They were busy but were able to book me for 2 hours later. Kimmy did my pedicure. She was very thorough, gave a good massage, and clean. My go to polish for my toes is funny bunny or bubble bath. Sometimes technicians only do 2 coats and it's somewhat patchy/see through. Kimmy did 3 coats and made it perfectly even. She shaped the nail very well too! Pros: got me in quickly without an appointment & my shellac mani last for about 2 weeks! It's also right next door to the best bubble tea shop in town. Cons: doesn't seem very hygienic. The file was used and the tools did not come out of those paper sanitary packages but just out of plastic sleeves - the kinds you would use at home for your own personal set. I doubt they sanitize those plastic sleeves & tools between every customer. I could be wrong! But what I do know is the nail file was definitely used. Nicer salons use a fresh file (or at least they look like it) OR even send the nail filer home with you. read more

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a nail salon !! I got just a gel manicure , but my nails were quite a mess & the nail tech did amazing !! She was super detail oriented but only took about 45 minutes ! I didn't have an appointment I just walked in & they said it would be 15 minutes, I was nervous because it looked pretty busy & a lot of the time places will say 15 minutes but it turns into like 30 but they got me in at 15 minutes on the dot ! I have been coming here for years now. . . . It was near to my house so one day (years ago) I decided to try it out. It had a big sign that said "under new management". I have rarely ever had a problem. Also my nails have yet to break or fall off (unless I did something crazy to them). They can do designs. They can do rhinestones. They can do any shape and length. They are great and have amazing skill. They are very accommodating and kind people. I was looking for a new nail place since so many nail shops flop and switch owners all of the time. Was recommended by someone that had their nail services done here. So I finally gave in and made an appointment for a nail service. My nail tech was an older woman, she wasn't the best but she's older so I cut her some slack. I suspected she didn't use new tools on me. Because she didn't have the tools in the blue sterile bag. I didn't catch on to it until half way into the service. I asked her to spray a ton of alcohol onto my feet. She hardly scrubbed my feet! That's all I was really hoping she would do. I'm not coming back to this establishment again. So I heard about this place from a co worker when I was complaining about the price and quality of my nails. You know how sometimes you become a regular and so they start doing lackluster jobs because they know you are going to come back anyways? Well I'm kind of thankful because it caused me to find this place The attention to detail they put into your nails is amazing! The people who work here are super nice and they do amazing work! I have never had a place voluntarily put 6 coats of polish on without me having to ask. It seems like a lot but the nails I got honestly needed that many, and most places would try to get it done in 3. The price is also amazing! A basic fill and color was like $20 and she used the cat eye polish without the magnet so they came out this pearlescent blue/purple. The other blue tip ones were $40 and she did a lot to those ones! I unfortunately have to take a break from my nails, but when I put them back on this is the place I'm going to go! And they would just snap in half. I went from only needing fills every 4-6 weeks to going every few days, paying $4 a pop, to fix another nail. Prices were good- I paid a bit more than base price because of the designs ($30 before tip, regular polish fill with designs). The nail techs were very quick with the drill but I didn't get burnt or nicked. Tons of color choices and specialty polishes. So I'm from north of Seattle. I was down in the Kent/auburn area trying to kill time. I decided to get my nails done. Getting my nails done is actually not something I enjoy because it takes forever, it's boring, and I'm never satisfied fully. When I called around to a few different salons, most of them took forever to answer the phone. Cute nails almost immediately picked up, which gave me the vibe that they may not be too busy and I really didn't want to wait. When I showed up, there was YouTube on the TVs and they had music videos playing for artists everyone can enjoy (Adele, Demi levato, Miley Cyrus, Ariana grande, Bruno mars). I think they were probably just playing a pop music video hits playlist. They had a wide selection of regular polish as well as gel. They had such a large variety of gel actually, they even had some cool ones like holographic, cat eye, the chunky metal flake in more colors than just gold (like the clear coat with little pieces of tinsel), as well as mood changing, and these like extreme sparkle ones. They had I think 6 or 7 massage chairs for the pedicure. The bathroom wasn't super nice but it was very clean!!! As soon as I had my color for the toes picked out, I was able to