Absolutely love this place! Great service great location, the chairs are super comfortable and the people are super nice. They've always been available every time I've come. It's been easy to walk in and just sit down. My favorite guy is I think the owner. He's very pleasant and charming and does a darn good massage. This is my favorite way to treat myself. I was so bummed when we lost my favorite massage place on Mercer Island so now this is my new go-to spot. It's only 30 bucks for the whole body and for a full 60 minutes. I tip $20-$25 because it is such a good deal. Most massage therapists start at 80 bucks or more. I park in the garage next to the stairs and it's very convenient. Gotta be honest, this was not my first choice for a foot massage, but when my friend and I went to our first choice and was told it was booked up, we scoured Yelp to find an alternative. Despite it being small, in a sketchy neighborhood, and located in a strip mall, it's A-OK! First of all, it's super cheap. There are multiple packages to choose from - I got a $30 package for both foot and (partial) body massage. And before you ask - NO HAPPY ENDINGS. My friend and I were separated (I think they want to keep the women and men in separate areas), so I was led to a room with one other female customer. It was dark, quiet, and very soothing. Let my feet soak in some warm water for a bit while I was covered with a warm blanket and seated in a nice, leather recliner. They spent about 30 minutes massaging pressure points on my feet and legs before having me switch to laying on my stomach to get my shoulders and head massaged. I left feeling refreshed and calm. Surprisingly, it was a pretty positive experience, and although I'm not sure I would return just due to the high volume of foot massage salons in the area, I would definitely recommend it. You definitely get a more private, personalized experience than my first choice (everyone in a large room together). So if you're seeking that quiet place, this is it. This used to be a great spot for foot massages but it has gone downhill and no longer worth a visit. I used to get the 45 minute foot massage ($25) 2-3 times a month. I was a customer for over 3 years. Could always drop by without an appointment and rarely had to wait. Most massages were good. I'd occasionally get a so-so therapist but I figured since I went and had so many good massages it was the exception. I first noticed a problem when I would bring a friend and their therapist wasn't as good as the one I usually would get. They often got beginners or therapists just not interested in what they were doing. Often talking with others outside the room or they would leave to answer the phone. I usually got the same person that was good because they recognized me and knew I always tipped $10 on $25 (40%). About 3 months ago, I went and had a very bad massage. The massage itself was bad plus the therapist talked with a friend sitting in the chair next to me for most of the 45 mins. Sometimes she would stop massaging when she was distracted by their conversation. Ridiculous. I walked out the door thinking I would not return. However, after about 2 months, I really wanted a foot massage and thought I'd give them another try. I went back and got my normal massage therapist. It was a good massage and I felt like I could trust their service again. Unfortunately, I went back today (a little over one week since last visit). No one was at the front desk. I waited a bit. Then hit the desk bell. Nothing. I could hear others getting massages and someone was answering the phone a couple of times while I waited. I gave up and walked out the door. When 2 of the last 3 experiences at a business is bad, it is time to leave that business. Great massage for $30 an hour! The ladies here hardly speak English, but their massage skills are amazing! I normally go to Imperial Foot Massage down the road, but no longer! Here are some advantages to this place over Imperial Foot Massage: 1. The ladies rule the roost here. 99.99% of the massage therapists at Imperial are dudes that smell like stale cigarettes. The ladies here don't smell like anything (huzzah!) 2. More space. You're crammed in one room at Imperial with twenty other people. Here, I was able to get a room by myself. Nice! 3. More personable. I'm so torn over this place. I took my sister for her first massage ever. I've had at least four in the last 30 days. 2 asian foot massage places, one Massage Envy and one two days prior at Suncadia Resort which was a top notch spa. At the last two I got a prenatal massage because I'm 18 weeks preggers. First the good. The massage was great. For $30 you CANNOT beat a one hour massage that gets your feet and lower legs wonderfully for about 30 min, focuses on your face, scalp, front shoulders and arms for about the first 10 minutes while your feet soak in hot water, then flips you over and gets your entire body from the back for about 20 minutes. If you are a fan of deep tissue massage you will like this massage. This is my second time going to an asian 'foot massage' place and the first time I wasn't in pain because the massage was too hard. The bad. The masseuse's talked to each other for about 20 min of the time off and on. Also at various times a few of the other masseuse's would walk in and say something or just look. You can also hear people talking when a new client walks in the door as though you are surrounded by three walls, you can still hear everything as there is no door and wall fully enclosing the two fully reclining chair areas that are set up in pairs. And the really bad? The roach that was crawling on the wall that we saw when we first sat down. We pointed it out to one of the masseuse's and she promptly killed it. Redeeming quality, once I told them I was pregnant when they wanted me to flip over both masseuse's became instantly caring and found a workable alternative to me having to lie on