Very professional, attentive, and skilled massage therapist. I have lower back problems and Jenny has made a big difference in my rehab progress. I would definitely recommend to others. read more

I also hate to negatively review a small, local business but I feel more compelled to warn our neighbors. This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. I should have followed my gut and left but the twinge in my lower back urged me to stay. The place smells like a litter box. It is not very clean. Check out the bathroom to see what I mean. It was very clear when my bare feet were on the carpet when I went to get dressed. So gross. Okay, no music but it came on when I was leaving. This means I could hear every breathe my unmasked masseuse exhaled over me (I did not realize she was unmasked while I was face down). My masseuse was unfocused and it was as if she had ADHD. She was all over the board. She was rubbing my neck and then my right leg back to me neck, my left arm (but never my left leg. That somehow got completely ignored) and back to the neck and shoulder but never my lower back. It was not calm, it was not relaxing. It was disjointed, disconnected, unfocused, amateurish. She yelled through the door in Mandarin over the top of me to someone out front. Super aggravating. My door was opened 3 times while I was unclothed so that also was deeply disturbing. The language barrier was more than problematic and I do not appreciate having to pay in advance. My one hour massage was 53 minutes and that includes the 4 times she stepped out of the room for more than 6 minutes so that means 47 minutes for a prepaid hour. Like the other reviewer stated, I almost got up and left in the middle. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Trust me. read more

The Little Massage - 60 minute massage timer. This does not reflect the time she left the room. 46 minutes actual massage time. - Massage Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Lets get the "minus one star" out of the way. Could use some updating decor and language was a huge barrier. The girl that did my massage spoke almost no English. Now the 4-stars. She gave a wonderful massage and used the entire hour. The oil and stones were used well. Even with little English she must have felt my problem spots because she worked it good. And the biggest points go for the price. $60 an hour is hard to come by and they offer a punch card. read more

Possibly the best massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Reasonable prices too. They are the best.

My original review was deleted because I was sharing it what this place really offers. The fact that they ask for payment up front and then try to bully you for a tip afterward for what was the worst massage is worth the 1 star itself. read more

The Little Massage - The stock image wasn't even representative of a good massage. - Massage Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Terrible customer service and attitude! I went there for one hour deep tissue massage. They take payment before service. I made my payment and told myself I'll tip after the massage. While she was giving me a massage I was already thinking about coming back. After the massage I was walking out of the room and reaching my wallet for cash to give her a tip. She immediately handed me the receipt and a pen and forcing me to tip her $20. I told her I have cash she said no here tip $20 with credit card. I gave her $5 with card and $5 cash total of $10. She was so upset. She started talking to the other lady in her language and seemed very upset. Tipping shouldn't be forced. It is optional based on the service. After that treatment I shouldn't have tipped but I still gave her $10. I wouldn't go there again!!!! read more

Really big language barrier but we were doing our best. Moments of the massage were nice but she completely missed one side of my body. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because we went late, but it was $120 for two people and we tipped $30 because we had $150 cash, but she got very awkwardly nice and started to tell us we were beautiful and to come back. The vibe is just kind of off and very anxiety inducing. Don't recommend read more

If you like sitting in a room for 20 minutes not knowing what's going on, and lots of awkwardness around payment and tipping, then this is the place for you. 2 stars because the massage itself was great, but I will not be coming back given my experience. read more

Can't beat this place for the price, or overall value. They have had appointments every time I have called needing one. Placed me with a female therapist every time with out me having to ask (this might not matter to some people, I am just not comfortable with a male provider). So here is where this place might not work for some of the people out there who's Yelp reviews make me roll my eyes (the customers that every business doesn't want to have). I let myself get a little sidetracked there anyway, I would call the massages more Spa like and less medically focused. I don't think this is anything other then a business decision on their part. I am personally thankful for it, keeps the costs down, saves you from having to say that the massages ‍ you are getting are providing near logic defying results in order to get them covered by insurance. Language may present a barrier for customers who might be trying to turn this place into something it's not. It's not been and issue for me there, I have always felt like I have been understood and the massage was adjusted accordingly. One really awesome thing is they currently have a punch card buy 10 massages get 1 free. read more

