Selfishly didn't want to write a review for this place because I don't want it to get busier or for the prices to go up - but they deserve the praise. I've been to both Urvashi in Kent and the salon inside of Sunny Supermarket, but have had inconsistent results at both which left me with trust issues. This place however has always been consistent and I walk out with feeling great with my brows every time. They are quick and I never have to say what I'm looking for or give suggestions - they just know what to do to make your brows look good! Price is currently $6 for threading and I think around an additional $8 or so (can't remember exactly) for brow tint. There is an additional $.50 charge for using card on purchases under $20. If I ever move away from Kent I will make the drive here regularly for threading/tint - they're so good! read more

**Based only on eyebrow threading Best bang for your buck- $3 for eyebrow threading! Both girls are quick; I didn't even get to tell them not to over pluck. Within minutes, my brows returned back to their semi-thick, neat, and natural arches. It's awesome that the interior is clean which is often not the case when you go to many eyebrow threading places. Since this was my first time there, I didn't take the offer to tint my eyebrows (additional $7). Overall, I like their work and price, I will be back and may try tinting next time. read more

I'm trying to be objective here in spite of the rude owner/staff I talked to on the phone. If you want eyebrow threading this is a pretty good place and you get the best bang for your buck. I made the mistake of getting a haircut there as well to save time and effort having to go to a different salon, the service was mediocre. It almost felt like the stylist was practicing on my hair and I didn't really get the hairstyle that I wanted but I was too polite to complain at that time. They used a hair conditioner spray on me and advised me to buy it, which I did, but it made my hair frizzy. I called them and asked them if I can return it ($21) and they said no but they can give me half in store credit but I still have to return the item. I thought that wasn't fair so I said never mind but I was very disappointed so I told them I'm not coming back to their salon and I'll review about it on yelp, the person I spoke with just flipped out, got mad, offered to give me my money back but that I shouldn't write them a bad review on yelp. What else can a disgruntled/dissatisfied customer do right? Mind you this whole time she kept interrupting me while I was talking and her voice just kept getting louder that I had to hang up! So now I guess I'm not getting my money back but I couldn't stand talking to her on the phone! Wow! Went to Naina for the first time for color and loved the exceptional service! She made time to talk about color choices before starting. She was running the shop alone but was VERY considerate of me and incoming Customers to acknowledge them and let kept everyone informed of timing. Love this place! The girls are great! The shop is well maintained, kept clean (hygienically as well) plenty of seating, plus an extensive menu of services offered. It's only $3 for EYEBROW threading! It's a very clean place and not busy at all when I went. You are in and out because it was really fast. Don't expect conversations because you won't get it because they are so quick. But I'm not complaining. My eyebrows came out nice and clean. My lady that I went to before I moved to Washington would take 30min but my eyebrows were FLEEK when I would leave that place. The service is really quick. There's a lot of open space and not a huge crowd. My eyebrows look awesome! And they have BROWN eyebrow tint. Which is a big deal for a blonde person.
