If I ever move away from Kent I will make the drive here regularly for threading/tint - they're so good!

I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

I've been going to Vilenna for a year now and I cannot imagine my self without lashes or anyone else doing them! She is amazing and takes her time to perfect them. When she does my lashes it usually last a really long time (with care), usually 3-4 weeks for me. And the great thing is she is great with squeezing me in and working around my schedule if I need a fill. She's great and I definitely recommend her. read more

I think it's important that technicians are receptive to client feedback and learning, and Jenny definitely checks the boxes. I wanted an in-between but on the fuller side "to try something new." Jenny knew exactly what I was talking about and delivered. She's been at this longer than most. 10+ years. She doesn't rush. While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. She got as close to my lash line without irritating my skin. Three weeks later and my set still looks fab. Jenny goes above and beyond in supporting you with aftercare too. She is very gentle, caring and it's a painless and beautifying process. I think a lot of people aren't aware that your first set of eyelashes will take you about three hours to get and a fill can take two hours as well. Molly has a really cool adjustable chair that keeps you comfortable (I have a bad back and can't lay flat for 3 hours). Plus, she's really fun to talk to and down to earth. My lashes last a really long time and they still look good when it's time to get a fill two weeks later. But, then, of course, once they are filled, they look even more gorgeous. She really provides a high-quality service for a very reasonable price.
