It shows I've checked in 6 times. I've actually been to Amanda's more. I just forget to check in. Her prices are up to par with everyone in the industry, and as always gives me great service. Since I get both my under arms and Brazilian she offers me a gown, as well as the table warmer. Really nice to have on cold Seattle days. The last year my doctor told me to stop getting Brazilians due to my hormones, and aging. I tried it for a year. Amanda would just trim my hair, and not sugar. I was thankful for the cleanup because I was miserable being hairy. After a year I decided enough is enough so today I had Amanda take it all off. It was so relaxing laying on the warm table as she sugared the hair off. Yes it hurts, but only for a split second. After she finished she moisturizes your skin. It's truly an experience to have.

I had never dyed, highlighted, or bleached it before, and that is exactly why I was so careful. I showed her a clear inspiration photo, asked if the look could be achieved, and trusted her when she told me it could. The result was not even close. The back of my hair stayed extremely dark while warm/golden pieces were added, especially around the front. It was completely different from the soft, blended dimensional brunette I had dreamed of. What frustrates me the most is that this appointment did not just disappoint me for a few days. More than 10 months later, I am STILL dealing with it. Permanent color was put on my virgin hair, and now I keep going to consultations hoping someone can finally FIX my hair and give me the hair I originally wanted, only to be told that my previous color makes everything much more difficult. Some stylists have even declined to work on my hair and told me I may need to wait for more of it to grow out. I had a consultation before the appointment and was never told that the result would require multiple sessions. Only after I was unhappy was I told that what I wanted could not realistically be achieved in one session. If I had known that beforehand, I would never have agreed to permanently color my virgin hair. The salon refunded $322 of the $362 charge after I raised my concerns, and I appreciate that, but a refund cannot give me my virgin hair back. There genuinely has not been a day that I haven't regretted this appointment. Hair might seem like "just hair" to some people, but for me this has been something I have had to look at and live with every single day for almost a year. I walked into that salon excited for my first color experience, and I left with something I am still trying to fix today. I wish more than anything that I had never done it.

This nail salon is the most fantastical nail salon my mother and I have been to. The pedicure volcano treatment was a deluxe to my horribly calloused feet. I felt like I was treated with the most care and comfort with the nail technician. The two ladies were so kind and actually talked to us, we had a lovely conversation with them. My mom, who had just gotten hand surgary a few months ago was treated very gently. She actually allowed the nail technician to touch her hand; which was shocking! She hasn't been comfortable enough to trust any one with her hand since the surgery. So, for her to allow someone to touch that hand says a lot! My nails came out to be beautiful! I have named them, "The Dark Unicorn." The nail technician took her time and really focused on the artwork of the nails. I love this new nail salon, and will be back many times. I'm not the one to ever write reviews, I get my nails done very often full sets, gel, powder dip you name it! I never like my nails, I am 23 years old and have been getting my nails done since i was 15, I have never been satisfied with my nails I am truly not a picky person and I never complain, I would go home and file them myself trying to shape them to my like always. Anyways this salon was recommended to my by a friend, took me about 2 months to go on out and try them out, I am from seattle so its quite a drive but definitely worth it I am 100% satisfied with the shape, color, thickness everything. This is my second time here today I received a fill And once again I left completely satisfied the shape is perfect love the ombré it's done perfectly with cute touches like my 3D flower and the jewels Logan added. This shop is beautifully decorated very clean and the young man that did my nails my last visit and today's visit is very polite and talented. Have been coming here for a few years now for the pedicure that includes foot massage. Like most places they have different services at different prices, which I find reasonable. I've never have an issue with my pedicure and the quality is great. Most of the people there are super friendly and the place is clean and does have a relaxing vibe to it and it's a welcoming place for both women and men. Being rushed through something that's supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable is not my thing, so I won't be coming back. If you cant complete the service that's okay, I'm happy to schedule an appointment and come back later. Don't rush me and charge me full price for a half-assed job

This totally ruined what should have been a nice relaxing atmosphere and my wife has already told me she is going to find somewhere else. My granddaughter showed them a photo of what she wanted. Throughout the appointment, they checked in with her and made adjustments based on her feedback. The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and were willing to make changes along the way until she loved the result. (The photo here is before they finished and cleaned her hand up). Reading some of the negative reviews, I wonder how many people communicated their concerns during the appointment. In my experience, if you speak up, they genuinely want to make it right. They can't fix something if they don't know you're unhappy with something. The salon felt clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was a hot day outside, but the inside felt cool and comfortable the entire time. I occasionally noticed staff helping other customers while I was there, but I never felt neglected and the delays were brief. For me, a salon visit is a chance to relax, so it wasn't an issue at all. If I had been in a hurry, I believe I could have communicated that and they would have accommodated me. Overall, I found the staff kind, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this team stood out. They listened, cared about the outcome, and made sure we left happy. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reasonably priced salon experience.

I will be back for all my builder gel needs, etc. Anna taught me builder and hard gel are the same thing. Essentially hard gel is the brand name.
