Super cheap pedicures. Crappy service. I gather this place is better for manis than pedis. The guy who did my feet was surly and wouldn't talk to me, just pushed my feet up and down and around. Seemed like he hated his job. The place seems more focused on getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible instead of doing quality work. I got the deluxe, so it's not like I paid less for stingy service. My guy tried to get by with doing only a single coat, no top coat, and said goodbye immediately after setting the bottle down to rush down to more customers that came in. When I said "hey so you only one coat? Okay." He came back visibly pissed to do a second coat. I very much got the impression that they just wanted me to leave with wet toenails and not give them a few moments to dry. They didn't offer to help me get my flip flops back on. I was dismissed as soon as he walked away. It was sorta: okay, rubbed your legs/feet down, swiped some polish, now get out. Not going back. If you're looking for a pedi on a budget, just know not to expect much attention or effort when it comes to the actual polish. He did do a decent job cleaning up the areas around my nails, which is why they're getting 2 stars instead of one. read more

Read reviews and sounds like Teetee is their best nail tech so I made sure to ask for her. I came in for a full set and a basic pedi. Showed Teetee the pic I found on Pinterest and she advised that the marble design will not be exactly like the pic and that the glitter they have on hand is a shade different (but you should already know it won't be an exact replica of any design you find online). I was totally ok with that and I ended up loving the results!!! I love the rose gold glitter on my nails better that the pink glitter in the pic. Teetee nailed this one! The basic pedi was just that, basic. You get a nice lotion massage followed by a quick hot stone massage and then a scrub down. I really just wanted my toes painted so I'm satisfied with my pedi. It was my first time here and I would totally recommend this salon! Everyone was great and friendly! Side note; I never get my nails done so I'm not sure about quality or thickness of the nails. I had a 4:45pm shellac nail appointment, didn't leave until 6:10pm. I've NEVER been to a salon where it takes OVER 2 HOURS for a shellac manicure. They said it's because I came with color on but it DOES NOT take that long. I get my nails did bi weekly and it only takes 30-45 mins. I don't even like my nails, I wanted more coats on my ring finger but didn't even bother telling the nail tech cause I wanted to get the hell out of there. The entire full set was completely rushed because she had someone waiting behind me. There is a minimum of 10 mins wait time even if you take appointments as they take walk-ins as soon as a person is available. I got my nails done here a few times; I did regular manicure/pedicure once/Gel set a couple of times; they do a great job with designs too. I really like this place. I've gone to several nail salons and I get uncomfortable with the treatment of the people there towards me ( I'm visibly Muslim). Everyone at this place is super nice and they go out of their way to make sure you like the color of the nail polish and your nails shape. Price wise they are similar to other nail salons. The one thing you should know is that If you get a pedicure you might be worked on by a male technician. Not a big deal for most people but worth mentioning. I've never had a pedicure here but I am sure If I asked for a female technician it wouldn't be an issue. More importantly though, the reason I like this place is that it is obviously a family business. Everyone working there seem to be related to each other which means I don't have to worry about whether my tip is going to the right person. read more

First time I came here, I got a dip manicure and regular pedicure. The dip manicure was a 2-star... nothing special. The young woman cut and filed my nails all crooked and the dip powder was extremely thick. I couldn't even scratch myself. It felt like I had no nails. The pedicure though... easily 5 stars!! The gentleman did so good. He massaged with pressure, he shaped my toe nails perfectly, the paint was on point, and he did not rush even as more customers came in. I'm no longer going anywhere else for pedicures. A few weeks later, I needed the dip on my nails taken off so I decided to go back for another try. This time, a different woman helped me and when I told her I usually get dip but that I was not satisfied the last time, she very nicely explained to me that the dip was so thick because I like short nails. If they made it an thinner with my preferred length, the dip would crack. Because of this, she recommended shellac (which I used to get before I discovered dip). No one has ever explained to me how shellac vs. dip would crack more easily than the other and why. She was so helpful and she did a wonderful job on my new nails. Definitely going back. No peeling yet but 4 nails started to crack after about 5 days, although I was doing a massive deep clean at home so I was washing my hands a ton. Planning on observing my next manicure to see if cracking keeps up or if it was just user error. 5/5 stars for my second experience for now. So with all that said, I'm averaging this place to a 4 star review. read more

Yes, quality work! Nancy is great for her talent. BUT - she will rip your acrylic nail off when you need a change. No soak, just grabs another nail and slips it under and rips it off. This place is the worst. I took my cousin in twice for her nails and we made an appointment both times for her. The first time they gave her someone new that didn't know how to paint gel on acrylic properly. She didn't speak English well so she tried speaking to her in Vietnamese but she refused. My cousin came out with uneven coffin nails and she didn't paint the acrylics on the side so it was white...also, the gel polish had bubbles and clumps in it. I didn't look at her nails until I got home and had to drive her right back to the nail salon to redo them. The girl wasn't too happy but hey, it wasn't our fault you can't paint. Left her an $8 tip for a $25 fill. This time around, she made an appointment for a Nancy, who apparently is the same person? But she told her a different name before. Suspicious. Her appointment is at 12:30PM and got seated 25 minutes later. I was not with her but I had to handle the situation myself, I had to call in and ask them WHY. I had to speak in Vietnamese in order for them to further understand me. This is not how a business is suppose to be, if someone has an appointment, take them, not a previous walk in. Regardless of if they were short staffed or not, you don't take walk ins 10 mins prior to someone who has an appointment with you. There really just aren't any good nail salons in the Cascade/Fairwood area. They all abide by Vietnamese rules which isn't accustomed in America, it's considered very rude. They did not once apologize or think they did anything wrong. Business isn't booming because of situations like this. If you want a returning customer, don't make them wait almost half an hour AFTER their appointment time. Her nails were done earlier today and they already look at least a week grown out. Why would you pay to have grown out looking nails? Don't recommend this place, don't come here. read more

The day they fixed the one nail ANOTHER popped off . I'm guessing the original full set was glued properly . I have spent 45 +25 +6 not including my tips or pedicure and my nail is STILL BROKE . When I request a new full set as 4/10 have broke within 2 weeks their response was "I'll fix the one that's broke" .
