Update after a year: When I first moved to Seattle last year, I was looking for a small business owner style spa with reasonable prices, convenient location, and once I came here I haven't tried any other spa. Patti is super friendly and I love just chatting with her before and after my appointments too! I used a seasonal special my first visit, and if you book your next appointment right after, you get 10% off your next appointment. I just got a prepaid package that's buy 4, get the 5th free since I come so often and I'd save some money that way. I've done a body treatment that's left my body clean and refreshed, but I mainly come back for the hour long facials and massages. The massages are relaxing and she gets all my knots out without digging hard, and she also gave me some suggestions for exercises to do in order to prevent soreness in tight spots like my shoulders. I like to get a facial at least once a season with the changing temperatures and she always goes over the ingredients, oils, and lotions she's using, and you get a nice shoulder and arm massage too! I really like the products she sells as well, Sweet Sisters, which is a local Washington brand that uses natural, organic ingredients. I got the rose jojoba moisturizer and not only does it make my face smell delicious, it's extremely hydrating and a little goes a long way. Patti is amazing! I started going to her a few years ago for facials and have been a regular ever since! She is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and I always leave my facials feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Her spa is always clean and well organized. I just had my second massage with Patti and I've also had one facial. She is pretty amazing and takes really good care of her clients. She's very attentive, listens to what you need and gives one of the best massages I have ever had. I highly recommend you try her services if you haven't already. I have been going to Patti for facials for almost 6 months now.She is absolutely amazing at what she does.I have the most sensitive skin when it comes to putting anything on my face but patti just knows how to heal my skin.She uses the most soothing oils on my face and the relaxing massage and everything together just puts me to sleep.The best thing about her are her extractions.She is extremely gentle and I am never red after the extractions which was never the case when i used to see other estheticians.I have been to so many other esthetician in the past but hands down Patti is the best.Apart from all this,she herself is a very warm person. read more

I had a facial with Patti, and it was one of the best I've had! She uses excellent products -- no harsh or dangerous chemicals. Her extractions were very gentle; I don't like leaving a facial with my face looking like a battle field! Patti was so warm and welcoming! As soon as I walked into her warm, relaxing office, I knew I was in for a treat. She was very attentive to my needs and very compassionate. I made an appointment for a Head to Toe treatment and I was not disappointed! The massage was relaxing and clearly given with much knowledge of the human body. This was not my first massage, but it was my first facial. All I can say is that I don't know why I waited so long to try one! I was so amazingly relaxed and at peace while she treated my face with high quality, local products that she chooses based on lots of research about how and where the plants are grown that go into the final product. She told me that she researches products to ensure that all plants are grown free of pesticides so that none of that goes into her body or her clients'. My face has never felt so soft or looked so fresh! I visited Patti after a miscarriage and had been in a very bad place. I went in to rejuvenate and was amazed at how much I really was affected by the treatments. That night I woke myself up from a dream because I was laughing out loud, slept soundly, and was in an incredibly good place emotionally the following day.
