Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a French tip pedicure. I'm a quiet person especially when I'm getting my nails or lashes done. But as soon as she started it was looking sloppy and crooked. I calmly told her they were uneven and she started to get visually upset. Her work was sloppy and rushed. They made me pay 10 min after starting. Overall, terrible experience and rude staff. Would not recommend!

I would recommend this place to other people because of the cleanliness and friendliness of the business. They have 18 years of experience so it's definitely worth the money.

This salon is extremely underrated. Since moving away I've searched far and wide to a salon to do a pedicure as well as these ladies! Coming here for 15+ years! Amazing attention to detail, their normal polish lasts forever, I can get a pedicure in May and still have the remaining paint in August LOL! The shellac is even better. Applause to the store owner. They deserve all the respect and tips! read more

Went to get a pedicure and eyebrows done today. Diane the owner was very nice and pleasant to talk to . Her salon is in the parking lot of McDonald and Dominos pizza. Very reasonable priced. Lots of parking. Clean inside and smelt good. Most definitely will return. read more

Wasn't the best. I asked for a shellac manicure, the color was spotty, and they didn't fix the nail polish at the end, it was sticking to the sides of my skin. Pedicure was ok but she cleaned off her supplies in dirty water as my feet were still in there, all that debris went onto my skin, didn't rinse it off in clean water. Kinda gross French tips were a bit off but I was ready to leave at this point so I didn't say anything.. Wasn't the best experience, definitely wouldn't come back. I feel like I could have done it better at home. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Really nice staff, will always take you in! Not the BEST manicure I've ever gotten- my shellac was OK, Had some spots that got messed up that she didn't touch up at all and nail polish on the sides of my nails. Overall good spot- need to work on their technique and spend more time with paying customers to make sure they're happy! Diane is the best though! read more

I made an appointment a few days ahead of time, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes after getting there. The shop was busy and they clearly have a lot of regulars. I got the deluxe pedicure, which was just okay. She did a good job, but she was going pretty fast. My shellac manicure is what boosts the overall review - I got a metallic color and it looks really cool! Price is decent, cleanliness is decent. Not a huge selection of shellac colors, but then again, too many choices can be confusing! I would try this place again for sure. read more

Freezing cold water does not feel good. It's frustrating when they are understaffed so you have to wait for them to come back to polish.

I came here because the ratings are good and don't get me wrong I got my nails done and they're awesome! But I only got a fill and for some reason she charged me $40 to get a fill for just regular acrylics, but the end product was good. Most likely if I do come back I'll ask how much before I get them done read more

These ladies rush people out when they do nails. One couldn't even wait 4 minutes to soak my nails to get the shellac off. She kept grinding and scraping the polish off when they hadn't even soaked yet. She then proceeded to OVERCHARGE me for a polish change. I could have had a manicure for $25. I'm sure she was mad she was having troubles with my shellac, but let them soak maybe? Also, my nails are all different lengths and angled. Never going back. First and last experience with these people. So rude and pushy. No thanks! read more

Went here recently for a pedicure. They did a good job but I knocked a star off because it felt like the ladies were trying to rush us out because they were closing soon (I think?). I barely got a massage for 3 minutes but everything else was excellent. I'll most likely give them another shot but instead I'll get an appointment that is a bit earlier. I was told to go to Nail Zone when I first moved here and started looking for a nail salon, but sadly I went somewhere else. I went to Nail Zone for my next fill and paint and I am now a forever customer. All the girls that work here are so friendly and talented. Sometimes I ask for some crazy designs and they always deliver amazing work! They are also very patient with my 4 year-old daughter when I take her to get her nails painted with me. This should be your go to place as well! read more

Favorite nail place in Auburn. Known these ladies over 6 years now, and though I don't get my nails done often, when I do this is where I come. They do a quick and great job and above all are super sweet. The are priced really well too. Only thing I wish they had was more nail polish selection, they were running a little low last I was in. read more

I read the two reviews on here and decided to give this place a chance. It was very slow and there was only one other person there besides me. The service was just ok. The food rub was not the best and the hand rub basically didn't exist. I asked for pink nails with my ring finger glittered and I paid extra for them to be shellac. The glitter was so sheer and it looks naked on my hand... This is a nail style on currently on trend and i was disappointed in the result. I won't be back... read more

For some clarity, this is for the new ownership I assume, and there were only 2 techs at the shop this day, with me and another client there. First, I arrived promptly to my appointment and the lady doing my nails can be heard in the back on the phone for about 7 mins. During my time waiting, the other client had been sat and already had got started on her nails. Secondly, my tech had a nasty attitude saying that i was late and that she called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I let her know that I had called her on Saturday and kindly fact checked her. Thirdly, less than 7 days from my original appointment, 2 of my gel-x tips popped off nice and clean. You can see and feel the layer of gel on my natural nail. I'm not sure what part she skipped or if it really just a result of poor quality supplies. Overall, if you're looking for gel-x, make sure they're using the Apres system. It has never failed me, and i've had sets last over 4 weeks with no problems.