my stomach. The staff here are all very friendly, nice ,and all speak English, albeit difficult to understand at times. It's definitely helpful to speak Chinese if you know it! I like how they actually have separated rooms, which usually doesn't happen with these types of massages. Two people to a room, so it's perfect for a casual date or with a friend. Our 1 hour massage cost $30. It's not one of those relaxing massages you get where you pay $80-125 per hour, but it's a great, affordable bandaid for that. It certainly is worth the $30 just to get some of the major kinks out of your feet, shoulders, and back, but it's probably best not to expect to leave with all your knots being kneaded out of you. What a great find! My girlfriends and I went to get foot massages for my birthday. Each room has two chairs but there was 3 of us so they moved the 3rd chair into the room to accommodate our party. It was really nice of them to do that! The staff was so sweet and the massage was amazing! They do your head/arms/shoulders/and feet. I'm pregnant so they couldn't flip me over and do my back but that's okay, they focused on my feet :) You can't beat the deal of $30 for an hour. I am so glad I found this place. Yelp leads you in the wrong direction. It's in a strip mall close to 12th St. When I got there someone greeted me at the front and asked if I wanted 60min. Sure why not? I was lead to a room where someone else was just finishing. It was really nice as at one time only two people were in a semi private room. I got lucky and was the only one. I had the feet soak and got a back massage and arm massage. The guy who did it was great. My neck and shoulders are so bad, he recommended next time I come to get a full body. I usually go in for the 70 minute foot and body massage. Most the time they have space available for walk-in appointments. They stay open late, which definitely accommodates my weird schedule. Great massage but only a few complaints. I do wish that they spoke better English or at least one of them did. Also, the rooms are walled off, but not necessarily totally private. You can hear everything happening in the next room over. This can be distracting as a new party comes in for a massage or if the massage staff is being loud. Parking can be a pain during the day, however at night it's not any problem at all. I've been back several times, and will continue to go back. However, and this is a big however... I have been put in a very uncomfortable situation TWICE now as far as tipping is concerned. So I was not sure what to expect. When you walk in its kind of dark and the rooms are not really private rooms. Anybody can just walk by and peak in on you as you're getting massaged. I got the foot massage and 20 min body massage package which was about $30. They first started me off by soaking my feet in warm water. Then they stretched my arms and neck and massaged my head/ face a bit. After about 5 minutes my masseuse (male) started to work on my right leg. Then he got pulled out in the middle of my massage and someone else took his place. To me that seemed a bit unprofessional. And did I mention that there was no privacy at all. Me and my two friends didn't expect to get a full body massage as we went just for foot massage but that's fine. I guess their business is usually slow so when we showed up 20 minutes after our call, one of my friends was still waiting for her servicing person. And she didn't arrive till 10 minutes after our session started. There were two massage tables in each area and they talk to each other constantly and left in the middle of our sessions a few times, plus washing machine noise in the background and their front door slams very loudly. As a old time professional massage practitioner I have been around. Have traveled far and receive/teach massages while visiting other countries. Prefer this hands on style over the fluff of over priced Spa Treatments. As for other Foot Massage places ... I have tried several in the Greater Seattle Area, and found this one to be very quite and friendly. The male and female staff are equally talented. As with most of these types of places it can be a bit casual as they quietly chit chat over who when and what. These massage therapist are very nice and I am always kept warm and treated well. Their English is fair and better than some places I have been. But then again I have no problem communicating with non-english speakers. It helps if you are not a typical Picky Snob and just go with the flow ... I could mention the names of the Staff I really like, but that is not important. Just go with the flow or stay home. Many of my massage therapist friends/associates love the treatments and have returned often. We shall return with others. They are open long hours and do accept cash and credit cards. Had a confusing experience here. I've never left a Yelp review before, but as I based my decision to go here on Yelp reviews, I'm writing in case this is helpful to another person. My friend and I had decided we were going to go check out a new-to-us massage place. I picked Health Foot Massage, as they seem to have prices competitive with other foot massage places in the area, but according to reviews their staff don't smell like stale cigarettes. While the staff didn't smell like cigarettes and the massage itself was enjoyable, we had some communication breakdowns that ended with me and my friend getting rather tremendously overcharged. Here's what happened: -We came in and selected our massages. My friend picked the $30 foot massage (billed as 20 minutes full body, 40 minutes feet), and I picked the $35 body massage. More on that later. -We got into our room (shared) and the women massaging us came in. The rooms had massage tables instead of reclining chairs, and they told us to take our clothes off. Ok, not what I expected but that's totally fine. -For the next 30 minutes we each had a full body massage - the