This place is a hidden gem! I didn't know it existed because it's tucked away in a small plaza on Interurban, but I'm so glad I decided to come in. I've been here three times and the service has been exceptional. I was so pleasantly surprised that sis was using REAL fruit on my legs and feet for exfoliation and hydration. 10/10 pedicure by Hanna. I was inspired by the fruit used in my pedicure so I asked Queenie to include oranges in my fill when she did my nails. She even asked if I wanted to add cute ladybugs as a finishing touch The cleanliness is unmatched; between every customer you can see the hardworking ladies doing as much as possible to ensure their work areas are not only tidy, but especially sanitized. Just had one of the greatest pedicures I've ever had--I chose lavender spa. The vibes are definitely giving "spa". Melissa listened to every one of my requests--and was diligent in making sure my cuticles were bear, my nails were even, and my experience was relaxing. The only fallback is the 10 minute massage was timed at 6 minutes (I always time it when I upgrade)--but it was the only massage that included the FOOT. Most massages only focus on the legs. Will definitely drive down to be back--which is especially telling considering this was a last minute drop in in an area I've never been before. read more

I had many mani-pedi services from Queenie's over the years, but this was not even close to the high quality of past services. I asked for short and round and they were cut so short that I felt him clipping skin. When he tried to shape them with the file - nothing but skin (ouch). Cuticle removal resulted in blood seeping out and me flinching in pain - I just told him to stop with the cuticles. Cuticle area still sore (24 hours later). Though I gave him my polish, he almost used the color left behind by the previous client. Ownership should teach/train their staff and help them understand this is a delicate, meticulous service. read more

Quality of work kind of varies, my previous fill came out a bit crooked and this time around my nail tech, I believe her name is Winnie, tried her best to even everything out. They're accommodating with scheduling and always squeeze me in right before close (I head there on my way home from work usually). I scheduled a pedi and gel manicure. The pedicure was great and the gel manicure was not good at all. The young man never let polish try had to remove polish and try again and still never properly dried. Nails are sticky and feel tacky. I drove a long way to this salon and can't go back. This place took their time to let my nail soak and made sure to be gentle with nails. The ladies here are sweet and very professional. I have been getting my nails done here for the last 3+ years and the customer service is great! I usually have Andy do my full set with gel manicures and fills and he does excellent work. When I want nail art, I show him a picture of what I have in mind, but I come up with my own designs, and it always comes out beautiful! My nails usually last at least 3 weeks! Marry is also good too, as well as the owner Queenie. I've had deluxe pedicures done by Nina and the other techs with lovely relaxing scents and paraffin treatments. Everyone is very kind and Queenie will make things right if you're not happy. They also offer complimentary tea, coffee, and water. I love that they have a loyalty stamp card that earns you a discount after you fill it up! read more

I've gone to Queenie's a couple of times. The first time was with Mary- she was great, friendly, thorough, and experienced. My second time, the owner took care of me. I was disappointed in the fill I received. Within a week, the polish was chipping. Unfortunately, the quality I paid for wasn't what it should've been. I won't be back. read more

Stopped in here for a pedicure with my sister and niece on a Saturday. The two stars is for having enough staff to quickly accommodate all of us and two of us ended up getting mani's too. Unfortunately that's the only positive about my experience here, each of our pedicures were done within 20mins, I've never had a pedicure that fast EVER, not even water was offered. The nail technicians were very pushy to get gel polish instead of regular nail polish then attempted to do acrylic on my niece when we asked for a manicure so we had to stop her and revert the service back to a manicure. Called Queenie Saturday morning and they were able to take me. $5 for the fix! They were super nice. The place is busy but felt very clean and organized. Nice massage chairs. Big screen TVs with entertainment, lots of nail colors and accessories like glitter and foil. Parking in the shopping plaza a is easy too. The vibe tried to be nice, however the unwanted massage and hard hitting with a massage was very uncomfortable. This was the worst set of nails I've ever received. My lady chopped all my cuticles under my finger nails which led all of my fingers to bleed and be very uncomfortable. Not even an hour later two of my nails broke severely down to a very uncomfortable point on my nail bed. My nails have never been so flimsy, I cant even open things or wash my hair without them bending. Highly do not recommend. read more