The massage therapist was fabulous. Pressure and technique a 10. One of the best massages I've ever had. She was able to work out all the knots. Highly recommended. read more

5 stars for the quality of the foot massage and price $30 for an hour . If you need a tension releasing affordable massage this is the place to go! Very nice staff! Cash tips are always best. If you are looking for something spa like and fancy then you should go somewhere else. This is just for the luxury of having a relaxing foot massage + head, shoulder, a little bit of back and leg massage. I even got oil on my back which was unexpected . read more

This was a great massage for a good price. $60 for full body massage for an hour. If it's your first time make sure to check in and get the $5 off! No frills kinda place but it was clean, had a quiet room with relaxing music and comfy massage table. Easy to get an appointment. The ladies used a full hour. They didn't ask us our pressure preferences like I've had at other places but it worked out perfect for my husband and I. Hot stones were great. Only thing is the phone rang in the room a couple times and they answered so having someone else cover that during a massage would be nice. They have a punch card - buy 10 massages, get one free! Will definitely be back! read more

Pro: massage was decent Cons: -have to pay BEFORE the service -the masseuse told me to go to the too And when she came back got upset cuz I wasn't undressed. I didn't know that's what I was supposed to do since they just left me in the dark room for a while. -The masseuse left the room MULTIPLE times and wouldn't close the door so my butt was exposed to whoever would walk past my room! -there were conversations going on in the midst of the massage. -after the massage the masseuse literally left before I could even say the work "thank" The main reason I'm writing this review is after the massage my mom and I were waiting for my dad to come back with cash so we can tip and the lady was basically yelling at us that we were occupying her lobby. She approached us multiple times basically saying that he should've already had cash on him. My mom felt bad and apologized and was going to give extra tip BUT THE LADY LITERALLY WAS YELLING AT US. Then she proceeds to yell very loudly to her coworker and I'm sure she was talking about us cuz she kept looking our way and it was right after her telling me my dad should've already been there. I've never felt so awkward and uncomfortable. I've also NEVER EVER had to deal with such horrible customer service. I can acknowledge that we should've had cash ready with us. I didn't see it as big deal cuz he was only couple min away and our full hour wasn't even up and we had already paid but just needed to tip AND WE WERE GOING TO TIP EXTRA. Then as we were waiting for my dad a lady pokes her head out and then leaves and THE LADY THAT WORKS US LITERALLY TOLD US THAT IT WAS CUZ WE WERE OCCUPYING HER LOBBY AND THATS WHY SHE LOST A "CUSTOMER". My mom and I stood up to leave the seat open and she's still talking to her coworker loud af and looking at us. I cannot stress how uncomfortable I felt the whole time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First and last time I will ever go there. read more

Located next to the breakfast cafe but it's not a bad spot. A little pricey for the service but I'd go back again. I called a head and made an appointment. Language barrier made it a little hard to communicate over the phone, and onsite, but it didn't create a negative experience. I asked for the $50 combo. First they took me to an open area with 3 low massage tables. Thank God I brought shorts and a tank top. I was able to lie on my back while they dunked my feet in hot water... really hot (ouch). I had to ask them to cool it down. Then they gave me a half hours massage on my feet and legs. Not too bad. They wiped the area down with a wet towel after. Next they asked me to get up and walk into a private room where I took off everything but my underroos and she finished the rest of the massage with a full body, focusing on my back most of the time. I was able to let the masseuse know how hard I liked it though. After I was offered bottled water. They prefer cash but I used my card and was charged a $1.00 service fee. I took a frequent user/punch card because I plan to go back. read more

