This place was amazing. I googled it and all the reviews were fantastic so I decided to stop by. I called first to ask if they had time and could do a hard gel fill also known as builder gel and a shellac pedicure. They got me in right away. Mia Sam did my nails and Tina did my toes. Both did a fantastic job. Very relaxing and cozy experience. I will be back. If you guys are in the neighborhood or not check it out. read more

Update: Called and talked to June to fixing my nails. They shaved the excess out, but didn't help with the thumb. My first time coming here was fine, my pinkies were not straight at all, but everything was fine! Second time coming here on 1/15 and walked in around ~2pm and I was the only one, but it still felt rushed when they were doing my nails. Thumb was not straight and under my ring finger was a lot of the gel hidden underneath. Super nice people though..just unsure if I'll come back for a full set. read more

My daughter and I love elegant nails and always go see Mia because she is perfection! We tend to like designs done and she not only executes them flawlessly but she picks out the colors on her own and gets them done quickly. We will literally wait to get our nails done until she is available. What a gem! read more

I've been in search of a new nail shop and tried this location twice. The first time I was very pleased with my nails. My regular service is dip on my natural nails. The second time I went and got the same service was last Wednesday. By Friday a layer was lifting off my nails and the nails themselves begin to break. I had no choice but to cut majority of my nails as they were snagging on everything due to the breakage (pics below were taken on Saturday/3 days after the service). As I previously stated, I get the same service any time I go to a nail salon and have never experienced this and did not do anything outside of the norm. read more

I got my nails filled by Min. He made sure all of my dead skin was gone, checked in for my height and shape. He was very careful, detail-oriented, and precise. Would recommend getting your nails done by him. They do not have a lot of bright colors but the work is really good. They took me in within 2 minutes of my arrival and I had called them like 5 minutes before coming in. He only charged me for 1 of my broken nails instead of 2. Reasons for Rating: +1 Excellent location and parking +2 Customer service +1 Interior/atmosphere +1 Would return/recommend others read more

I am absolutely in LOVE with this salon, so glad I was recommended by a friend. I was lucky to get an appointment with Jen with a manicure and I couldn't be happier. She was so sweet and funny. And I got exactly what I wanted (and more), nothing too long or thick and the perfect shape. They turned out so pretty! I also got a gel pedicure from NyNy. She was so friendly and it was so relaxing. These ladies are so kind and professional, they have a very large selection of colors. I left extremely happy and will absolutely be back! read more

This was my first time here and I'm kinda torn if I'll be back. It's only been a week and my tips are already chipped. There was no clean up on my nails at all. It was left messy. On my left hand, the tips added to my pink is slightly off. See picture attached. However, customer service here was great. Which is why I'm torn. I might come back just to give it another chance. My toes are not chipped and still look amazing. read more

Thank you again. I have been going to Jennifer salon since they opened, maybe 15 years now? Their service is the best of the best. They sure know how to take care of customer needs. Either you have an appointment or walk in. They always welcome you and make sure you are fully satisfied. I went to her another location, Top coat in Burien , you will get the same excellent service. read more

I got exactly what i wanted i love how the snowflakes came out. I asked for mia to do my nails and she did a good job. My friend and I booked mani/pedis to celebrate her getting her dream job and the team at Elegant nails did an amazing job! Some highlights: 1. Their pedicures were soooo relaxing; we loved the hot stone massage and paraffin wax! 2. Kelly and Hannah did beautiful work on our acrylic full set with custom designs (we brought in photos of what we wanted to make it easier). 3. The salon was clean and bright, and the owner Jennifer was friendly and attentive. We loved our nails so much we pretty much had a mini photo shoot at lunch. read more

I got my nails done with Jennifer a little over a month ago and it was an amazing experience! She took me in for a pretty last minute walk-in and did not rush the process at all. She made sure I was happy with my shape and my nails lasted about a month with no fill (it obviously grew out and looked crazy lol) but it was pretty sturdy and did not break or lift as easily. I also appreciate that before I requested to get a full set acrylic done, I asked her who was the best at nails in the shop and she said if i wanted designs, her best girl is off for the day and to come back tomorrow. However, I was just wanting someone that was good with shaping. i appreciated her honesty though and the fact that she wasn't just money hungry. Whenever I am back in town, I am definitely coming back to see her! Thank you Jennifer! read more

Staff is very nice and happy to whatever you want, it's always a good experience. Nails are pretty good depending on who you go to. Do not book appointment online, I've done this a few times and despite sending a confirmation email, they never seem to have it. Also, not great for the extra but do a decent job on regular stuff. I think I paid $75 for a full set with ombré. read more

