This was my second time here, came for a manicure ($20) and pedicure ($40) before a wedding, which includes nail polish. The pedicure took about 40 minutes, and was very comfortable. The girl who did my manicure was very patient in helping me pick out a good nail color that matches my dress. I called ahead to make an appointment for a Friday, but it didn't appear to be super busy when I arrived around noon. read more

Apple did my little sister's nail (left hand) and Monica's mom did mine! I had the pleasure on playing with Monica for a bit before my appointment, I had booked my appointment for 2 people, but it looks like there was a few people there already. I had to wait 30+ minutes until someone can help me, while Apple was helping my sister. Def loving Apples style, so I'm going to book with her next time!! read more

Walked in with no appointment on a Wednesday around 10am. Was greeted warmly and told to wait 5 min for a gel removal and manicure with color. True to word I was assisted right away. The older lady who did my nails was nice, careful and thorough. Everything was done efficiently and my nails looked much better than the one I had done at Darling Nails in Tukwila. Total for gel removal and manicure with color = $30 before tip Lots of parking, clean/sterilized tools, nice and efficient- I would definitely recommend this place. *Uploaded the current service price list on here to help out. read more

I have to say that this place is detai oriented and so great at pedicures and manicures. The service is wonderful. I have been a client for over four years and still get the best service and beautiful mani pedicures. Apple is the owner and she is great. Tammy also works on my nails and she is one of the best there, although you can't go wrong with anyone here. Quality of the pedicure itself is 5 stars. One of the best pedicures I've ever had! That said, the environment is not restful at all. Very bright and noisy. It's a busy place, but there's also a tv playing, plus music. If you're looking for a relaxing spa experience, this isn't it. But if you was a good pedicure and don't care about the ambience, I would recommend! read more

Nails came out fine. I put 3 stars because I honestly did not feel super welcome there. I don't think I would come back. The lady who helped me was nice enough. But, it almost felt like I was a chore... like I'm sorry I chose to come to your nail place? Next time I won't make the drive. It also took over 2 hours for gel x... and a little pricy for what it was. But if you want decent nails and live near by I'd go. But, otherwise no. read more

The ladies are so nice and sweet here I got a pedicure and they had amazing service. I didn't schedule an appointment beforehand I asked for a walk in on the phone the day of. Be sure to bring your mask and no extra guests. It's could use more work on the interior but it is a simple shop and gets the job done. The staff is super sweet tho. I am definitely gonna come back here again. I am happy that I found a good shop they also use these rollers to massage which I never encountered before. It hurts a little so just be careful of that and ask them to go gentle if you're sensitive. Great salon tho. read more

I think that I am cheap. $78 for acrylics and a pedicure seems a lot to me. I don't have much experience in this but yeah. $78 is a lot of money. Their hours were later than the rest of the nail salons, and that's how we ended up here. Their color options weren't as plentiful as other places we've been. So we ended up settling for something we weren't really looking for. The people working were nice enough. The prices are only listed on a small sheet behind the desk on the wall. And I'm not even sure they were what we were charged. I appreciate that they had a movie playing because it's otherwise a boring time. read more

They really take their time with each client, making sure you leave happy. Unlike other places, they never rush, even when it gets busy. I've never not loved my nails! Walk-ins can be tough, so I highly suggest making an appointment. If you want quality and care, this is the spot to go! I came in today with several nails that needed fixing after a manicure from a different nail salon. Lily greeted me and welcomed me into her salon. She listened meticulously to the fixes I wanted and got to work. Although there were only three nails I wanted fixed, she went ahead and touched up all of them! She asked me what had been done and if any oil had been applied to ensure that the best nail care could be given. I felt so taken care of in this salon - such a corrective experience from the last salon I was at. Lily made sure I was happy with the results and didn't rush me at all. Lily was skillful and I can see how much care she puts into her work and her client's satisfaction. Thank you Lily! I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I honestly wish I had never gone to Studio H Salon…read more In October 2025, I trusted Mariah, a senior stylist, with my first-ever hair color experience. My hair was completely virgin. I had never dyed, highlighted, or bleached it before, and that is exactly why I was so careful. I showed her a clear inspiration photo, asked if the look could be achieved, and trusted her when she told me it could. The result was not even close. The back of my hair stayed extremely dark while warm/golden pieces were added, especially around the front. It was completely different from the soft, blended dimensional brunette I had dreamed of. What frustrates me the most is that this appointment did not just disappoint me for a few days. More than 10 months later, I am STILL dealing with it. Permanent color was put on my virgin hair, and now I keep going to consultations hoping someone can finally FIX my hair and give me the hair I originally wanted, only to be told that my previous color makes everything much more difficult. Some stylists have even declined to work on my hair and told me I may need to wait for more of it to grow out. I had a consultation before the appointment and was never told that the result would require multiple sessions. Only after I was unhappy was I told that what I wanted could not realistically be achieved in one session. If I had known that beforehand, I would never have agreed to permanently color my virgin hair. The salon refunded $322 of the $362 charge after I raised my concerns, and I appreciate that, but a refund cannot give me my virgin hair back. There genuinely has not been a day that I haven't regretted this appointment. Hair might seem like "just hair" to some people, but for me this has been something I have had to look at and live with every single day for almost a year. I walked into that salon excited for my first color experience, and I left with something I am still trying to fix today. I wish more than anything that I had never done it.

