Update: Called and talked to June to fixing my nails. They shaved the excess out, but didn't help with the thumb. My first time coming here was fine, my pinkies were not straight at all, but everything was fine! Second time coming here on 1/15 and walked in around ~2pm and I was the only one, but it still felt rushed when they were doing my nails. Thumb was not straight and under my ring finger was a lot of the gel hidden underneath. Super nice people though..just unsure if I'll come back for a full set. read more

I've been in search of a new nail shop and tried this location twice. The first time I was very pleased with my nails. My regular service is dip on my natural nails. The second time I went and got the same service was last Wednesday. By Friday a layer was lifting off my nails and the nails themselves begin to break. I had no choice but to cut majority of my nails as they were snagging on everything due to the breakage (pics below were taken on Saturday/3 days after the service). I got my nails filled by Min. He made sure all of my dead skin was gone, checked in for my height and shape. He was very careful, detail-oriented, and precise. This was my first time here and I'm kinda torn if I'll be back. It's only been a week and my tips are already chipped. There was no clean up on my nails at all. It was left messy. I got my nails done with Jennifer a little over a month ago and it was an amazing experience! She took me in for a pretty last minute walk-in and did not rush the process at all. She made sure I was happy with my shape and my nails lasted about a month with no fill (it obviously grew out and looked crazy lol) but it was pretty sturdy and did not break or lift as easily. I also appreciate that before I requested to get a full set acrylic done, I asked her who was the best at nails in the shop and she said if i wanted designs, her best girl is off for the day and to come back tomorrow. However, I was just wanting someone that was good with shaping. i appreciated her honesty though and the fact that she wasn't just money hungry. Their pedicures were soooo relaxing; we loved the hot stone massage and paraffin wax! 2. Kelly and Hannah did beautiful work on our acrylic full set with custom designs (we brought in photos of what we wanted to make it easier). 3. Staff is very nice and happy to whatever you want, it's always a good experience. Nails are pretty good depending on who you go to. Do not book appointment online, I've done this a few times and despite sending a confirmation email, they never seem to have it. Also, not great for the extra but do a decent job on regular stuff. For my 1st and 2nd I had gotten prepped/sized by Moon and she does a really good job with getting the shape that I like (+she remembered me from my last appointment a month prior and asked if I wanted the same/similar shape!) then the owner Jennifer would apply the acrylic and do my designs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anything different that would look better. I would most definitely come back for these ladies! + my rhinestone set has only been on for about a week so there's nothing to say on issues regarding the rhinestones as I've seen other reviews on them falling within the same day/week. my first set had also lasted 3 weeks without breakage or lifting until I decided that it was finally time to cut them lol! read more

Arrived at 10am for my appt. I waited till 1025 when they finally started to work on my nails. The girl seemed in a hurry, and you can tell looking at the finished product. Some square, some round, some a little bit of both. I did ask for a few to be fixed. The owner polished my nails and while doing so answered her apple watch at least 7-8 times to take phone calls. Just seems unprofessional in my opinion considering the money I'm spending. Won't be going back as I don't appreciate salon's that don't honor appt times. We weren't the only ones waiting. read more

Miss Moon and Sy did a great job on my mani-pedi set! Sy was patient with me when I couldn't choose a color I like right away. Moon looked at my Pinterest pics and was more than happy to recreate it for me. I also love their scheduling system, so convenient! I did have to wait for almost 20 minutes despite my appointment so I hope this can be avoided next time. I also got a text before my appointment for a 10% off but forgot to bring it up during checkout. It would be nice if the staff could ask the guests in the future? I got the Deluxe pedicure for $40 from Elegant nails in Kent, and I had Mia as my nail technician. She was very gentle, yet thorough in removing calluses from my heels, as well as trimming and shaping my toenails. I've had this pedicure for about three weeks now, with no chipping whatsoever, despite getting just regular nail polish, not shellac. I just love this salon The service is always so wonderful here. The owner always does an amazing job as with all salons I always recommend scheduling ahead because they do get packed. But their pedicures are elite. That's what I come here for. Not manicures unless I want something super natural and basic. Since they don't specialize in design. I come here literally on a monthly to even twice a month basis. It's by my favorite bubble tea place so I love that about this salon. I'd definitely advise coming here for great service, massage, and long lasting nail polish for the pedicures. They make me look forward to getting my toes done. The ladies are helpful and nice. If I want designs, Jennifer or Hanna are amazing! Its best to make an appointment and they have a convenient online appointment system. They do take walk-ins, however weekends are not a good time to walk in.
