I booked an appointment at 5, and it was 5:20 when they sat me. It was 5:40 when someone finally got to me. There was another woman who also had an appoint and left. Looking at some of the reviews this is an issue not isolated to today. My gel polish was already coming off. This place has no regard for the COMFORT of the clients. A week ago I had a 10:45 a m. Appt. I got there a few min early. I was immediately put in a foot soak- FOR 30 MIN!!! Then I got my pedicure- not the one I chose. One that was more expensive than my choice. Then I waited some more. Then I gathered my belongings and stood up, told them I was leaving. Now about 2 hours and no manicure. So they rushed over, of course. All tolled, I was there over 3 hours. They took several walk ins during that time. And kept taking calls for appts. but never wrote anything down. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM BUT I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR RUDE AND UNPROESSIONAL PRACTICES. read more

Came here with my partner for pedicures. We both got classic pedicures, his without the nail polish! Booking online was easy, and we were seated right away when we arrived. The seats are comfortable, and it's very clean. The ladies that did our pedicures were very nice and friendly. It was pretty busy during our visit, everyone seemed pretty happy with their services. So disappointed. This is my 2nd time giving it a chance. Walked in around 545 for pedicure (deluxe) mentions specifically 8min massage. I felt like the lady rushed through it to leave before 7pm. Not only scraping my heels with the scrub but horrible paint job and maybe 4min max massage .. honestly for $60 this is a disgrace. My go to nail salon after trying sooo many in the area! My nails actually stay on and they always get me in with little wait!

I have been a regular customer here for about a year and a half. Recently, quality has been slipping and my acrylic fills have been inconsistent. I booked an appointment (as i always do) on line and showed up and had to sit for 25 minutes this time. (It has happened before but this time just really frustrated me because I know they never looked at the schedule. I walked out and one of the workers ran out after me telling me to come back the next day. I will not be returning. read more

I made an appointment on my birthday to treat myself. I work two jobs and had just worked 12 days in a row, 15 hour days on my feet. I was really looking forward to my service (gel manicure and gel pedicure) and the last three times I've been here I have had an AWESOME experience. Great service and beautiful nails that lasted a long time. However, after this last visit, I highly doubt I will give them another chance. I purposely arrived 15 minutes early because I like to take my time when choosing a color (I'm super indecisive.) I was immediately put in a pedicure chair (not complaining about that) but I didn't even get the opportunity to look at any colors. She hands me a menu with different pedicure options and is pushing me to get the highest level pedicure, which I decline because I always do the middle level pedicure and With the gel polish add on it is already $60 before tip. She didn't seem super pleased about me choosing the medium level and was pretty short with me for the rest of the service. Then someone comes over to start my finger nails (once again not complaining) but I still hadn't looked at or been offered to look at any colors and now my hands are busy. So I couldn't flip through anything anyways. So my services are in full swing and when it comes time to start painting they ask me what color I want. They then gave me one booklet and a ring of colors (I know they have way more options than that) and couldn't find the color I was looking for so I asked for French on my fingers and settled on a color for my toes. By this point I'm just feeling super rushed. We keep going, and it's time for the paraffin wax and she massages my calves. I'm like okay maybe she'll massage my feet after the wax is off. But she never actually massaged my feet, which was the part I was really looking forward to :( Then the manicure. The lady working on my hands was trying to do the French manicure, and because I was sitting at the pedicure chair and not in the regular chair, I could tell she was struggling. She let me know that when my pedicure was done we'd move to a regular nail table so it would be easier (I super appreciated that and wasn't bothered at all.) But what bothered me was her jumping over to a table with her equipment and sitting down. I was left to find and put on my shoes, collect my purse and move all my stuff to the table. WITH WET FINGER NAIL PAINT! The customer in the chair next to me was an angel, saw me struggling and was nice enough to help me flip the armrest of my chair up and help me get my sandals. I grabbed my purse and scurried over to the table. But by the time I got over there my nails had been smudged and I could tell she was getting frustrated that she had to start over again. I'm not sure what she was expecting when she put gel polish on my nails, didn't put it under the light and then leave me high and dry to collect all of my things and move over by myself? Of course they are going to smudge. By this point I am just feeling like an inconvenience for even being there and can't wait to leave. She finally finished and I go to check out. The gentleman who rang me up asked me how everything was and I lied and said fine because I just wanted to get out of there and I wasn't going to make a complaint in front of a crowded and busy salon. I paid around $120.00 after tip. Anyways, here we are a week later and my nails look like this. Just disappointed in the service and quality I received :( read more

I was shopping around this area when I came across this new location and called in to see if they had availability and they did. It was my first time, I went after one of my friends recommend them and I don't think I'll ever have to go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are fast, friendly, reasonably priced in my opinion and very good at their work. I got a full set of almond nails and I requested them to be thinner around the tips and he did exactly that. I've been here 3 times now, twice for pedicures and once for a gel manicure. I'm disappointed by the quality of the service itself. For a $38 gel manicure the manicurist cleaned up my cuticles and painted my fingernails. She did not massage my hands at all, and did not put cuticle oil on before I left. Both pedicures I've had have been uncomfortable, with the manicurist cutting one of my nails painfully short. It's an expensive salon and the quality does not match the price they are charging. read more

I had high hopes for this place, they were responsive on the phone when we called for our appointment. We were sat right away too which was great. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and my fiance got a pedicure also. They gave us wine which was a nice touch! The part that was not great was having the nail tech coughing practically on my hands during the manicure. She was wearing a mask but still. My manicure barely lasted a week but I was pretty hard on my nails this week. My fiance loved his massage though. Will be trying another nail place next time and may come back. read more

Okay $38+6 for French. When I showed the picture of the French I wanted apparently it's one that's out of their normal price for a French. Because she said that would be $15 extra. His registers was down and asked me if I had Zelle or Venmo and I told him I had Zelle! I got his phone information from him and he personally inputted his email on my phone! I sent the amount of my service which was 113.00 and showed him the confirmation from my bank that the transaction was sent through! Then his computer system was up and he requested that I use my debit card to pay for the service that I already sent through Zelle! I paid another 113.00 because the transaction on his side didn't go through fast enough for him! I called my bank in front of him and he was still disputing that I never sent him the money! Long story short he received the Zelle that I sent him initially but the fact that this man argued with me and said I only paid for service one time and I did twice! He never apologized for his behavior and how he treated me and the only reason I think he did all of this is because I'm BLACK! I would encourage all my sister's and any women with decency not to go to this nail salon! read more
