There is a reason this shop consistently wins the "Best of Auburn" award. The people love this shop and that includes me. I have been going to this shop for over 10 years. How I prefer my nails has evolved over the years and they are great following and perfecting the trends as they change. Yen's pedicures keep me from having to go to a podiatrist and I am grateful. I never have trouble with my nails falling off with Helen or any of the employees for that matter. The variety of nail color is sometimes overwhelming but happy to have the choices. They are friendly and although they work long hours, they never complain. read more

I drive an hour to come here on the regular. They're the best. They always shape them exactly as requested and they take their time and never rush. They will mix colors to get the exact shade I'm looking for. I love the women at this salon. read more

Been going to this salon for years. Its a hit or miss on my previous times here. Yen usually does my pedicure and waxes my eyebrows- she always does it how I like it. Got my nails done last month with Meyer and it was not the cleanest look I've gotten. However- Yesterday, she redeemed herself and gave me this beautiful candy apple cat eye full set. She took her time to give me this beautiful set. The nails are a vibe. I've gotten so much compliments already. Highly recommend this place!!! read more

I was surprised to get a same day appointment, especially on a Friday afternoon. Kimberly was very quick and took great care with my nails and fingers. Horrible customer service! Had an appointment and the owner let her clients who have been with her for years go ahead of me. She does not have her license displayed anywhere in the back where she does waxing the roof is caving in. And parking omg! Nightmare completely a nightmare! She will rush thru your pedicure she has cut me with her nail clippers cutting my toe nails to bleed her English is beyond horrible!! Non existent she mumbles a lot and says oh ok thank you when you ask a question and she makes up charges for services. It smells horrible in her shop and she is extremely rude! Her son or nephew works there and cuts hair no license he does pedicure and nails no license as well I asked to see his license he starts talking to the owner Ann and she gets extremely defensive and raises her tone with me. Horrible customer service! read more

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ever!!!!! People, do not go to this nail salon! They talk bad crap about you in their own language and are lazy women who do not want to treat their customers respectfully or kindly. They don't honor appointments, either! Long time customers or not, they treat you SO disrespectfully. My fiancee, and her daughter went in for their scheduled appointments to get their nails done. But some lady named Tammy got all dramatic and caused a nasty scene with a bunch of customers in there! She was jealous that they did not want to get their nails done with her and instead with Yan. If that's how you're gonna treat paying customers, then stay at home!!!! No need to work. So what if certain customers pick and choose their preferred nail stylist!? That is our frickin' choice! The better customer service you provide, the more often people will go and give tips. But this time, you went too far, Tammy! Speak all you want in Vietnamese, can still understand you and your horrible body language. No shame, no feeling guilt and treating everyone so badly! Never going here again. Taking our business to a respectable nail place. Women and management here sucks! Total bullcrap! Hope this place goes down the hole. Ain't worth paying for. Trust me, people. DO NOT ask for the old woman named Tammy. Simply the worst person! Go to HELL! Best to go elsewhere!!! They don't treat you like family at all, even after being a customer for 7 bloody years! Going somewhere else from now on. Hope your building burns down. Then at least there will be peace. read more

My friends and I come here every 2 weeks to get our nails done. And I also bring my 7 year old in to get her nails done. I am honestly surprised to see 1 star reviews. The staff is very friendly and always take good care of us. I have never had any issues with my nails. Sometimes they get busy and they run behind schedule (it happens not a big deal) but it is worth the wait. I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done. Me and my sister wanted to get our nails done before our trip to Vegas and we wanted to go to a new place. This spot was close by and she had read some good reviews. When we went in, we were greeted immediately with friendly faces and asked to wait 30 minutes as it was really busy. I wanted bright rainbow coffin nails so I spent time looking for all the colors I needed. My nail lady Hannah was AMAZING!! She got the coffin shape spot on! And the attention to detail! She was really taking her time to ensure that my nails were even and exactly how I wanted. I kept admiring them before she as even done. Most places I go to skimp on buffing and evening out the nail - not here. She took her time to ensure my nails were perfect!! Only thing was that my nails were just slightly shorter than I wanted but that's on me. Super friendly and welcoming environment. Definitely will be coming back here again. I'm wowed!! read more

Save your money!!! First week after full nail set and pedicure, two nails broke right in half, paid to have them fixed. The next week 3 more broke in half I decided to get them removed because obviously they had done a very poor job, while I'm having them removed the lady is telling me this is my fault, must be my problem, I only want something for free, which I NEVER asked for or received anything without my paying and tipping!! Furthermore they did a terrible pedicure told me it cost extra money for the same service I'd done the last three times, then she threatened to call her husband on me, which btw he burnt the hell out of my toe, still have a scarred up toe, these people are rude and unprofessional, please give your money to a more deserving business!! read more

