Though my masseuse didn't speak or understand English very well, she gave an excellent massage and covered all areas and had advanced knowledge of massage techniques and pressure points. Though I left not completely out of pain, I feel a heck of a lot better than I did before I walked in. Great place, very personable, nice and clean facility and very comfortable. It doesn't have the Asian massage feel to it, but I was offered a bit more than a traditional massage. Highly recommend a visit if you are in pain, or just need a relaxing massage.

After 10 mins of trying to convince her to just continue with the body message I eventually left mid way the 1 hr massage, to which she shameless asked for a tip again. Normally I'd give a 30% tip for the massage but haven't ever experienced this kind of forced tipping situation. I guess I didn't realize it wasn't a massage place. Never coming back here. I've been to many pedicure spots and hers was the gentlest I've ever had. No tickling feelings, so soft with the clipping and cleaning that I barely felt it. Even the callous removal was gentle! I was so impressed with how the nails looked before even adding polish-- they looked like they could've been coated with a clear shiny nail polish already! The nail polish she uses is also impressively fast dry, which means no needing to wait around for 15-30 minutes. Next time, I'd personally skip the polish because the nails look SO pretty even without it (and I don't usually like nail polish myself).

There was a cozy place with chairs and a couch and a fireplace to lounge in, with turmeric ginger tea, strawberry water, regular water, and a few snacks (I didn't have any, I think it was nuts and dried fruit?). The locker room was spacious with a sauna, two huge showers, two toilets, and a changing area with lockers. some toiletries were provided as well. I appreciated that the lockers had a keypad so I didn't have to carry around a key. You can change in the changing area, but if you want more privacy, you are encouraged to go behind the door of the shower, where there's plenty of room to change. The sauna was nice and hot. Loved it. We both opted for the Om package which included a facial and a massage with one enhancement of choice. I have to say, the massage tables here are the most comfortable ones I've ever experienced. They are heated for your comfort, although they can turn off the heat if you run hot. My massage with Allison was lovely and super relaxing. Afterwards, I was brought back to the lounge area where I met up with my friend again and waited for my facial. The aesthetician, Kat, immediately gave off warm and friendly vibes, and I knew right away that she was going to be great. Her recommendations were spot on and her technique was fantastic. Again, so relaxing and I wish I didn't have to leave. Hands down the best facial I have ever experienced. We were allowed to check in an hour prior to our appointments and stay as long as we wanted it afterwards We ended up staying and talking for a couple more hours and enjoying the atmosphere. Every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. They have product recommendations at the end, but no hard upsell which I appreciated. I will 100% return. My friend and I both loved every minute of our day today.

I made an online appointment for my bridal nails, selected "regular nail tech" and paid the required $100 deposit. About an hour into the appointment, I became concerned because the tech working on my nails seemed very inexperienced. She repeatedly applied and removed the gel x tips with glue (3 times, I thought my natural nail was going to rip off), over-buffed my nails to the point they became painful, and had to restart multiple times after making mistakes. The nail tech doing another gals nails next to me kept looking over concerned with the situation as well. After 2.5 hours of only working on one hand, I asked why the service was taking so long and was informed that the lady doing my nails was a junior nail tech -- not the regular tech I specifically booked. This was especially frustrating/disappointing since these were my bridal nails and I was on a time crunch. To their credit, the salon did try to make it right by moving me to Elena, who was their top nail tech and did a great job fixing them. However, after spending nearly 4 hours in the salon, I was only given a $20 discount, and my total still came to $160 (before I tipped Elena) which felt incredibly unreasonable & disrespectful given the experience I had. They even charged me $20 for "a design", which was chrome but there was no actual design done.... Just 20 dollars wasted for shiny powder rubbed on my nails. Now, a day later, my nails are throbbing and sore. I've had acrylics and gel nails for years and have never experienced this level of discomfort after an appointment and they didn't even clean behind the nails bed at all before layering down the gel x. For a salon that charges premium prices and promotes itself as one of the best, this was unfortunately one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I would recommend saving your money and choosing a salon that provides better quality service at a more reasonable price. This is not the place girls!

This past weekend I sent my fiance to see Camille for a pre-wedding massage. Her natural empathy helped her figure out just what he needed and her amazing skills took care of every bit of stress he had stored up.
