I really dislike when they're openly rude to you at a nail salon and start talking about you obviously amongst the group. Let me start by saying I went in with a skort on and she was offended saying the manager would think it very impolite for me to not cover although everyone else was wearing shorts. I went in for a manicure and pedicure today and it was not a good experience. She didn't want to cut my nails shorter because I have some skin but if you cut it at an angle it's fine. All other salons have no problem with this but my pedicurist did. I understood so I just said no problem just don't polish my nails and I'll just cut them down more because if I don't my toenails will just be too long in a couple of days. No problem. From there it got really weird like they thought I was mad which I wasn't I just didn't want the paint. She finished really fast and still charged me full price which again was fine but then I leave to go to a store and as you can see from the picture this was not a good pedicure. Got a pedi and although it was super relaxing the prices were a little ridiculous and they don't treat you like they should, like they do their regulars. I came in and they were side eyeing me because I didn't book ahead but they state they take walk ins and they weren't even that busy so idk what you're expecting when you advertise that. They were very pushy on making me put a good review which you shouldn't have to do if you really think your business is worth it at all. I felt so uncomfortable with their very pushy approach to up charges like gel and designs I came in and asked for a service if I wanted add ons I would specify otherwise. You're better off going elsewear that would be alot cheaper and friendlier. read more

It was my first time there and I will give them one more shot! I came here at the recommendation of a very good friend. Although the tech she recommended was not available, I decided to make an appt anyway. The space itself is great! The space is big, open, very clean and beautiful with nice amenities offered. Although, I wasn't offered any of the beverages they showcase. :o And it was extremely dead when I walked in. I was one of only 2 clients in at the time I walked in. My services were not great. I do not believe it's the fault of the owner as every establishment has technicians that don't do that great of a job. I paid a whopping $95 just to leave unhappy! I think thats too expensive to not get a stellar service. I would expect at those rates, you do an amazing job. My services were extremly simple. I had a gel manicure/pedicure. My gel manicure was done while I was in the pedicure chair. That's problem #1. The technician did a quick lackluster job of the actual manicure. The nail paint is extremly goopy, thick and uneven which I mentioned while they were putting on a 4th coat. I told them I didn't like how thick it was and she assured me this paint needed multiple coats. By the end it looked horrendous and I just can't believe they actually let you walk out like that. Like, do they NOT see what you see. Secondly, I feel like this tech intentionally painted the nails well above the cuticle line. It looks like you have a lot of grow out before you even walk out of the salon. Again, I mentioned something while in that chair and nails were being painted and I was ignored. So the next day I literally felt like I needed to go and get them painted again as the grow out look has only gotten worse in the proceeding days. It's been 1 week since I have been and my nails look like they are 2 weeks in with growth. To their credit, they did offer to fix my nails with wiping the slate clean, removing and starting all over, But I had just been there almost 2 hours late afternoon and did not have another hour to spend getting the gel off and reapplied. Pedicure was ok. Nothing too bad but nothing stellar. It was fine. All in all, I just feel like those prices are too high to leave with a crappy set of nails. For a simple GEL manicure and pedicure at that price, You need to provide NORDSTROM quality services. I will give this place another shot but only with the technician that my friend recommended and see if it get's any better! read more

Honest? Not so much. My friend called and made us two pedicure appointments for 10:30am. She's been here once before and had to leave after a 45 minute wait past her appointment time with no service. But, it was the closest shop to where we were so she tried giving them another chance. We arrived at 10:25am and were seated in our chairs. We could tell the wait was going to push past our appointment time due to how busy they were. One lady came over to me, said hello and started setting up her tools. Then another employee said something to her in their language, and she says to us "oh sorry these other two ladies were here before you and have been waiting", gathers her tools and walks over to them. So then WHY tell us you could accommodate us at 10:30?? I really don't appreciate when nail shops overbook themselves, saying yes to get you in the door then it's an extended wait past your appointment. Won't return. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Thought it was a nice place to go to, that's how they made it seem on their insta. But just feels like a sugar coated chop shop. Spent $200 for a pedicure & full set. $30 for flame & cow print on 5 nails. & they didn't even wipe off the excess black polish that was wiped off of when fixing the flame. And on top of it $15 for chrome. Rushed pedicure. DIDN'T GET TO RELAX during my pedicure because they start your nails while in your pedicure. Unless you're a regular & then you get to relax during. The guy messed up in my chrome, & had to redo it. He also messed up on my polish on 4 fingers & had to redo it. My feet weren't even scrubbed much. ‍ read more

I customized this request to include gentle massage of my feet and ankles only, no nail polish and careful attention when trimming my toenails because of my diabetes. I continue to try nail salons sometimes because of a tight schedule and other times in hopes of a different experience I hate short nails on my hands - it's why I put myself through this process. I understand that new sets of acrylic nails start short. When I have them filled I NEVER have them shortened. Because of this it was even more disheartening to pay for a fill that left my nails shorter than when I arrived and all different lengths and shapes. I made an appointment on line that was confirmed before my visit but I still waited ten minutes and saw a walk in taken for a manicure as I waited. I sent pics back when they text me in response to the poor review. No answer. Please consider the average of all of my visits when considering this business. read more

Pedicures are good! But this review is for the color change.. the guy with the green hair streaks... idk if it was him or their standard. But this is the very first salon that did not buff, cut down, or file for a color change... I was like... ummm.. of course I don't expect a manicure with color change because that's not what I want but he literally removed the previous color and was just going to paint over it.. again, no basic file or cut.. blue is my sister and I'm the clear pink.
