Prices are decent & they took their time on my pedicure. I did not feel rushed & the toes look pretty in pink!

Been here twice now, both of which is for a mani/pedi. First time was with Linh, who was my manicurist and she did a phenomenal job. I have this thing about applying polish to up to the very sides of my nails. Linh did that without being told. I didn't get the name of the tech who did my pedicure but that was mediocre, could be the fact that I had chosen the lesser valued service.. the massage was barely there, quick and simple. The energy is calm and relaxing and appears to be clean. I appreciate that they appear to have their stainless tools in a sterilized packaging that gives me the impression that it's been cleaned. I'm not sure if they follow the same practice with the pumice foot scrubber, nail filer and buffer etc. and when I say same practice I mean, each client getting their own brand new sets. My second visit, unfortunately, wasnt a wow factor. I was a walk-in and the gal who asked me what service I wanted was actively working on a client, looking like she's working on the massage and she paused (mind you glove is still on) and went to their tablet to probably check on their schedule; then proceeded to massage the client with her gloves still. Today's visit entails a regular polish collagen manicure and regular polish organic pedicure. Pedicure: The tech one who did my pedicure wrapped up with a client and attended to me, however, I don't believe she switched gloves.. beside that, the pedicure was fine, polish looks Manicure: This is where the displeasure lays. Pictures attached, this is from today's visit. I had already mentioned after the first coat about touching up in the sides, thinking that would be a hint. Didn't think I had to look at each nail and call out every one of them.. pictured are evident on the lack of quality of work. Note to owners.. I got the wrong plumful polish.. something with a plum in its title.. on the samples it's a lot darker, perhaps 3 coats worth.. but I believe they did 2 coats which is the norm and the color is no where as dark as the sample. So l, I would suggest the sample cards reflect that actual finish color and if your standard is 2 coats, then that's what it should look like. read more

I've always been that guy that worried his feet would be too rough to deal with for a pedicure, and took a chance on going to Dahlia for my first ever pedicure. Angel took care of me so well, not even a blink at my regrettably overgrown toenails (they're hard for me to get to) or what poor shape they were in. Just went to it, trimmed them down and pampered my feet so nicely. Definitely recommending to anyone who's concerned about their feet being 'imperfect'. It's so calming in there, and the chairs even massage your back while your feet are pampered. Absolutely love it, and she even checked in to make sure I wasn't hurting or anything, not that anything did hurt. Seriously worth it, and the prices are good too. read more

I'm new to the area so finding a Nail Spa that was clean , reasonably priced for the service and a great atmosphere. Dahlia Nails even though quaint for size, had all three of the qualities I was looking for. I made an appointment for the Dahlia Spa Pedicure and Collagen Manicure. Both were even more than I expected. For anyone who does any waxing Dahlia's Nails does waxing as well. I plan on trying out a few of their other Mani and Pedi offers. Mom and I wanted a manicure so we found this place as a gift for us for mothers day. We arrived and placed looked nice and clean. Was not satisfied with the service I was pushed into getting shellac. My nails are uneven, and left a bunch of imperfections. Got a manicure she couldn't even finish rubbing the lotion had to ir my self. Pedicure as well poor job. My mom as well got pedicure and manicure she didn't want shellac cause her job doesnt allow it. So the lady lady couldn't roll her pants down so she did and messed up some nails. The lady had to touch up and kept making noises like she was annoyed. The persons next to us got offered drinks and we didn't . It is a super clean nail salon with very pretty beige colors on the walls and chairs which made my experience even more enjoyable. I felt at ease and super relaxed here. We recently moved to the area and went to this salon a few months ago and were fairly content with our pedicures. My husband and I returned and the second experience was not as good. He had a painful pedicure after telling his technician that he had problems with ingrown nails. Mine followed me to the cashier and stood there trying to intimidate me into giving her a big tip. Sorry, she's lucky I gave her 15%. It was an uncomfortable situation and a painful one for my husband. Guess we will keep looking for a decent nail salon. read more

we walked in and asked us what service we wanted , i told them and they sat us down fast and then they started working fast , while working they gave me a booklet asking what service i wanted as if i would change my mind, maybe they wanted me to pay for a different one? I repeated my request and she proceeded, i always went in with my daughter for her first mani and pedi and i was so excited for the experience. We picked a light color for her nails because she is only 6 and i didn't want anything to dramatic, one of the ladys kept insisting asking my 6 year old if she wanted to change her color she can? Like hello? Why are u making decisions for her or better yet going against what the mother said??! Then for my pedi all she did was cut my nails and paint, it was a horrible paint job! While cutting she hurt me pretty bad i said "ouch!" Very loudly and she just laughed it off and said sorry, Also a few hours after leaving the salon i had pain and redness in my toe!! My toes were perfectly fine before coming here!! I dont know if she gave me an infection or how she did it but something is wrong!! Im in such uncomfortable pain my toe is purple and swollen! Im so upset and to mention if you like fast service in and out i guess but i wanted to enjoy the experience with my daughter and spend time there but they looked like they wanted to get me outta there after she hurt me i was in there 30min for 2 pedis and 1 mani it was so boring they didnt have any customer service! I've been coming to Dahlia for about 4 months now consistently every 2-3 weeks for my nails and I have never seen my nails this healthy and long naturally! These ladies take amazing care of me and care about their work immensely, they're talkative and genuinely remember you and your preferences. I asked for a French fill shellac and it costed me $75 for the service. This is the price for a full set French shellac at a boujee place that gives you a welcome drink. If they want to be broke that's fine, I'll pay them but will not return. She did a decent job, however not $75 before tip worth. I had a shellac pedicure this week. The gentleman who did the pedicure did not do a good job. Paint job was terrible, nails were crooked, cuticles were not properly cut. One of the sweet employees tried to fix it. In the process made both of my big toes bleed!! Then when I went to pay when my toes still looked terrible I had to pay the full price of $50! I'm waiting for my nails to grow and will need to get my once a year pedicure completed again at a different salon. Had they acknowledged the nails still were great and my bleeding toes and provided a small discount I would have been ok, but charging full price is disappointing. read more
