I was excited to try this salon for the first time since I'm new to the area. When I walked in, I was greeted and offered water while I waited in the spa chair. They also handed me a menu of services, which included a small paper labeled "Facials" on the pedicure side, I removed the paper that said facials and I saw options numbered 1-5. Naturally, I asked for "Number 1," since nothing indicated it was outdated. It was a facial paper on the pedicure menus. To my surprise, the staff member responded harshly, saying they no longer offer that option and only have "Number 2." I said that was fine, she got mad that I removed the paper, I didn't know any better. I apologized. but she continued to speak to me in a raised voice in front of other customers, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and let her know she had made me feel unwelcome. I completely understand if the menu was old--but there was no need to respond so aggressively. It was my first visit, and it could've been a simple, kind correction. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

So unfair a place offering a service can lie and do what they did and just decide to ignore the harm they have done and not have to refund money when now not only are my cuticles messed up I have to pay someone else to do the service they promised as a mother of 4 and my husband working hard for his money it's just crazy. I hope this was just a bad couple days for them and they don't cause any other people this pain or discomfort and dissatisfaction. it's a smaller shop tucked away in a plaza - but I like it! it's quaint and personal. The ladies that work there listen to what you like and ensure it's done correctly and nicely! I took my wife and daughter here and my daughter being 6 is rather picky and changed her a mind a few times of colors/patterns and the gals there fixed it right away and kept her happy. my needs are more simple but I do love that they offer the parfin wax treatment and a hot stone massage. I did have an ankle injury at the time and they noticed it and took extra caution to ensure they didn't aggrevate anything, matter of fact, she massaged the injured area very carefully and I was able to walk away feeling so relaxed and even alleviated some of the pain! At the end of the spa treatment, they even gifted my daughter a small purse and that totally made her day! Love this place and can't wait to go back! read more

Salon is on the smaller side. Felt like we were standing on top of each other. One wall of polish is placed in the way of the last pedicure chair. You're poking your head around the end of the chair, to be courteous of the person getting a pedicure. Pretty uncomfortable. In any case, my poor rating is due to the total cost I was charged for half the service. I brought in 2 little girls, age 6. They wanted their nails painted. They picked the colors and while drying their hands, they decided they didn't want their toes painted. So 2 girls getting their hands painted and was still charged $15 per kid. On their board, price breakdown lists kid nail+pedi=$15. So why was I charged $30 for half the service? They didn't get toes done, so I'd imagine I would only be charged for the mani. Very dissatisfied And should not be overcharged for a basic service!! read more

They are not the best. They are always short handed and sometimes they forget that this is your SPA day and rush through your manicure in a hurry to get to the next customer. Recently I left a $2.00 tip instead of my normal $5.00 tip because of the rush (like painting the new polish over the old polish) and the Owner was insulted and did not even say thank you. On my next visit the Owner did not speak to me but raised the price from $30. to $33. I had a friend call to find out the normal price of a shellac manicure and the Owner said $30.00. I can't patronize a salon that plays these kinds of financial games. A tip is a gift, for good service and should not be taken for granted. I guess they forgot there is a nail salon on every corner. Update to the owners response. When I was presented with the bill for $33. I asked if you raised your prices again and the answer was yes. And all three of you laughed as I walked out the door. Trying to find a good place for dip in maple valley. Probably the worst nails I've had. Went in to get my old dip nails removed and get a new color. She didn't get all of the color out from underneath and didn't tell me that I should probably pick a darker color because you would be able to see it through. There are uneven parts on the sides of each nails where she didn't even get powder on. I world have asked her to fix it there but I had to pick up my kids. When I got home that night one nail already chipped and the top layer of gel on another nail started peeling. Never coming back. Waste of time and money. read more