start my pedicure. At this time there was two people getting full set acrylics and three nail techs. So once I sat down they were all occupied. I went in around 5:30. When she did my pedicure, she made sure that my water was a good temp and even helped me get into the chair and had no problem doing so. She was very gentle with my legs and when I was on my phone she would politely say "excuse me..." when she needed me to put my foot back in the water or change positions of where I had my feet. Anyway, they use this awesome orange scrub and exfoliate both your feet and legs and they use this lotion with it and I have no idea what kind of magic they did but my legs and feet are smoother than a baby's skin. My pedicure took about 30 minutes. By the time my feet were done, one of the customers originally there had left, and a couple came in for pedicures. They were able to help situate everyone and start their pedicures while I was letting my toes dry. Of course, being the person that I am, I noticed that they were trying to keep everyone happy and balance the customer flow with the amount of nail techs they had. So of course, when she asked if it would be okay if she started one pedicure and then switched back to me, I said I didn't mind and she thanked me a few times. My bestfriend and I have both had reoccurring dissatisfaction with the shape of our nails whenever we go to a salon in our area. Well they have a little picture on the desk/nail table thingy and it shows the different shapes, well normally when I get coffin, they're too round or they're uneven or too angled and I have never had a salon actually make my nails a perfect coffin. When it came to my colors, she told me I should choose an undercoat for the glitters I got because she said they may end up being too see-through and she didn't want to have too many coats on there because then it would never dry, which is true. So I said the lighter purple (see photo) looked fine without an undercoat and that she should choose a color for the underneath of the dark purple. She chose black and said that it will probably look pretty good. WELL IT DID!! It looks super rad and kind of like galaxy. Anyways, I was in and out of there In probably an hour and 20 minutes. I spent a total of $60 for a full set with shellac and deluxe pedicure. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends in the area and I will return if I'm ever in the area as well!!! I want to review this Nails Salon because it unlike other places that I have done before. First of all, they have variety of colors and styles I can choose for matching the designed that I want. Second, they prioritized every small details from trim my nails properly, filed the nailed to ensure that I choose the right colors for my designs. Last but not least, I would say that this place have "A Lot" amount of crystals and stickers for decorations which I totally obsessed. I had a great experience (this was also my very first time getting my nails done) all the staff was really nice and almost every nail tech would double check my hands to make sure they were good even up to the register which is a nice gesture of them. When you walk in you are greeted and then asked to choose your nail choices. (I was squeezed in the schedule and was worked with about 15 mins later which isn't bad considering the squeeze) inside is clean and modern they have massage recliners for those who get pedis on the left and on the right they have the manicure area. It doesn't smell like chemicals inside and is small but spacious the way it's set up! For pedicures they take their time while massaging you and doing your toes and feet they really make sure they are doing their best work. (Honestly my feet were not cute at all so they were REALLY working magic on them babies) The hot stones and hot towel while being massaged with the recliner is a super relaxing experience. They are very communicative when they give you directions- it's not demanding nor passive aggressive which is something you experience when you go get your eyebrows, haircut etc. at a not so customer oriented places. As for my mani they were super fast I just got shellac and they nail tech was doing it while I was getting my pedi they make it comfortable and easy where you literally just sit there. anyways no pain and no bad customer service so I'm satisfied with my experience! read more

This salon deserves a 5 star overall rating for many reasons. My advice is to ignore all of the ladies who rated this salon 1 Star. I have been going religiously for the past couple months now, and every time I have been pleased. You can't complain and leave 1 Star reviews if you just walk in and expect to get seated right away. Be responsible and call and make an appointment, it's a small salon. Prices are more then reasonable. Salon is clean. Staff is caring and accommodating. Megan is my absolute favorite, she has conversation with me every visit, takes great care of me. She takes her time and doesn't take short cuts so my nails always turn out phenomenal, yet she is efficient so I'm not spending more then an hour getting powder on my nails.
