the products were extremely impressive. She knew exactly which would work best with my skin and when to change it as my skin changes.She gave me the confidence that there was a lot of great things she could do to help improve my skin. I should also mention that when I showed up I had terrible acne scarring. I really struggled in my teen years with bad acne and it carried on into adulthood. Flash forward a year and half later (5 months after wedding) and I still go to Nichole once a month.What her knowledge and work has done for my skin has been a beautiful transformation! Along with the work she has done for my skin, she gives amazing tips for home stuff and always is so informative with new studies and what is best for my skin. I should also add that I do not live in Seattle and drive 45 minutes each way just to go to Classique. Services I have done at Classique includes Green Peel (twice), gycolic peels, yonka facial, balancing facials, waxing (arms, legs, eyebrows, Brazilian), brow tinting, and microdermabrasion.Every service that has been done is thorough, relaxing, worth every penny and have seen a positive change with each treatment. Okay, well I wouldn't say the brazilian waxing is relaxing but ya know HAHA! I am sure I have other services as sometimes I go in there and tell Nichole do whatever she think my skin needs. I trust her fully that she will do what my skin needs for that month. All in all I look forward to my appointments each month because I feel I am going to hang out with a dear friend, learn some new stuff and leave feeling confident. What a gem. I go here for facials and waxing. Just stepping inside-the energy is so calming and peaceful. The wax they use is higher quality than other salons I've been to and it's much less painful and my skin isn't as irritated. Nichole is AMAZING with facials.