I really wanted to continue supporting Studio H because I had positive experiences during my first…read morethree visits. Their services were good, and the prices felt fair. However, after my last appointment, a checkout error resulted in my service charges being applied to another client's credit card. When the salon discovered the issue a week later, they contacted me repeatedly over the course of a single day. I was traveling at the time and unaware of their messages until about 36 hours after the first voicemail was left. By that point, the salon was already escalating the situation and threatening collections if they did not hear from me by the following day. I found this response disproportionately aggressive, especially considering the fault wasn't mine, and I was an established customer with a history in good standing Mistakes happen, what matters is how a business handles them. Studio H's approach made me feel distrusted, unsafe and unvalued as a customer, and for that reason I will not be returning.

It shows I've checked in 6 times. I've actually been to Amanda's more. I just forget to check in. Her prices are up to par with everyone in the industry, and as always gives me great service. Since I get both my under arms and Brazilian she offers me a gown, as well as the table warmer. Really nice to have on cold Seattle days. The last year my doctor told me to stop getting Brazilians due to my hormones, and aging. I tried it for a year. Amanda would just trim my hair, and not sugar. I was thankful for the cleanup because I was miserable being hairy. After a year I decided enough is enough so today I had Amanda take it all off. It was so relaxing laying on the warm table as she sugared the hair off. Yes it hurts, but only for a split second. After she finished she moisturizes your skin. It's truly an experience to have.

I had Angel as my nail tech and hubby had Bella. Both were very thorough and checked in on how they were doing, which we appreciate. I stand corrected by my previous review on them reusing nail filer/buffers. They do use new ones for each client, as I've witnessed it. We both had the Dahlia mani and spa pedi. I took Alan to Dahlia because of the amazing upper massage that comes with the Dahlia mani and wanted him to experience it. Angel did an excellent job all around, and from what I gather, so did Bella. Will definitely be back. Even with my last review, I had every intention of going back just because I know the potential and they surely didn't fell short of that. One of the owners made a point to check-in on us as well, loved that. Hoping to be a long time customer!

I've gone both by appointment and as a walk-in, and each time they've been able to fit me in quickly without a long wait. Before my trip, I showed my nail tech a photo of the design I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it (literally ). I left so happy with how they turned out! Another thing I love about this salon is their hours--they stay open later than most other nail salons, which makes it so much easier to fit in a visit after a busy day. I personally prefer a very detailed manicure with thorough cuticle work. At this salon, cuticle trimming is considered an additional manicure service and costs an extra $15. While it's becoming more common for salons to charge separately for this service, I find it to be an important part of a nail appointment. The salon is about 40 minutes from my home, so unless I'm in a pinch like I was this time, I'm not sure I would make the drive regularly. That said, I noticed they have many loyal, returning clients, which speaks positively about the business. For my personal preferences, I tend to look for a more detailed manicure, but I appreciated the friendly service and can see why so many customers continue to come back.

We both also got basic manicures, and one thing I really appreciate is how much healthier and stronger my nails feel when I keep up with my maintenance here. It ended up being such a sweet little anniversary date idea and a genuinely relaxing way to slow down together for an hour. I'd absolutely come back for the Volcano pedicure again.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and Anna made sure things were…read moredone the way we wanted. I had a basic pedicure with regular polish and a buff and shine on my fingernails, while my granddaughter had acrylics and Gel X based on a photo she brought in. What stood out to me was their willingness to make adjustments. When I wanted my nail shape changed or felt the polish needed a little touch up, they fixed it right away, no questions asked, and even apologized. My granddaughter showed them a photo of what she wanted. Throughout the appointment, they checked in with her and made adjustments based on her feedback. The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and were willing to make changes along the way until she loved the result. (The photo here is before they finished and cleaned her hand up). Reading some of the negative reviews, I wonder how many people communicated their concerns during the appointment. In my experience, if you speak up, they genuinely want to make it right. They can't fix something if they don't know you're unhappy with something. The salon felt clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was a hot day outside, but the inside felt cool and comfortable the entire time. I occasionally noticed staff helping other customers while I was there, but I never felt neglected and the delays were brief. For me, a salon visit is a chance to relax, so it wasn't an issue at all. If I had been in a hurry, I believe I could have communicated that and they would have accommodated me. Overall, I found the staff kind, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this team stood out. They listened, cared about the outcome, and made sure we left happy. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reasonably priced salon experience.

The person on the phone told me they could fit us in if we came right away, so we arrived around 5:15 PM. We ended up waiting until about 6 PM and had Kim and Michelle (who I believe is the owner) do our nails. Before starting, I explained that I wanted gel that wasn't too thick or too thin. Michelle said they had different kinds of gels, and when I asked about the prices, she told me **hard gel was $70** and **builder gel was $110**. I chose the $70 option since it was within my budget. They started our nails around 6:05 PM and finished quickly before closing at 7 PM. Both Kim and Michelle did an **amazing, phenomenal job** our nails look beautiful and professionally done. However, I was completely surprised at checkout. I had gotten hard gel with a cat-eye color, and my total came out to **$120**. I've never paid that much for a manicure before, even my Russian manicures cost less! While I understand some services can add to the price, this total felt unexpected and not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, but the **lack of price transparency** was disappointing. Unfortunately, because of that, I don't think I'll be returning. The experience and skill were great but the surprise pricing is something I can't justify.
