They have massage chairs. I think their pedicures are really good and I have very hard thick toenails. Once I had an ingrown toenail with an infection starting and my nail tech noted my discomfort. She called over a "specialist" who was able to trim my nail gently and relieve the pain and prevent a bad paronychia. There are many techs and, with one exception, they all did a nice job. I don't think they do any really creative nail art but I would recommend for a basic manicure or pedicure.

Secondly, my tech had a nasty attitude saying that i was late and that she called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I let her know that I had called her on Saturday and kindly fact checked her. Thirdly, less than 7 days from my original appointment, 2 of my gel-x tips popped off nice and clean. You can see and feel the layer of gel on my natural nail. I'm not sure what part she skipped or if it really just a result of poor quality supplies. Overall, if you're looking for gel-x, make sure they're using the Apres system. It has never failed me, and i've had sets last over 4 weeks with no problems.

Coming to today, I came back to get myself some plain beige gel nails with extension. Its still $75 even with no design. They took an hour taking care of me, making sure that my nails werent hurt, making sure the nails looked perfect, and making sure it looks good. This all makes sense. Overall, I will still come back.
