Hands down my favorite place to fix all of my knots, pains, aches from neck, shoulder and back…read more Please request for Briar! Briar is a fantastic massage therapist and I highly recommend the all inclusive package w/ the hot stones and CBD cream. I told them that the massage I had last weekend was just horrible: left me w/ continued aches/sores/tension/knots and it's just getting worse (my back felt hunch over w/ all of the work travels and desk time in the past 4 months). And yes, it's been 4 months since I've seen a massage therapist. The place is humble, super low key, overseeing the marina (windows are tinted and is a one way mirrior film), so no one can look in, but you can look out which is absolutely beautiful. I'd say it's a hidden gem! It won't be as fancy as a hotel spa, but it'll get the job done. You won't be disappointed!

Today she had to go to Emergency (we have all medical documents as evidence of her Emergency visit) but the person at the reception (I guess his name is Dan) after conferring with the owner, Patti, said that regardless of the time they would have charged us the full price of $130 for rescheduling or cancellation. That is insane!! Not at all flexible. I have never come across a place that does not even consider Emergency medical situations. Very inconsiderate of them!! Never book them again!!

Amazing in every way. Julie greeted us at the door and she…read morewas so sweet and showed us around and answered any questions. My first impression of the facility was that it was clean and reminded me a little of Scandinavian style with light wood finishes and simple, classy design. There was a cozy place with chairs and a couch and a fireplace to lounge in, with turmeric ginger tea, strawberry water, regular water, and a few snacks (I didn't have any, I think it was nuts and dried fruit?). The locker room was spacious with a sauna, two huge showers, two toilets, and a changing area with lockers. some toiletries were provided as well. I appreciated that the lockers had a keypad so I didn't have to carry around a key. You can change in the changing area, but if you want more privacy, you are encouraged to go behind the door of the shower, where there's plenty of room to change. The sauna was nice and hot. Loved it. We both opted for the Om package which included a facial and a massage with one enhancement of choice. I have to say, the massage tables here are the most comfortable ones I've ever experienced. They are heated for your comfort, although they can turn off the heat if you run hot. My massage with Allison was lovely and super relaxing. Afterwards, I was brought back to the lounge area where I met up with my friend again and waited for my facial. The aesthetician, Kat, immediately gave off warm and friendly vibes, and I knew right away that she was going to be great. Her recommendations were spot on and her technique was fantastic. Again, so relaxing and I wish I didn't have to leave. Hands down the best facial I have ever experienced. We were allowed to check in an hour prior to our appointments and stay as long as we wanted it afterwards We ended up staying and talking for a couple more hours and enjoying the atmosphere. Every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. They have product recommendations at the end, but no hard upsell which I appreciated. I will 100% return. My friend and I both loved every minute of our day today.

Howevr my facial experience was kind of ok, nothing amazing to talk about. For the price they charge I feel like it's a a basic facial and kind of felt quick. The main desk lady specifically asks if you want to a 20% tip for the therapist instead of letting you make the choice on the device in private.I found that kind of tacky, it's an expensive service as it is and customers should be allowed to select what they would like to tip. Can't really recommend based on my experience.

Definitely not what I want in a spa environment. There's not really a disclaimer or description on…read moreYelp or their website, but this is a social spa. I went in because I like the pictures of the tiles and enjoy the aesthetic of the building and the facility did not disappoint. Shortly after getting situated in the sauna, I quickly realized that people were talking (full volume) and carried on the whole time. After about 45 min of internal screaming, I changed back to my street clothes. There no way I would survive 2 hours of of conversation when I'm trying to relax. Once I got back to the front counter, the staff was super nice and understanding. They apologized for my experience and comped me. While I can't recommended this place for someone who wants a Zen experience like myself, I can see the appeal for people just trying to hang out and unwind in a healthier setting than a bar.

The staff is really nice and gives a detailed explanation of the spa layout, etc. on your first visit. They are very LGBTQ+ friendly here and gender inclusive, which I appreciated. The spa is very clean, and the staff are very attentive to cleanliness, etc. I appreciated the relaxation area upstairs, and the steam room, sauna, and cold dip, as well as the relaxing pool with salt in it. Some things that I did not like were that the hot tub was not that hot at all, and did not have running jets, which is something that you would expect of a spa. That was disappointing. In addition, the ladies locker room was super small and very crowded. The locker room doors are very hard to get open. They really need a new locker system. Also, their website does not have a very user friendly experience when it comes to booking. For instance, when I booked for my wife and I, we had to book two separate bookings. I couldn't book two people on the same reservation. That was annoying. They really need a booking system revamp. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider visiting again. I would also recommend trying it for a decent spa experience.