So, every two weeks I get a pedicure. Why, man? Because I hate cutting my toe nails. Also, nail professionals do a much better job than I ever will. Unfortunately my regular place, Nail Master Too, their building was involved in a fire (by Athen's). Anyways, this place was great! Few more dollars than my usual place. But the service was fantastic. Yes, they followed all COVID protocols. Whether they do or not, isn't a big deal for me. But to each their own. Our local community group recommended them several times when I made a post asking about pedicure shops. A few days later, I'm still very happy with my feet! The ladies are very friendly & know what they're doing. read more

For starters... I was here for 3 HOURS, for dip on my natural nails and a gel pedicure. Look at the paint job.. they got it everywhere. The nail shape and overall look was awful. So happy to have found this place! The whole staff is very friendly and sweet but Yen is my girl there. She's very talented and patient with me. She always helps me find the perfect nail color, and I can trust her with anything that's going on in my life. She's not only my nail tech, she's a friend. She takes the time to listen and she cares. She's very honest and hardworking. All the girls at this salon are amazing, but I go to Yen every time bc she's like fam to me now and I haven't been going there more than a year....She also loves the Seahawks! I'm a fan too. Awwwyeaaahh!!! And I'm obviously a Yen fan, and to all the girls at Auburn Nails, here's my shout out! You go girls!!! I think you're beautiful, amazing, and sweet! Keep up the good work! First time at this nail place. I wanted a pedicure while waiting for my oil change to get done. They were able to get me right in which was convenient. The staff seemed nice. I went to pay and they were so expensive! I was totally taken back because the place isn't that nice. I should have asked the price before sitting down which is my own fault but most places are about the same price. Just say I won't be back! My advice is go somewhere else that is more reasonable and cleaner. read more

I am not one to complain but I will not be utilizing their services again I got a pedicure last week. I'm not a frequent customer so I don't know the gals name but she didn't introduce herself either. She used dremel (I think that's what its called) to clean up my cuticles I've never had this done before. I should have stopped her immediately but since I'm not one to tell someone else how to do their job ... Anyway, she knicked me on 4 toes. I actually bled. Not once did she look up and say sorry. It was painful and I'm hoping I don't get an infection. I know, it's on me for not saying something. I didn't tip, that was all I did. Next time (like I said though, in all my years of getting pedis) I will stop the gal in her tracks, no matter what salon I go to. Is this normal practice? Knick the toes, cause bleeding and not even say Are you ok? read more

This place is amazing! Everyone there is so sweet and I never leave unsatisfied. I went to this place for so long. The only reason why I don't frequent as much is because of living about an hour or so north. But I will go anytime I'm in the area! Lucy is my girl and one of the best in the game! I went here a few weeks ago to get my nails done for the first time in 7 years. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. They were very busy but I had called and made an appointment the day before. I was early for my appointment and had my colors picked and ended up waiting 35 minutes after my appointment time. After they started I was moved three times before I was done. My ended up uneven and a lot longer then what I asked for. I probably won't be going back here. read more

I see Kimberly for my nails...I have nail psoriasis and she is very gentle with the gun on my nail bed (which I appreciate because I usually have to stop doing dip to give my nails a break) I had to stop doing dip because I started see another manicurist close to work ( big mistake because I had to have Kimberly remove their dip job and let my nails heal) she always takes her time with me...I never feel rushed and the owner so welcoming and always at the job site. I see Miley for my for my feet..I have severe psoriasis on my right foot. I've had three pedicures by Miley every two weeks. Slowly but surely my psoriasis is getting better..I normally don't get pedicures because most manicurists try to remove all of the psoriasis off my right foot and I end up with it breaking out severely and have to stop getting pedicures. Miley has taken a little of the psoriasis off of my foot each time and my foot is finally healing. read more

I was actually shocked reading the 1 star reviews. This place wasn't voted "Best of Auburn" multiple years in a row just because. I've been coming here for YEARS and I'm giving this place 5 stars because of their CONSISTENCY and QUALITY work they have provided to me, my friends, and my family. I don't have a designated stylist either, because I truly believe all the ladies here are equally talented. I have never had a bad experience here, busy or slow days. The customer service is always top notch and these ladies are always so kind to me and everyone that walks in. I guess just treat people how you want to be treated? Anyways, I'd recommend ignoring these spiteful and negative comments and just coming in, giving this shop a shot, and seeing for yourself how much effort and care they put into their nails. Thank you, Auburn Nails, for always making my feet and hands pretty!! You ladies are the BEST and I so appreciate you all!! read more

I live in Auburn now, but when I first starting going to Auburn Nails I lived near Bremerton and would still go out of my way to come here on my way home from work in Tukwila everytime I needed a fill.
