There is absolutely no fine print or disclosure on the certificate stating that prices are subject to change or that the customer is responsible for price differences. A prepaid gift should be fully honored when they sell it as a package on their website. Forcing a customer to pay extra for a prepaid package is a terrible business practice. The massage and facial were just okay. Not exceptional experiences.There were communication issue with the girl who performed my massage. The girl that did my massage asked if I would like them to work on my sculp that day. I was confused if she meant during the massage it facial so I asked. She said "Oh! You have a facial appointment too? Then I'll let her do that during the facial." However, the girl who performed facial did not perform massage on my sculp. I arranged a deep tissue longer session and I am very glad that I did. My body felt quite broken from a week, driving up the West Coast and a week sleeping on the floor. She was kind, professional, attentive and provided exactly what I had asked for: deep tissue work. I have been to many massages and often it is simply someone putting oil on me and rubbing it around on my skin. My mother is a professional masseuse and I've yet to experience someone up to par with her work. This was. Mariana worked on the areas that were tight and blocking my body and energy without me even going into detail as she sensed and found the knots by feeling.
