From finding out what I wanted to focus on at the beginning, to her being responsive to physical or verbal feedback on the massage throughout, and finally to her helpful information in the end. It was also very relaxing, and I learned this time that relaxation is where healing happens, and conversation is limited during the massage for that purpose. He listened to what had happened, assessed what was going on, and then helped fix my injury. After my first appointment, I was doing so much better, like a 75% improvement over how I felt when I walked in. I saw him two more times to address the injury. Will definitely go back, think they do a great job, super comfortable practice. Highly recommend!