The shop is small but not clustered, the space is set up beautiful with framed art work, AND A PRICE SHEET!!! So many places I've gone since I moved here have no prices listed. The pedichair is lovely the massage options are different than I've seen in other shops,however the chair itself is far superior. The young lady that did my toes was AMAZING, took her time I admit I needed way more than a touch up on my toes. Not a single nick or cut. I did a 25.00 package and that includes the work on my toes, scrubbing my legs, massage, hot stones and hot towels and the most perfect nail polish application ever. If you are a picky gal like me, this place rocked. My Nails! Omg again I'm picky I'm also from jersey so I only do stiletto shape. Usually I get side eye. Oh no. Not her she wiped out the fastest set of killer points I've ever had!! I think because less people out here get that shape it's harder to find a tech that can do it right. Meh. That's the only word I can think of when thinking of Queen Nails. I'm scoping out the area trying to find my go-to nail place, and have yet to do so. I walked in on a Sunday expecting somewhat of a wait. But the staff sat me right away saying there would be no wait... 45 minutes later, they finally sat down with me after ignoring me the whole time. My nail lady was nice and apologetic, so that helped a little. The shellac manicure I got was OK, not great, not terrible. But it was rushed, there was about a 5 second hand massage, and that was it. I was out the door. The wait lasted far more than the actual nail service. Prices are slightly cheaper here, as the shellac manicure only cost $25 + $5 for tip. However, I expect more when getting my nails done, whether it's a longer massage, better customer service, more attention to detail, or at least some honesty about the potential wait. 1st time going here. Loved how kind the girls were to me. They spent a good amount of time on me and I never felt rushed. Everything was sanitized, they had plastic liners in the pedicure tubs, and pulled open new items from packaging for manicures. The lady that did my manicure took her time and paid close attention to my nails for any sharp edges. My pedicure was also amazing, my back was massaged with hot stones as well as my legs and feet. Excellent service, nice massage and overall nice experience. I rated Queen Nails a 3 star due to lack of time taken. I feel my nails were rushed and not done properly. I didn't take the time to critique every move the artist made, I let her go at her own pace and let her do what she thought was acceptable. I feel she could have taken more time to fade my French ombré. The shape was beautiful but there was a harsh line where she tried to fade the pink and white acrylic powder. She asked if i wanted sparkles, i said no, she repeated "no?"asking for confirmation, and i proceeded with a "yes" so i can see where she may have gotten confused. I have dried acrylic on the sides of my nails resulting in a gap between the nail and skin, this causes my hair to get stuck and leaves an annoying snag. My nails do look nice but i feel she was more skilled than what she left me with. Next time just remember that it's your Name I'm wearing on my hands ‍ -Not worth $50 Update: My nails look worse as the days go by, you can see every flaw, my nails are already falling off after 8 days of getting them done. I went in before I went on vacation to get a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was good hence the 2 stars. The full set on the other hand was absolutely terrible. They put my pinky nail on sideways, when I brought it up I was told that's the way my finger goes. I argued with the lady doing my nails and finally it came down to me just saying whatever paint it since she would not fix it. The gel on the full set was also extremely bumpy not flat. None of the nails were even lengths. They all broke after a week as well. After all of that I ended up paying $170 for two pedicures and one full set. I will not be returning for a full set but would consider returning for a pedicure. read more

I called ahead to see if they had any openings and they did. I got a shellac Mani and #4 spa pedicure. It was amazing They use hot stones for massaging and they actually massage your whole hands, arms and shoulders, like they are supposed to!!! I also had my feet in parafin, de callused, and my cuticles taken care of so gently. My shellac was done the correct way as well with the appropriate procedure and cure time. I haven't had a Mani/pedi that was this professional, sanitary, and relaxing in a very long time!!! The products they used were nature based, so the scents were very nice to smell and left my skin revived, rather than the typical spa products which are nice but not like this. This was a step up from the usual. Definitely call before going because they are a smaller shop with only 5 spa chairs and 4 manicure chairs. They do have a full service spa for facials and waxing! read more

Where do I start? The salon was dirty and there will visible brown liquid stains on the floor. It looked like the entire salon needed a deep cleaning. My pedicure was decent, however, the fill was not. I've never had such a rushed manicure in my life. I kept asking the nail technician to paint the ENTIRE nail. She also did not file my nails smoothly; they were rough and jagged. There was no attention to detail, AT ALL.