Miss Moon and Sy did a great job on my mani-pedi set! Sy was patient with me when I couldn't choose a color I like right away. Moon looked at my Pinterest pics and was more than happy to recreate it for me. I also love their scheduling system, so convenient! I did have to wait for almost 20 minutes despite my appointment so I hope this can be avoided next time. I also got a text before my appointment for a 10% off but forgot to bring it up during checkout. It would be nice if the staff could ask the guests in the future? These are all minor things so I'm still giving this 5 stars and will be back soon! read more

love love love I've came here 2 times already for a full acrylic set and had good experiences for both. For my 1st and 2nd I had gotten prepped/sized by Moon and she does a really good job with getting the shape that I like (+she remembered me from my last appointment a month prior and asked if I wanted the same/similar shape!) then the owner Jennifer would apply the acrylic and do my designs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anything different that would look better. I would most definitely come back for these ladies! + my rhinestone set has only been on for about a week so there's nothing to say on issues regarding the rhinestones as I've seen other reviews on them falling within the same day/week. my first set had also lasted 3 weeks without breakage or lifting until I decided that it was finally time to cut them lol! read more

I just love this salon The service is always so wonderful here. The owner always does an amazing job as with all salons I always recommend scheduling ahead because they do get packed. But their pedicures are elite. That's what I come here for. Not manicures unless I want something super natural and basic. Since they don't specialize in design. I come here literally on a monthly to even twice a month basis. It's by my favorite bubble tea place so I love that about this salon. I'd definitely advise coming here for great service, massage, and long lasting nail polish for the pedicures. They make me look forward to getting my toes done. The ladies are helpful and nice. I always get the deluxe pedicure, highly recommend comes with paraffin wax treatment, massage, hot stones, and you can pick which scent you want. I love the honey and milk. read more

Arrived at 10am for my appt. I waited till 1025 when they finally started to work on my nails. The girl seemed in a hurry, and you can tell looking at the finished product. Some square, some round, some a little bit of both. I did ask for a few to be fixed. The owner polished my nails and while doing so answered her apple watch at least 7-8 times to take phone calls. Just seems unprofessional in my opinion considering the money I'm spending. Won't be going back as I don't appreciate salon's that don't honor appt times. We weren't the only ones waiting. read more

I got the Deluxe pedicure for $40 from Elegant nails in Kent, and I had Mia as my nail technician. She was very gentle, yet thorough in removing calluses from my heels, as well as trimming and shaping my toenails. I've had this pedicure for about three weeks now, with no chipping whatsoever, despite getting just regular nail polish, not shellac. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot stone massage, as well as the paraffin wax treatment for my feet. It made them so silky, smooth it was amazing! I highly recommend this place! read more

Update: I have been going here for 6 months now, and I'm still very much in love with my nails, if you look at my pics from the first visit to the last, you'll see the good care they have taken of my nails, only reason I do not give a 5 star review is because the manicure aspect of it, cleaning of the cuticle and stuff, is not something they do proactively but rather upon request. Hannah is amazing and so great when you come to her with an idea for a new design or color. read more

I have been coming here for almost 6 months and absolutely love the ladies here. They are all super nice and welcoming. For pedicures I typically work with Sy. She's always super general and quiet. She does an amazing job and very thorough. Normally Hannah does my nails. She does all her work by hand and is very quick. The past time Jennifer did my nails and I absolutely loved how subtle and natural she made the marble look. The team here always help me find the right color and provide suggestions on how to make them look better. Thank you Elegant Nails for the amazing work. read more

I've been getting my nails done here since around January of this year and I always have a good experience. I've recommended this place to all of my siblings and many friends. If I want designs, Jennifer or Hanna are amazing! Its best to make an appointment and they have a convenient online appointment system. They do take walk-ins, however weekends are not a good time to walk in. If they are ever too busy, instead of promising to be able to get to you and having you wait potentially over an hour like many salons do, they will just tell you they are too busy and recommend another time for you to come back. read more

I recently became a new customer of this nail shop. What a huge improvement!!!! I have been getting nothing but compliments. Every time I go for a fill, and I love the fact that they have a appointment login system when you come in that earns your points, and I get special offers every week on all kinds of services. This is a very serious business owner and the shop is very well organized, clean, and the staff is very courteous and competent. I am always looking for some sort of innovative design for my nails too, and they always seem to execute off pictures, I bring in. very happy to have found them and I've talked to others who have been long-term customers as well while I've been getting services read more
