There is absolutely no fine print or disclosure on the certificate stating that prices are subject to change or that the customer is responsible for price differences. A prepaid gift should be fully honored when they sell it as a package on their website. Forcing a customer to pay extra for a prepaid package is a terrible business practice. The girl that did my massage asked if I would like them to work on my sculp that day. I was confused if she meant during the massage it facial so I asked. She said "Oh! I bought the Groupon for…read more1 Brazilian for $37 which is cheaper than my normal place where it's $75 for the first or $50 for the touch up if within 5 weeks of your last Brazilian. I walked in and it appeared to be clean and nice. The person at the front desk asked if I had a sugaring at 6pm I said yes and was led to the room. Ummm who are you? What's your name? No introduction. Odd but ok at least she was nice and friendly. I could go on and on about things but in all reality it just wasn't my normal experience. CONS: I had to almost jump to get on the table and I'm 5'7, I was on paper like at a doctor's office, the sugar paste was cold, and the lady was a little rough. She picked at hairs with her nail and tweezers. I've never had tweezers used before. At the end I noticed there was still hair left and along the bikini line which is where it should NOT be! That defeats the purpose of a Brazilian. PROS: The lady, whose name I still don't know, was VERY nice, wore gloves, and chatted to pass the time. All in all I doubt I'd go back. I'm married to my previous sugaring place and after today felt like I cheated on them. If this place works for you great but it's not my preferred spot.
