I've been to this salon three times now, and each visit has been a consistently wonderful experience. The first time, I popped in on a whim and asked if they had time for a manicure and pedicure. They said yes, and I was in and out within an hour! The gel polish they applied lasted an impressive three weeks -- it still looked almost perfect at the end. The color was stunning, exactly what I wanted, and even though I had calluses on my toes, I never felt judged at all. The second visit, I booked with LYLY and went for the medium package manicure and pedicure. It was genuinely the best experience I've had. I chose gel again because I was preparing for Thanksgiving and lots of cooking. I was a bit hesitant about picking a brown shade -- we all know how tricky brown can be -- but it turned out absolutely perfect for fall. My most recent visit was to have everything removed, as I wanted to go more natural. I opted for a basic pedicure and manicure. They still provided excellent care and made the experience relaxing. They applied OPI Nail Envy to my hands and toes, which I really appreciated. Once they finished, they let me sit in the chair for 5-10 minutes to unwind and relax, which is one of my favorite parts of coming here. The basic manicure and pedicure came to $74, but it was well worth it. It felt like a luxurious little splurge, and I can't recommend this salon enough for their quality, care, and relaxing atmosphere! Cash Tips are preferred but it's okay on card too. read more

By far my favorite nail salon. The atmosphere is so warm and Cozy, and service is top notch.

Lona was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job on my nails! She is quick, kind, and delivers beautiful work. I am visiting from out of state and needed to get my nails done in a pinch for a wedding and they were able to get me in a day or two after making the appointment, first thing in the morning and I was sat a few minutes early. :) She whipped my full set up in less than an hour and they turned out amazing. Unfortunately I can be a bit of a picky client and a stickler but Lona did me right THE FIRST TIME and I feel that is so important to mention. Went to get a pedicure on 4/11. Called and specifically asked for a technician who can do a good job. Paint toe nails without streaks. File and shape the nail. Got exactly the opposite. Tony always gets me right. They're always so friendly to me. I never like to chat much when i get my nails done and they respect that so it's always a very relaxing time. Their nails always last me a long time too (saying that as someone who is an admin and works a lot with their hands typing). I've been coming here for a while now, at least a year. Today was my first bad experience. I made an appt for 3:45. I walked in at 3:53 (driving from Redmond to Maple Valley). FOUR pedicures walked in right before me and 1 manicure walked in after me not to mention all the other walk ins after. All 5 were finished before I was done. No one even touched my hands to start the service until 5:05. I wasn't offered even a water until 5:45. I wasn't in my car until 6:15. One set of dip on natural nails with a single color was ALMOST 3 hours of my day. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I realize that it's a business and money needs to be made. But if you can't provide a timely service and need me to come back I would've rather had that option than just be told to sit down and wait for OVER AN HOUR. I'm disappointed because everyone is very nice, the salon is clean, and the quality I've received has always been great. But I am so tired of being told to wait until someone else is done even though I made an appt specifically for this allotted time. read more

After making an appointment 5 days days in advance -- still waited over 40 minutes for my appointment. No one offered me anything other than a seat to sit down in. It was truly a disappointment. The inside is clean and new, but customer service is horrible. The tech that did my both my pedicure and manicure was wonderful. Yet, I waited another 20 minutes for my manicure service. Hang on for this one... First off I have been coming here since they opened for pedicures and they are sweet and do a good pedicure. So I decided why not try a full set instead of going to 2 separate places... HUGE mistake! Lucy did my nails and entire set in about 30 min. They were lumpy, the chrome was splotchy, every nail was a different shape I'm not kidding. Of course I feel bad so I don't say anything (that's on me) I decided to call and ask if someone could remove the nails and do another set. I go in today and the manager Tony was so freaking rude, completely condescending and refused to redo the nails. He blamed me (no joke) for not saying anything and said he knew I had been a long time customer but the best he would do it try to fix them. I said then give me my 80.00 back... yea right! He tried to fix them and as I sat there not only did he tell me that the lady that did my nails was the best they had, he said.. oh you think you can find better! Among other comments he then sneaks a picture of my hands to do who knows what with?! I will NEVER go back sadly. In a pinch, this place is generally great. However there is zero point in making an appointment. They don't start on time. I had a very important work function to attend and waited 40 mins in a pedicure massage chair that didn't work with my feet in barely lukewarm water. Then they got irritated with me for requesting we start my mani while still in the chair. The woman who did my mani (Cindy) was very polite but did an awful job. 3 of my nails with tips had large dips in them and they look absolutely NOTHING like what I brought in a picture of, despite having been told it would look the same. The pricy pedicure was also subpar and included zero massage. 3 hours later, they finally finished and all employees left and shut off the lights before I even made it back into my car. I will only be going back to have this crappy manicure fixed. read more

This place completely ruined my natural nails and refused to refund me after I showed them photos the day after I had them done and proof of payment. Terrible customer service, the person at the desk was rude & blaming me for not informing about the acrylic filling gap earlier while doing it. I saw it after the completed it . Hate the way they talk to each other in their language whenever the customers ask questions. Did a terrible job with my acrylic & when asked they were rude & said I should have mentioned the filling right away. They don't know how to talk to customers. After paying around $60 Plus tip it doesn't seem to me worth to go back to this place as they don't value their customers. The cost of pedicure and manicure is also increased and the service is not worth the cost. After giving them a cash tip as they request the service is poor. Never going back. read more
