Hello. Giving them 1 star because massages are good. Business is shady!…read more Went in a week ago as a walk in asked if they had time for an hour massage. An hour is $60. Apparently a 30 min is $50. The gal agreed to a 60 min massage. About 10-15 minutes in the gal left on a phone call and because someone came in the shop. She said, "Im sorry I only have time now for you for 30 minutes" I said that was ok and then she billed me $50 for 30 minutes and I tipped $10. Came back last night had called ahead for a 60 minute massage. The gal did a very nice massage. It was a full hour. I went to pay and the gal asked me how much I wanted to tip since I was using my credit card. I said $15. She billed me for $115 tip and thanked me very much. I said no I said $15 and I wrote it down. Then the other gal came to the desk and said, "oh no, you need to tip more." She then said, "why you no like, not a good massage?" I said yes it was a good massage. Is $15 on a $60 massage not a good tip? She said, "no, you tip atleast $20". I said that was fine so she entered $20. I have a hunch my credit card is also going to show an invoice for a $115 tip which I will have to figure out later but if they want a designated tip then they need to advertise that because frankly tipping $15 on a $60 service is great! Its just so rude to do what they did on both occasions. Makes me feel like they are dishonest and running a shady business here :(

(Typing this review for a friend who does not use computers.)…read more I called the night before to set up a one-hour massage appointment for the following morning at 9:30 am. During the massage, which was mediocre, there (I showed up on time) was a knock on the front door about 10:00 am. The Masseuse, who was working alone, left me to greet the person at the front door. I couldn't hear their entire conversation but i did hear her tell him that she was busy and to come back at 10:30 am. Well, when she got back to me she shorted me about 5 minutes, no doubt because she wanted to be ready for the potential 10:30 am arrival, who probably wanted a little extra service and would pony up a bigger tip than I was prepared to pay. (I was strictly there for a no-frills no extra massage.). As they all do, she proceeded at the end of our truncated massage to hurry me out the door, the possible 10:30 appointment guy nowhere around. She was obviously to me very angered by that and had the unbelievable gall to tell me to never come back. I was dumbfounded and mislead in retrospect that i had left any tip at all. She certainly was not deserving, and in some shops would have been fired for her conduct.

We decided to stay even though we were greeted by a woman in a sailor moon outfit. She and an older woman gave us a couples massage. The drywall doesn't go up to the ceiling so there was plenty of noise distracting from the massage. Despite all this strange stuff, we enjoyed our cheap massages and came back today. We called to make an appointment yesterday for a 90 mins couples massage and were greeted today by a woman in a robe who asked if we can do 30 mins instead. She said to call next time and make an appointment. They don't speak English here and were using their phones to translate which made the interactions more confusing as we had an appointment and they told us to call next time. In summary, they give some good ass massages for cheap but who knows what you're walking into and whether or not you'll be seen for your scheduled appointment.

Bad experience here. I went in for a 90 minute massage, and…read morethey have you pay before the massage which is fine and I offered up a 25% tip before even getting the massage, and the woman literally refused it?? Saying it needs to be more? Last I checked tips were optional for great service. I was so shocked that she said no and to raise it that I didn't even know what to say. (She also pointed to a piece of paper saying they like tips to be 25% or more, then repeated the "or more" out loud) We then went to have the massage which first of all was at least 15 minutes less than it was supposed to be, and second just not a good massage. The room was cold, hardly ANY oil was used, mostly dry rubbing. And the woman left the room multiple times to speak with others. Definitely not worth a 30% even if I wasn't forced into giving it just so unprofessional, I'll definitely not be back