I've never been to a massage parlor where you pay for your services before it even starts but I guess this will be the first. There are services listed and the cost. The lady stated only 60 minutes for $60 and I only wanted the 30 minutes since I had a engagement. I then went with what she told me to get. While the lady was giving me the massage, she was moaning like she was in pain and holding her back. I asked her if she was ok and she responds with "massage too much". She started the massage at 4:15pm and ended it at 5:00pm. When she was done she told me "good massage yes? Good tip!" I said yes but it's not 60 minutes but 45 minutes and she didn't understand me and goo walked out of the room. After getting dressed, she waited in the front when I gave her tip. She said "No No No I need $20 dollars tip. I told her I don't have that much cash on hand but I can tip $10 on the receipt and she got upset and told $60 for boss and $20 for me. I have never encountered this ever. I didn't want to be there any longer and I just signed $20 tip. $80 for 45 minutes. She was so happy and I told her I'm very disappointed by this. I won't recommend this place. Prices are there as pictures and the masseur makes the price up as they go. read more

Very unprofessional. When I arrive, the lady charged my card immediately and left me in a room for almost a half an hour and didn't have the courtesy to update me. When I finally decided to leave, I called them and requested them to remove the charge. The lady on the phone offered to send me somewhere else and I declined. I requested a refund, but the charge still showed up on my credit card. Furthermore, I started having fraudulent charges on my credit card which appears to be linked to this outfit. I had to shut my credit card down and now have the hassle of updated all my vendors. Very poor service. read more

This may have been the worst massage I've ever gotten. First off, I paid for a 60 minute hot stone massage & never got the stones & the massage ended 5 mins early after the lady screaming at the top of her lungs to her colleague & stopping during massage. The lady kept walking out of the massage room leaving the door open. I had to get off the table to close the door & then she does it again & tells me its okay when I hear a man's voice. She wiped my legs down with cold towels & then tried to bombard me after. I honestly ran outta there when it ended as fast as I could. Do not come here. read more

Super sweet little massage place. Private rooms. Hot stone or roller is complementary, just ask. The gal I saw was strong. I had the medium pressure combo with hot stone. Next time I'll get the 90 minutes full body. Very relaxing. She used hot towels to wipe off the oil too. read more

From the minute I walked in it was uncomfortable. The language barrier is really really hard here. I asked for a combo 90 min $90 foot reflexology and massage. Several times . Deep tissue. Then was asked to "pay... pay money now" before service. My first red light. I asked if I could pay after so I could tip? No. Really awkward . Then proceeded to be brought into a room to change and told through a voice app on her phone that "the sheets are clean" ok......the "therapist" and I use this term loosely, was in and out no less than 7 times. I had no idea what was going on. Come to open my eyes and see another girl massaging? What the actual heck??? Like what's going on here? Door open... someone in, someone out? The massage was sub par. I should've taken a hint from signage that said prostitution wasn't accepted among other things. I had a bath towel to cover even though it wasn't covering me at all . There was zero foot reflexology. The massage was spotty at best. This was not a very good experience. I almost got up and left. But I kept thinking it would be better. This place wasn't a real massage place. I'll keep hunting . Really really weird and awkward . Thumbs down . read more

Summer is the best massage practitioner, I've encountered and I've had a great number of massages I was easily about to relax in the room she has set up. She does a great massage and will go as deep into the tissue as you want.I have had many wonderful massages. people are always so nice and every massage therapist I've seen here is nice, kind, and friendly but most importantly competent. Different visits I have different needs, sometimes I want a relaxing massage, other times I need a deep tissue to help with tension and I have always been matched with a therapist that works well for me and my needs at that time. read more

Great little modest Chinese massage place right where you wouldn't expect it. $50 gets you an hour of a combination of full body and foot massage. Very communicative and effective, expect warm towels and hot stones too. Friendly and down to earth people running the show here. Don't expect total silence, as there is traditional Chinese music playing along with doorbell chimes and phone ringing on occasion. read more
