I was greeted immediately and told to pick my color as I indicated I wanted a pedicure. The other worker already had the water started in the foot bath. My technician her name was Tina and she was very knowledgeable in her field explaining how ingrown toenails start by cutting nail to low then the nail curves into your skin and toe. She showed me on my foot as I have this myself. She carefully worked on my feet and indicated I would need to let them grow out but it would hurt. Anyway she was very pleasant very knowledgeable and polite. Took great care with me. I opted for the pedicure with the paraffin wax for $25.00. She also did a hot stone massage on my feet and legs. Pleased with my service and care, recommend! I noticed they have 4 pedicure chairs. It is smaller and there were two ladies. I will be returning to Tina.

She has her own workspace that is basically private. Her area is clean and tidy and well lit. She is very meticulous and methodical as she moves through the service. When you first come in, they seat you and let your service provider know you're here. The waiting lobby is small, but very lush and comfy. The inside is very clean and tidy. Plenty of natural light, but not blinding. The entire time my service was happening, it was silent. She said a few words to me in greeting and started the service. Aside from a few questions and a short getting to know you session, I actually got to sit in silence with no children asking for snacks, no kids tv in the background, no dogs barking, nothing.
