I've been here twice so far for trendy nails. This is the place to go for the most up to trend nail designs and polish. They have every color of cat eye and chrome. The salon is clean and spacious and is decorated very adorable in girly accents and flowers. There's lots of parking around the business but the stalls are small. The service is friendly and helpful. The owner Jenny has done my nails both times and always strives to deliver the design you want. She pays attention to small details and makes sure your nails are flawless. I'm pretty close to gatekeeping this place but the establishment was packed and poppin' so I can't really act like this spot is a secret. Let's start with me carrying all my luggage on my way to airport stupidly early because we know how it is. I'm starving and need a pedicure badly! I make the call while I'm on the train 20min ahead to see if they have time and a tech for my feet. Receptionist says come right in and I do carry on and suitcase in tow. I select a color and take a chair. I love that she confirmed the color on my toe before continuing because it turns out it was too light and too opaque so I went for something more vibrant and somewhat gauche. Great spot, super affordable and I went next door to grab egg rolls and bubble tea before getting back on the train. I wish they offered tea or water. I'll be going back soon! Firstly, the gel manicure quality was good. The woman who did the service definitely was fast and experienced. BIGGEST REASON FOR THREE STARS: I didn't see an autoclave anywhere and am 90% sure the tools are not sanitized between clients ://// we're talking, grabbing tools from all around, no opening of fresh tools from an autoclave bag, etc etc. my regular nail salon that didnt have availability this time around uses freshly sanitized/disposable tools, so this bit was a big reason why i won't be back Also, not a big selection for cateye design was offered to me- just really light pastels and unfortunately I didn't realize at the time that i should ask the technician to paint a base coat beneath my cateye (so the whites of my nail was visible, which was not my preference but whatever thats on me for not saying anything) read more

my service was good for the most part , however , I made an appt with one person but she had another person start and all she was paint my nails .. it was busy in there but that's why appts is made . I went with the second highest charge for pedicure and expected more of a massage and more for what they charge. I didn't feel she did a great job of pedicure and I still had cuticles and had to redo my own pedicure filing as she cut way too much down... first time and unsure if I would go back .. then the bill comes and they tried to charge me twice for gel polish and cat eye polish ! Like almost $40 for nail polish says $15 but charged $18 per polish !!! ! What kind of scam Is this ! I had to say something and they took off one charge but overall you lost a potential goo customer of the service and overcharge ! read more

Absolutely love coming here for a manicure! The nail techs are always so nice and always do such a great job on my nails! I always show them a design I want and they delivered. I get builder gel which has more strength than normal gel and it's on your own nails. And it's more durable and you can still do nail arts. My boba inspired nail was done by Sheryl and she is very talented. She did 3d nails on herself too and it's very cute. My previous nails was done by Jenny. Jenny, who is also the owner is fast and also very informative about the process and what she is doing and giving me the nail experience I'm looking for. They mostly only take appointments, but they will take a walk ins periodically if there's availability. You can book online and sometimes get a same day appointment even. They always have good music on and chairs are comfortable to sit in. Been going here for almost a year now and they do not disappoint, I always leave loving my nails. I am not a fan of acrylic so I do get the hard gel overlay manicure (similar to Russian manicure) and I love it. I've been growing out my natural nails and this just works for me. I've had multiple girls work on my nails and they all do a perfect job. It is appointment based so you do want to book ahead of time but sometimes you'll get lucky and get an appointment the next day if there are slots available. Poor service. I always make an appointment w the technician I want but they always change it and put me on another persons schedule without asking me if it's ok. I told the technician multiple times about the nail shape not matching the others and she blamed it on me and refused to fix it for me. Roller her eyes, sighed, and walked off without saying anything to me when she was done with my nails. Other staff witnessed and didn't care to step in to fix it for me. I'm paying $70+ for nails and you guys can't even accommodate or try to fix what your customers addressed? Will not be returning anymore after that experience. read more

I was unable to get in with my regular nail salon in Bellevue, so I figured I would try this place out after seeing the amazing reviews, but I left disappointed and won't be returning. The manicure itself was okay, not the worst I've had, but two of my nails have small divots in the gel and one has a black fuzzy in it (pet peeve of mine). There are traces of gel/polish around the nails on the skin. The salon itself was cute inside, but I'm not sure how clean one would find it to be if they looked a bit deeper. The nail filer that was used on me was obviously used prior. Most salons I've visited recently had disposable one-time use filers for sanitary reasons. The nail lady picked up three different calls in the span of five minutes while working on my nails. After receiving a proper, sanitary, and METICULOUS manicure from my usual salon, this one fell way below the bar. read more

Doubly disappointing- I booked both manicure and pedicure online with a friend and neither one of us got what we wanted- waste of time and money. They started my pedicure then started my manicure 10 minutes into my pedicure. Then they stopped my manicure after just soaking my fingertips. They took so long on my basic pedicure- over 70 minutes and then rushed my manicure 10 minutes after my pedicure was done. The gel polish on my fingernails started falling off within a day even though I did not work with my hands or get them wet. In addition, they have me the gel polish on my fingernails when I wanted it on my toes. It was so disappointing- I had brought my friend with me. She wanted gelx acrylics and ended up not getting the extensions but they spent one hour on her manicure and just gave have her a gel polish on her shortened natural nails, while they spent less than 10 minutes on mine. Neither of us got what we wanted at all. On top of it, the owner or manager got red in the face pulling one employee from my manicure and moving her over to a new customer who had just come in. i got my nails done for a special occasion and was super happy with how they turned out! it was my first time getting extensions (i usually don't get my nails done at all) and Jenny was really helpful and informative to make sure I was comfortable with the shape and size. She also recommended me to go a little shorter than the default since I'm not used to extensions and also wear contacts which I appreciated.
