I have been coming here over a year and half for pedicures and full sets as well as fills. While I have enjoyed their services they have recently made a turn for the worst. I have now gone in 3 times to see if it was just a one off time/ not a good day - as I understand all business and people have them, it's only natural. However, I will no longer be coming here after my last visit as of 08/26/2021 They charged me $60.00 for a simple gel acrylic fill which is not what their prices used to be. And according to them and their website, prices have not changed. When I asked if he could break down the price the only thing he could tell me was he had to charge me $20 extra because he had to file my nails and replace one finger nail ($5). Now keep in mind I did not change the shape of my nails or add any special designs. This business is a rip off now and absolutely does not care about returning customers. I brought a friend here for a birthday treat, my reservation was more or less over looked and the birthday girl had to remind her tech multiple times what service the appointment was for. The quality of my experience was far lower than the price I paid. After paying about $300 for two pedicures, a full set and gracious cash tip, I left feeling disappointed. The "massage" part was non existent, and the polish lasting so few days was the icing on the cake. My pedicure has already chipped so terribly in a week, I'll definitely never return. Very upset leaving here today. I went in and got a new set, short ombre with just the acrylic powder. The nails were decent but when it was time to pay she told me the total was $95 which immediately sounded crazy so I just asked for a breakdown of the price. The lady started choking up and told me full set was $60 (they are listed as $55), $20 for ombre (didn't even use any polish) and $5 for taking them off. Which equals $85.. not even $95. The nails should have been $75 MAX and I've gotten my nails done enough to know that so this was really disappointing. I ended up paying it then went back in to discuss it with someone else and the guy I talked to asked me how much she charged and then started trying to add on random things to make the price higher like "we do $5 extra for the almond shape" still didn't add up to $95, has NEVER BEEN a thing, and she didn't mention that because it's not a thing. He then said there's nothing he can do because the lady who did them already left. Be careful of how they are charged you. We have been there twice. When you sit down they offer you the menu of services they offer. Both times they added services we did select . The first time we didn't catch them the second time we did. The price difference is substantial when you are a group of 4 people. I use to love this place. I have been coming here since they opened. I recently had the worst manicure. The polish lasted less than a day after paying $50 with tip. I went back in a day and a half later, requesting to have the polish fixed. I showed two ladies the poor job that was done and I would like just a polish change with gel. When finished, I expected to pay the 10.00 up charge for gel, but she charged me 34.00. When I inquired on why I was paying 34.00, she brought another lady over (maybe a manager). The manager said I should have told her before the polish change. I said I told both the ladies that checked me in. She refused to budge on the price. Absolutely horrible and inexperienced staff! I do not think the nail technicians are experienced here at all. My tech named 'long' dug into my natural nail bed making it bleed and chip to the skin with a very sharp scraper during acrylic nail removal, then had the audacity to charge extra on the service and refused to give a bill. I told him I was regular regular is fine, still put on gel and charged even more for the horrible service, then charged extra for removal and extra for filing the tips! Like what! Wth! I paid 85 for get a set with a broken nail and stuck fingers when the price is 40! No wonder he did not want to give receipt. When I wanted justification on price he has the nerve to walk away. Fucking horrible. Overpriced and disrespectful place. His filing technique was also of such a amateur using a scraper vs a drill, when using the drill he kept burning my finger by digging in on the nail until he saw pink flesh!!!! When I told him that's hurting, he ignored me until he f***king saw blood coming out! He then drenched my nails in nail glue by dripping it on my nails vs applying to the tips which ended up sticking all the nail beds to undernail skin. This place was recommended by a friend after her first visit with them. She even booked the appointment for both her and I and 2 others. We arrived a few minutes early and I was blown away with how sparkly and modern the salon was and was thinking this would be a perfect spot for myself and my bridal party next summer 2020 for our nails....that thought quickly ended. We were barely greeted by anyone, as they didn't have a front desk/manager person and were told to check in and look at colors. I'm used to that after all the years of getting my nails done, so I shrugged it off. 10 minutes later we were still picking colors and had not been directed for next steps. Another 10 goes by and we are finally told to go and sit in the pedicure chairs. As soon as we sat down, a nail tech turned off our water and the jets weren't even running. The water was incredibly hot, so we couldn't even put our feet in right away. There was no communication like, "someone will be right with you" or "I'm sorry, we're running a little behind today but will be with you soon." That would be the last time we spoke to anyone for 45 minutes. As we were sitting, a woman across from us pulled her feet out of the foot bath and attempted to put her shoes on and "wished us luck". She had been waiting over an hour and a half and still hadn't been seen. As soon as she walked away, a nail technician made a snide comment, "that's why you make a reservation". I understand making appointments, but this salon needs to honor those appointments at the same time and not make false promises to those who have not made an appointment, that they will be seen and instead leave them to soak in a foot bath for almost 2 hours. It is extremely unacceptable and straight out rude. After 45 minutes of sitting in the chair and 20 minutes of picking colors, we decided to let our feet dry and leave. It was only then that 2 technicians popped up out of nowhere and said they could see us while yelling across the room to people at the front trying to pay. Utter chaos. My pedicure was nice and all but my acrylic nails were done perfectly! I'm a chronic nail biter so I get acrylics often and feel like because my nails are so short and tiny other salons have often not applied them well (the nails fall off in a matter of days or like other nail artists think I don't know what's up because my nails are crap so they skip steps on me). Their website says dip is 55, removal of current dip is 5, that's fine I was ok with this pricing upon arrival. This place is really grand. It just opened not too long ago, very spacious and super clean. They have a lot of fun and unique style for acrylics which was why I came in since I wanted something specific that has been done by them before as seen on yelp. The guy technician was friendly and was meticulous with his work. He made sure to measure both hands side by side to make sure my acrylics are the same length. Not all technicians does this so I appreciate it. Maybe I'm just being picky but I wasn't 100% satisfy with my "S" glitter design, but it still looked really good. