Excellent and skilled Massage therapists. I am never disappointed when I go there. I highly recommend it.

I have been coming to this place for a few years. I have been to really high-end massages (such as Elaia Spa or Little Red Day Spa) - but they are difficult to get in with last minute and are very expensive. This place always has same day availability, which is wonderful, and is not nearly as expensive as high-end places which makes this an ideal choice for "oh god, I'm hurting, I need a massage" quick fixes. I usually get a couple's hot stone massage here with my partner - so getting in last minute in extremely impressive because its accommodating two people, two massage therapists, and having a couple's massage room. I had a 30 minute chair massage. The young woman who gave it acted like she was doing me a favor. The massage itself was just okay. The massage chair was next to stacks of cardboard boxes. The only thing I have to complain about really is that the woman who did my great. I booked through classpass. Upon arriving they said that what I had booked would actually cost an additional $10. Weird but whatever I paid it. At the end I went to tip an additional $10 and the lady demanded $20 and said that that was their minimum tip. We requested a 60 min massage which was good. Felt quite relaxing. Only issue is that when we went the place was smelling of food and towards the end the person at the reception asked me to tip more than what I wanted to which felt awkward. Maybe there was some confusion though on this but still it felt very awkward. read more

I love this place. I come here for a 90 min massage for $100 + a 20% tip. You really can't beat the price. The staff is kind and they are always available/flexible, during the weekdays and weekends. I used to love this place having gone multiple times over the past years. This year (2023) something is off and I'm not sure whether to continue booking this place or taking my business elsewhere. The woman who massaged me (initials Z) was the worst massage I've gotten from Evergreen Tree. She rushed the 1 hr service, didn't ask about pressure points at any time, was horribly inconsistent literally flaking off and tapping here and there without pressure, she barely put any oil on me so my skin felt dry and not smooth gliding as I'm used to, and to nail things in the coffin - she demanded a $20 tip after doing a horrible job and argued about what I tipped her instead (I was so displeased I didn't even want to tip her). I'm disgusted by this mentality and her approach when she was not a good server, not only is she not licensed, she was uncouth and unprofessional as she gave me the bare minimum terrible service and expected the highest reward. The people in this joint need to be trained as this sort of behavior will lose them customers. And to be honest, thanks to Yelp and me writing this out, I can now confirm I don't want to go back. Don't get fooled by their legitimate website!!! Horrible horrible experience and won't go again. My neck hurts even more after the massage. I'm leaving this review at 6AM because my neck couldn't move and I can't sleep because of that. The masseuse is extremely unprofessional. I have been to massages so many times so I'm pretty sure their masseuse is not even licensed. They did not ask any questions like - where on your body you wanna focus on? Or where you don't want to be massaged on? How the massage goes is also very questionable - they massage against the direction of your muscles. They also ask for a 20% tip at the end. The relief is always immediate after a 1hr or 1.5hr session. The facility is clean and no nonsense. They are also very good at fitting people in last-minute or same day appointments. This my go to massage place. Reasonable prices. Clean. Not at all sketchy. They do a good hard massage great for stress tightness or after a hard work out. Really helps. Easy to make same day appointments and open late. Only downside is that most staff only speak fairly basic English so it can be hard to communicate much detail. I have been going here for years on a fairly regular basis and they are hands down the best I have ever visited. They can pinpoint exactly what you need with no guidance. It was my best-kept secret until I started referring friends. I'm a walk in and they always get me in. It is a husband and wife team and they are extremely good at what they do no matter what you want and although limited English, they have improved immensely and can translate any specific areas if you need to communicate. They get it without guidance because they have magical abilities to find what you need and do it right. Pros are that I was able to easily get a same-day appointment, the workers were friendly, and the massage was well-priced at $70. Cons are that the massage was a little painful, the walls are thin so you can hear other clients, and the storefront is a little rundown. read more

