Amazing in every way. Julie greeted us at the door and she…read morewas so sweet and showed us around and answered any questions. My first impression of the facility was that it was clean and reminded me a little of Scandinavian style with light wood finishes and simple, classy design. There was a cozy place with chairs and a couch and a fireplace to lounge in, with turmeric ginger tea, strawberry water, regular water, and a few snacks (I didn't have any, I think it was nuts and dried fruit?). The locker room was spacious with a sauna, two huge showers, two toilets, and a changing area with lockers. some toiletries were provided as well. I appreciated that the lockers had a keypad so I didn't have to carry around a key. You can change in the changing area, but if you want more privacy, you are encouraged to go behind the door of the shower, where there's plenty of room to change. The sauna was nice and hot. Loved it. We both opted for the Om package which included a facial and a massage with one enhancement of choice. I have to say, the massage tables here are the most comfortable ones I've ever experienced. They are heated for your comfort, although they can turn off the heat if you run hot. My massage with Allison was lovely and super relaxing. Afterwards, I was brought back to the lounge area where I met up with my friend again and waited for my facial. The aesthetician, Kat, immediately gave off warm and friendly vibes, and I knew right away that she was going to be great. Her recommendations were spot on and her technique was fantastic. Again, so relaxing and I wish I didn't have to leave. Hands down the best facial I have ever experienced. We were allowed to check in an hour prior to our appointments and stay as long as we wanted it afterwards We ended up staying and talking for a couple more hours and enjoying the atmosphere. Every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. They have product recommendations at the end, but no hard upsell which I appreciated. I will 100% return. My friend and I both loved every minute of our day today.

Howevr my facial experience was kind of ok, nothing amazing to talk about. For the price they charge I feel like it's a a basic facial and kind of felt quick. The main desk lady specifically asks if you want to a 20% tip for the therapist instead of letting you make the choice on the device in private.I found that kind of tacky, it's an expensive service as it is and customers should be allowed to select what they would like to tip. Can't really recommend based on my experience.

Definitely not what I want in a spa environment. There's not really a disclaimer or description on…read moreYelp or their website, but this is a social spa. I went in because I like the pictures of the tiles and enjoy the aesthetic of the building and the facility did not disappoint. Shortly after getting situated in the sauna, I quickly realized that people were talking (full volume) and carried on the whole time. After about 45 min of internal screaming, I changed back to my street clothes. There no way I would survive 2 hours of of conversation when I'm trying to relax. Once I got back to the front counter, the staff was super nice and understanding. They apologized for my experience and comped me. While I can't recommended this place for someone who wants a Zen experience like myself, I can see the appeal for people just trying to hang out and unwind in a healthier setting than a bar.

The staff is really nice and gives a detailed explanation of the spa layout, etc. on your first visit. They are very LGBTQ+ friendly here and gender inclusive, which I appreciated. The spa is very clean, and the staff are very attentive to cleanliness, etc. I appreciated the relaxation area upstairs, and the steam room, sauna, and cold dip, as well as the relaxing pool with salt in it. Some things that I did not like were that the hot tub was not that hot at all, and did not have running jets, which is something that you would expect of a spa. That was disappointing. In addition, the ladies locker room was super small and very crowded. The locker room doors are very hard to get open. They really need a new locker system. Also, their website does not have a very user friendly experience when it comes to booking. For instance, when I booked for my wife and I, we had to book two separate bookings. I couldn't book two people on the same reservation. That was annoying. They really need a booking system revamp. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider visiting again. I would also recommend trying it for a decent spa experience.

Booking is super easy on the website, and they let you know the specifics of the different services and the costs of them all right there on the site. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage (my first ever deep tissue), and Taffy was AMAZING. I was literally left speechless at the end of the massage because she explained step by step what she was going to target and some areas I needed to draw my attention to. We literally worked together to find and release knots, and Taffy made it known that my feedback and response to certain areas was highly valued. I loved that the massage bed can be adjusted, the blankets were plush, the robes are fantastic. The music is there, and it's not distracting. -- For those who'd like a step by step: Enter the spa, get checked in. Locker rooms back out and to the left. These are the same locker rooms that hotel guests use for the pool. Sauna, steam room, bathroom, showers are here. They give you slippers and a robe to change into--take your time! There's a reason why they say to come 30 mins before your appt. Go back to the front desk, you'll be directed to the lounge area with lounge chairs, blankets, small snacks, and beverages. I took my time looking at the Eminence catalogue and just enjoying the ambiance. Bathroom is here, too. My only grievance about the lounge is that the chairs have dirt / oil stains on the head rest part. I think a sanitary towel or regularly washing this part would be great. Your technician will find you in the lounge at your time, and you'll go together to your room! This was pricier than what I've ever paid for a 60 min massage, but you get access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, etc. and discounted valet parking. Totally worth it! Would love to try a facial and a longer deep tissue massage sometime soon!

However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the work. The cuticle treatment was done poorly, with noticeable imperfections that are visible right away. Honestly, the result is worse than what I can do myself at home, which raises concerns about the level of service provided.
