I have seen her about once every three months and plan to continue seeing her for the foreseeable future. I regularly recommend her to friends and family. The space is extremely private and comfortable (soft, low light, good temperature, quiet), and Irene does a great job of making you feel welcome! She is good at communicating to find out what you need and what works best. She has excellent body-sense and is able to really hone in on exactly the right spots and apply the right amount of pressure for the right amount of time. She also is skilled in a variety of different techniques that she is able to combine in different ways. I can't recommend Four Leaf Healing enough!

My husband gifted me a $200, 90-minute massage for Christmas, and I was really looking forward to…read moreit. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The massage therapist repeatedly yawned throughout the session, which made it hard to relax. The massage itself did not feel attentive or high quality. The appointment also started late and ended early--what was supposed to be a 90-minute massage lasted closer to 70 minutes. At checkout, I was asked about joining a membership or booking another massage, but given my experience, I chose not to say anything at the time and instead leave this review. I don't want to single out the therapist, but I do feel the overall experience did not match the price or expectations.

I loved my experience at Sunbird Massage Therapy…read more I have been treated by Tasha a couple times a while back and she's great so I recently decided to see her again at her new business. My first feeling on entering the office was one of calm serenity. The whole atmosphere in the office was peaceful and soothing, and Tasha's space is a lovely, clean, and soft setting with just the right touch of nature elements that give it a bit of the feeling that you're in a warmer sunnier climate. And I loved the soothing music selection. Tasha's space mirror's her own inner qualities. She has a gentle, patient, and attentive manner that puts you at ease. She is very easy to talk to and yet stays professional and focused on you as the patient. She seems to have it just right in the communication and flow of her work. From finding out what I wanted to focus on at the beginning, to her being responsive to physical or verbal feedback on the massage throughout, and finally to her helpful information in the end. The massage was very detailed and thorough, extending to other parts of my body that are connected to those problem areas. It was also very relaxing, and I learned this time that relaxation is where healing happens, and conversation is limited during the massage for that purpose. One thing that I really appreciate with Tasha is that each time I have seen her, I learn more about my body, the causes for pain, and what will correct it. This time she pointed out my hip posture orientation and recommended stretches and clarified how to sit correctly. At my work the following day I paid attention to my sitting position. Between the massage and me shifting my posture for one day, I noticed a significant reduction in lower back pain. I highly recommend Tasha. She takes excellent care of her patients and doesn't seem to overlook any element of the process: a beautiful experience from beginning to end.

I got massage therapy with Tasha at another location, and am overjoyed she opened Sunbird as her own studio. Supporting an independent business owner is truly the icing on the cake. Looking forward to many future sessions!

Due to this, I haven't had a full body massage in probably 8-10 years. But after my magical, relaxing, and rejuvenating massage with Salina yesterday, massage is now going to be a regular ritual for me once again. In addition to being a skilled and talented massage therapist, Salina is also thoughtful, caring, and responsive. The other bonus is that Still Point is in the Tangletown neighborhood near Green Lake and Wallingford and has plenty of free street parking. Yes! Also, the building is pretty, peaceful, modern, clean, and kinda feels like walking through an Escher drawing (thanks for that analogy, Salina, it's spot on) to get to your room. I loved my time there. If you're looking for a great massage studio, check this place out. If you try Salina, tell her I sent ya!