My husband and I were having back pain from tight muscles, so came in for deep massage. It included hot stones. My therapist got deep in my back and my husband said the same. When a polite Asian lady in her mid-50s, with strong looking hands and forearms walked in, I knew I was good to go. They call it Swedish, but it seems like a more traditional Asian style deep tissue massage, with lots of pressure and hot stones near the end. Overall a Good experience at a good price and all on the same day that I wanted to get a massage. It's definitely not a new building with fancy smells and water features etc. like you would get at a higher in spot, but this is just exactly what it is, a less expensive place to get a solid massage. read more

I got a really great massage from kacy. She is a very experienced masseuse with more than 10 yrs of experience. She got to the acupoints of the muscle and it help with the sore muscle effectively! While mulling over where to go for my next massage I forgot until just now to post this comment/review I came about a month ago to Evergreen Tree Massage in mid-afternoon for a one-hour massage, which was good enough, except for one big problem: during the massage the masseuse answered, I think, three phone calls (related probably to upcoming appointments) and, notably, went out of the room twice to the front door to greet prospective customers. All this contributed to a pretty severe disruption in the flow of the massage. Not a good way for a massage shop to go about their business. Don't know if I will come back. read more

Look. I saw it was 40 bucks for a foot reflexology and I thought to myself how that was kinda expensive but I saw the good reviews so I decided to divert from my normal place and come here. In the first 5 minutes she found every spot in my neck that I always hope any massage place will get and thought how it was worth every penny. In the 1 hour foot reflexology, she found every spot and not once was it too soft or too hard. You know when you get such a good massage that you get goosebumps? This is the place. Outstanding massage at such a fair price that I can't help but add a healthy tip with each service. Do not be deterred by the language barrier and just keep your phone conversations simple: your desired start time and the length of time of the massage (e.g. "I'd like a 2-hr massage and to come in at 4:00 pm today"). They will either say that's fine or ask if you can adjust the time if there's a conflict (this almost never happens and they can usually accommodate the request). I'm pretty sure this is a husband and wife team and no matter which one provides your therapeutic massage, you'll leave feeling great. Finally, I would suggest basically ignoring any one-off negative reviews of this business (which I'm mystified by). This is a professional, licensed, clean small business that provides a high quality service for a fair price. No one has ever overtly / directly requested - much less demanded - a tip from me at this business (as alleged in a rare, poor review here). If you're looking for a luxurious spa experience with sound proof walls then you'll need to pay a premium for that somewhere else and be at the mercy of that spa's availability. If you're sore or just need a really great massage today or tomorrow at a fair price, then you'll have a lovely and therapeutic experience at Evergreen Tree Massage. read more

I don't even know where to begin. This massage ended up in an argument in the parking lot. I could not imagine a worst experience. I was told by the masseuse 5 minutes into the massage via google translate that I was required to tip. I always do, but very very strange she would ask that. My whole buttcheeks were exposed for the majority of the massage while the door was wide open. The masseuse kept leaving and coming back. It was obvious she did not know what she was doing because the massage was more like an aggressive rubbing. I kept asking her to use more pressure, which I guess to her meant "rub faster and use more oil." There was a point where she straight up was just scratching my head awkwardly and I had to ask her to stop. Usually I tip 30%+ but for a massage this awful... I did not. She was not happy with my tip and told me I was required to tip at least $20. This ended with her trying to make me stay until I tipped more until I felt so cornered I starting yelling at her as she followed me to my car. 0/5 experience. I will be filing several complaints. If this masseuse represents this spa then it should not exist and should be shut down immediately. read more

Lulu and her Husband Andy are both awesome! My wife and I followed them when they moved from Lomi Lomi spa in Mill Creek to Evergreen Tree, well, because they're awesome. Both were formally trained in China and both have around 17 years of experience. I've been a martial artist for over 45 years, and I'm very hard to massage. Lulu makes it look easy and Andy's foot massage puts my wife to sleep every time. You won't be disappointed! read more