exact same massage, in fact, as the staff moved around our tables and did percussive massage almost in time with each other. It was nice. -But then, the woman working on me asked if I wanted longer, as my time was up. I was confused. Didn't I have a whole 30 minutes awaiting me? She and I conversed a little (my friend was asleep) and as we were having a hard time figuring each other out, she brought the massage menu back to our room to explain. It turns out I was in the wrong - I had thought that by paying $5 more than my friend I was also getting a 60 minute massage (but with more full body work) when in fact, the $35 full body massage was just 30 minutes wrong. This was totally my fault and I should have read more thoroughly. -I wasn't prepared to pay $60 (the cost of a 60 minute full body massage) so I told the woman working on me that I guess I was done - this was all a bit surprising but again, my fault. -At this point my friend woke up and told me to just add on whatever and she'd pay the difference so I got a full hour, which was very kind of her. I pointed at the 30 minute foot massage listed at the top of the menu for $20 and we all moved on. The woman working on me set to that, and the woman working on my friend (who, remember, is getting a 60 minute "foot"massage for $30) set to doing the exact same things to her. -Now at this point I've woken up significantly and am a little irritated that I'm getting charged $25 more than my friend ($35+$20 vs $30) for what's turning out to be exactly the same massage but figure oh well, I'm the one who made the mistake here. We're getting the same massage at different prices but I should have read things more closely. At least my friend got what she ordered, and this feels good. (And the foot massage was really good!!) So our massages finish and my friend tells me she'll just pay for both of us to make it simpler, and I can buy her dinner the next time we go out. Again, very kind of her. We get to the front, the give us some water, and then ... the bill is for $110. Which is distinctly NOT for her $30 massage plus my mistaken $35 massage plus the $20 foot massage to make up the difference. That would total at $85. She says she'd rather just pay than argue about it which, ok, is her prerogative. Meanwhile I'm staring at the menu trying to figure out how they got to this number. Did they decide she'd gotten the option for 40 minutes of body massage and 20 minutes of foot, which is $60 (double as much as the 20 body/40 foot option)? I can't figure it out. After we leave my friend says she thinks they just charged us both $55, which was the cost of my mistake - so $25 more than what she ordered. Then, as she's dealing with payment the woman who had been working on me tells her she has to enter the tip into the credit card machine. No big deal - she does so. Then the lady asks her "for two of us? Let's do it again," re-enters everything into the machine, then says "ten dollars each." So now our total is $130, putting each of our massages at $65, more than twice what each of us intended to pay. I just ... I'm bummed that things went like this because I enjoyed the massage. I certainly don't object to tipping people, but I wish the pricing was clearer and didn't feel like we were getting gouged. I was totally prepared for our total cost to be $85, for the end result to be that even though we got the same massage I was paying $25 more because I'd asked for what I wanted incorrectly. Instead, my friend was charged $25 more than what she ordered, then hassled about the tip. If you feel confident that you can ask for exactly what you want (tip: read carefully! I totally messed that up) and hold your ground if your bill is different, then absolutely you should come here - again, the massage was great! But I won't be coming back. read more

Despite me repeating saying the option I selected, they said yes yes and did the massage. Afterwards when I come out - they ask me for $60. I ended up paying $70 with tip but felt cheated. The massage was good but will not come back if they keep cheating like this. Great place for Massage. Did the $30 Combination Massage (40 minutes foot and 20 minutes body). The body massage is over the clothes so wear something loose. Would be helpful if they give a basket to keep your belonging as my pockets were filled with wallet, mobile, bracelet and watch! I know that a lot of these places, your experience is very dependent on your masseuse, and he was very good, firm pressure, but not painful. The place was nice at first, dim lights, and they started playing a CD of soft music as they sat me in the chair, but 20 minutes in a group of 3-4 women came in, watched TV and had loud conversations in Chinese as they moved between rooms including the one that I was in, briefly talking to my masseuse. I go here at least twice a month for a massage. Its good , it's fairly cheap and its convenient. The rooms are private, clean, and and it's not the least bit sketchy. The clientele seems mostly split between professionals getting a full body massage, and Chinese ladies getting a foot and chair massage. You can't beat the price and the inconvenience for a massage right near downtown. I usually take the bus, so parking's not an issue but the two or three times I drove there was free parking either right in front or in the under street garage. I've tried two other foot/body massage places in the area, both are right there on Jackson too, and there is nothing wrong with them, but I think this one is much better than the other two. read more

The price for massage is really good, which is just $30 for foot and body combination. However, I had experience that they just swiped my card, and charged me $15 dollars for tip without telling me anything. They said they needed to put the tip in the machine, then charged me more than 20% for tip, which massage cost was $60. I would go here if they don't cheat me like this way.