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a more high end service I would say? Like the deluxe pedi or fancy design for acrylics. If you're just getting a regular pedi and mani I probably wouldn't recommend since the price is a lot higher than others. Update to review.. so everyone deserves a second chance right? Well one of my friends was going here and she told me to try it again. Pedicure.. amazing. Still same as the first time. This place is great for that! My dip powder manicure they are actually able to do ombré with it! And I got it say it looks absolutely amazing! Only downside is they are a bit speedy but if your going to have a treat yourself day it's a place to go. Original review I was really excited to try this salon when my friend told me about it. All the extra things they had and the dip colors they had. So my friends and I made an appointment to come try it out. First the pedicure was absolutely amazing. I did one of the nicer ones so it cost a little bit more but honestly the lady did an amazing foot massage. Then I went and had a dip manicure. Which I already had dip one. While trying to take of my current dip the lady accidentally hit the top of my hand with the drill. I was polite and told her it was okay accidents happen. Even though I started bleeding. I let that go. So a different lady starts filing my nails down to put the new dip on and she accidentally breaks off my nail! I was kinda frustrated but she just told me she'd fix it... turns out she never did. Then I asked for coffin nails.. which frankly I didn't get... turns out they charge extra for the shape coffin and the fact I already had dip on... Was looking to get away from my old nail salon and try somewhere new. It happened to be a Sunday meaning I was limited to options because many nail salons aren't open on Sundays. I looked through yelp to see which places in my radius were able to deliver the shape & style I liked. I noticed this place was fairly new, and appeared to look upscale and very clean. The work that's been done so far looked like it met my standards (and beyond) so I decided to give it a try! Was able to get an appt for a fill 2 hours after I called. Was sat down fairly quickly once I got in after going through their check-in process at the front desk + choosing my colors. New nail salon in town! This nail salon is more on the fancier side. As I came in I was told to check-in first on an iPad, where I put down my number, email and the services that I needed done. Something very different from most other nail places I go to. Everything was very nice, clean, and fancy. The staff here are very friendly and attentive. They had the manicure stations on the sides and the pedicures towards the back. Though there were a lot more pedicure spas than manicures. I came in for a shellac polish change and it was $22 so it was pretty pricey especially for a polish change. It was their first week of opening so I got 30% off of my total, so I decided to do an ombré shellac polish color which is $15 more. My total ended up being $25.90 and I paid with card and it said I was charged exactly $26, so I'm assuming they charge an additional 10 cents whenever paying with card? I'm not sure. They never informed me that they would charge any additional amount if using card. The nail technician that was doing my nails messed up on the length that I wanted. I said that I still wanted my nails long and he still over-filed them, so one of my hands has shorter nails than the other. He also messed up on the ombré glitter when he first did it so I asked him if he could redo it to be lighter. He wasn't able to get the ombré how I wanted, so another nail technician did it on me and it ended up being much better. Regardless, I was still satisfied with the end result of my nails. Considering how fancy their nail salon was, I assumed there would be complementary beverages, but it didn't seem like they had any. My daughter and I have been coming here for years so this is really disappointing. On January 16th my entire family came in for manis and pedis in preparation for our trip to Paris. I got shellac on my hands to make them last. In total with 18% tip, it cost us $350 for me & my family. By day 2 in Paris, the paint was breaking, peeling, chipping & snagging my clothes! I went here for the first time for a full set. They messed up the first time. They made it too thick and the polish looked sloppy (it wasn't covering the sides of my nails.) The shape also needed some work. Went to get it fixed and the guy in the front told me it looked fine and that I should keep it, but it wasn't fine and I asked them to fix it. I just got the color changed and they also tried to fix the shape, but I still wasn't happy with what I left with. I ended up taking it off to find out that they drilled too hard on my nails and now I'm left with ring of fire on all of them!! These people aren't qualified to use a drill on nails. read more

I found this place on yelp trying to find a go to place to do my nails and I think I found it. They were very nice and it looks very clean inside. I was a little confused how to sign in and I accidentally did not put the extra stuff I wanted but I ended up tell the nail tech what I wanted and she just adjusted the price afterwords. I got the spa manicure and the massage was very nice I really liked how the nail tech will check to see if everything was good before moving on. The only thing that's keeping me from rating a 5 star is that when she put gems on my nails I am use to them putting a top coat so that they will stay on better I ended up losing all my gems by the second day. I got the cat eye which was really nice and simple it was an extra 10 but this place is really good and they have really good prices for what they do or at least what I have been paying in the past at my other salon in Hawaii. I am really excited to go to this place to do more intricate nail designs once my nails grow out. Wow. Best nail salon I've ever been to and I've been to A LOT trying to find a place that I love and I finally found it! The place is so clean and classy looking. I'm not rich but I felt like it sitting there and leaving with these pristine nails after. I showed the nail tech a variety of pics of different things I wanted done and she KILLED IT. She took her time, made sure to ask me what I wanted and if she had done it right. I can tell the job was challenging but she really impressed me. If you're looking for a place to do all the unique nail designs this is it! The pricing is a lot less than I expected for this too. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish, a design on my ring finger, matte top coat, and a couple stones for $65. They just gained their next regular customer. *UPDATE* One of my stones fell off the very next day. Probably because no adhesive was used.
