You owe it to your life to be here!…read more The hubby had his "foot massage" radar on today and he honed in on this place on our way back from grocery shopping. He pulled into the parking lot and had me scope the place out. I went in and perused the menu. I got back in the car and said, we are coming back in 2 hours for the combo special, a full body massage plus foot massage. For $45, we walked in like hard loaves of stale bread and walked out like kneaded dough. I had a dude and a woman worked on the hubby. "Did your guy stand on your back?", he asked me. I laughed and told him that she probably did that because she's a little Asian lady and you're a big dude. "Did you get your butt massaged?, he asked. "Yes, I had my glutes worked on." "I just could have used a little warning is all." Yeah, well, I could have used a little warning when I had my tatas massaged when I was in Thailand, but it sure was funny when my traveling mate & I both asked each other the same question.... Long story short, amazing, great value, relaxing, clean. Forget the lack of English. They're gonna ask you, "It's ok?" And all you're gonna say is 'yes'. p.s. Ok, my massage dude was very strong and I am used to deep tissue and massage therapy massages. He was very good at making sure that his pressure was okay with me.

How many of you go to get your massages from a boozhee place?…read moreI have my share of paying way too much for this service and leave the place unsatisfied. Well, that stops from here on. This place is now under new management perhaps a new owner but the massage has a new flair, improved version of what I am accustomed to. It's rather inexpensive, new place upgrades, newly painted and re-arranged to a more welcoming entrance. They now start the massage by relaxing the top of my head to a mini face massage and then the whole routine to follow for the next 45mins. During or the first 15mins., I found myself almost sound asleep. It was so relaxing. They also use this gentle oil that has a very calming scent to it. I really liked this #2 massage they offer. It was wonderful! Guys, I highly recommend this place. No appt necessary but it's best that you call first. They have plenty of parking.

Have to prepay message $60 + $5 credit card fee because they use cheap phone banking application. + my tip of 12% tip. Manager comes in to tell me card is denied leaving the door open during the whole convo me naked on the bed. Pay my card over phone and manager comes back to insist I prepay a $20 a 33% tip. In my mind a increased tip is a reward for good service. So I decline and got agitated by her rude persistence to get closer and say "how about $15, you want good service right?" Applying otherwise which felt like a underhand threat. This is also the manager not even the person I'm tipping. So I decline again and tell them to cancel the whole transaction. Don't like the vibe don't get my money. Get dressed and go back to tell her why I'm leaving and reiterating how trying to bully me into tip before hand is extremely rude. She says "this isn't a restaurant go ask anywhere $20 tip is customary. You can go anyways you have (no money on your card")-she made 3 snarky comments insinuating I'm poorI fired back saying yes it is but asking your customer for the tip especially before hand is why I'm leaving. She tried to continue the convo but I walked out and we both pleasantly said "bye-bye" Getting ready to back up "knock-knock-knock in my window" I hesitated rolling it down. Which was the wrong move. All she had to say was "you know now I have to wash these sheets and bla bla stopped listening" , I responded "you know I have no problem paying a $20 tip for good service and he'll iv tipped $60 before. But that's because I enjoyed the massage and I would have gotten one here but you're rude." , she's pissed now. " IM NOT RUDE YOURE RUDE YOUR THE ONE" window rolls up. And neighboring cars call out to see if she's alright causing a commotion in her parking lot. Then heads over to save her reputation and explain to the couple. As I leave I rolled down my window and yelled to them " she's crazy she followed me out to my car just to yell at me" both laughed.

The office is clean and I liked that you can now tip using a your card (the old office didn't used to do that and I don't carry cash all the time). I also liked the ease of access and easy scheduling online. Massage - I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and I have a lot of aches and pains. I don't like firm/deep massages and I liked that Trudi can adjust the pressure to my liking. I also truly appreciate the silence during my massage session. Trudi will tell me before we start "this is your time. Relax" and she'll do her thing while I dose off. I have been with other massage therapists and most of them likes to talk and you end up listening to their life story instead of relaxing. I have 2 other kids and 1 hour of silence while getting a massage is such a treat for me!

My first few months were exactly as he described - Janelle was amazing, her focused massage work, the education-sharing and care Janelle provided, helped immensely for me as a new patient and my rotator cuff/frozen shoulder situation. I was grateful for the recommendation. Insurance covered and I was progressively feeling relief and results. Sadly Janelle was leaving this practice. As her thoughtful parting gesture Janelle recommended a couple therapists to continue where she left off, which I looked forward to as she spoke so highly of their level of care and service. Then COVID hit. Fast forward two months and now I'm eager to start the therapy up again, I called today asking when they would be open for service. To my SHOCK the therapists (Kendall) have returned to work already, in fact 4 weeks ago. I was told Kendall was only calling back her "priority" list clients.... I wasn't sure what that meant, but of course I didn't get called or contacted.. when I asked for clarification the gal at the desk basically dismissed me and said "ok, goodbye" In the competitive service industry when we have choices on our therapy care - when it comes to how you're made to feel and overall experience..... we need more therapists like Janelle.
