Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a French tip pedicure. I'm a quiet person especially when I'm getting my nails or lashes done. But as soon as she started it was looking sloppy and crooked. I calmly told her they were uneven and she started to get visually upset. Her work was sloppy and rushed. They made me pay 10 min after starting. Overall, terrible experience and rude staff. Would not recommend!

After reading several good reviews, I went in this morning as a walk in to get an acrylic set, and was the first customer there. Not happy with the final product. I can still see my previous nail color at the cuticle line and several of the nails are crooked.

New owners same name higher prices! Extremely pushy and want you to upgrade your service the ladies that work there are from Sophia's nails in Auburn. Place is under remolding not completely set up yet, looks and smells great new pedicure chairs. One lady named Ana was extremely loud and pushed me into an upgrade service saying the grand opening gave you 30% off also they want you to pay in cash. She does not like using debit or credit cards because they get charged she says that if you pay in cash you get 3 dollars back she says she applied for a liquor license and has cold drinks . Parking is tight . Was there 4 months ago in June . I don't like extremely loud people in a small area it's supposed to be relaxing environment Ana was way too loud to people coming in the door! And to clients .. The lady that did my pedicure spoke hardly any English . read more

This salon is extremely underrated. Since moving away I've searched far and wide to a salon to do a pedicure as well as these ladies! Coming here for 15+ years! Amazing attention to detail, their normal polish lasts forever, I can get a pedicure in May and still have the remaining paint in August LOL! The shellac is even better. Applause to the store owner. They deserve all the respect and tips! read more

Really nice staff, will always take you in! Not the BEST manicure I've ever gotten- my shellac was OK, Had some spots that got messed up that she didn't touch up at all and nail polish on the sides of my nails. Overall good spot- need to work on their technique and spend more time with paying customers to make sure they're happy! Diane is the best though! read more

Wasn't the best. I asked for a shellac manicure, the color was spotty, and they didn't fix the nail polish at the end, it was sticking to the sides of my skin. Pedicure was ok but she cleaned off her supplies in dirty water as my feet were still in there, all that debris went onto my skin, didn't rinse it off in clean water. Kinda gross French tips were a bit off but I was ready to leave at this point so I didn't say anything.. Wasn't the best experience, definitely wouldn't come back. I feel like I could have done it better at home. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I made an appointment a few days ahead of time, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes after getting there. The shop was busy and they clearly have a lot of regulars. I got the deluxe pedicure, which was just okay. She did a good job, but she was going pretty fast. My shellac manicure is what boosts the overall review - I got a metallic color and it looks really cool! Price is decent, cleanliness is decent. Not a huge selection of shellac colors, but then again, too many choices can be confusing! I would try this place again for sure. read more

I came here because the ratings are good and don't get me wrong I got my nails done and they're awesome! But I only got a fill and for some reason she charged me $40 to get a fill for just regular acrylics, but the end product was good. Most likely if I do come back I'll ask how much before I get them done read more

These ladies rush people out when they do nails. One couldn't even wait 4 minutes to soak my nails to get the shellac off. She kept grinding and scraping the polish off when they hadn't even soaked yet. She then proceeded to OVERCHARGE me for a polish change. I could have had a manicure for $25. I'm sure she was mad she was having troubles with my shellac, but let them soak maybe? Also, my nails are all different lengths and angled. Never going back. First and last experience with these people. So rude and pushy. No thanks! read more

I was told to go to Nail Zone when I first moved here and started looking for a nail salon, but sadly I went somewhere else. I went to Nail Zone for my next fill and paint and I am now a forever customer. All the girls that work here are so friendly and talented. Sometimes I ask for some crazy designs and they always deliver amazing work! They are also very patient with my 4 year-old daughter when I take her to get her nails painted with me. Went here recently for a pedicure. They did a good job but I knocked a star off because it felt like the ladies were trying to rush us out because they were closing soon (I think?). I barely got a massage for 3 minutes but everything else was excellent. I'll most likely give them another shot but instead I'll get an appointment that is a bit earlier. Favorite nail place in Auburn. Known these ladies over 6 years now, and though I don't get my nails done often, when I do this is where I come. They do a quick and great job and above all are super sweet. The are priced really well too. Only thing I wish they had was more nail polish selection, they were running a little low last I was in. read more

I read the two reviews on here and decided to give this place a chance. It was very slow and there was only one other person there besides me. The service was just ok. The food rub was not the best and the hand rub basically didn't exist. I asked for pink nails with my ring finger glittered and I paid extra for them to be shellac. The glitter was so sheer and it looks naked on my hand... This is a nail style on currently on trend and i was disappointed in the result. I won't be back... read more

They have massage chairs. I think their pedicures are really good and I have very hard thick toenails. Once I had an ingrown toenail with an infection starting and my nail tech noted my discomfort. She called over a "specialist" who was able to trim my nail gently and relieve the pain and prevent a bad paronychia. There are many techs and, with one exception, they all did a nice job. I don't think they do any really creative nail art but I would recommend for a basic manicure or pedicure.

First, I arrived promptly to my appointment and the lady doing my nails can be heard in the back on the phone for about 7 mins. Secondly, my tech had a nasty attitude saying that i was late and that she called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I let her know that I had called her on Saturday and kindly fact checked her. Thirdly, less than 7 days from my original appointment, 2 of my gel-x tips popped off nice and clean. You can see and feel the layer of gel on my natural nail. I'm not sure what part she skipped or if it really just a result of poor quality supplies. Overall, if you're looking for gel-x, make sure they're using the Apres system. It has never failed me, and i've had sets last over 4 weeks with no problems.

BEETLES PRODUCTS USED -- DAMAGED MY NATURAL NAILS…read more I scheduled a Gel-X removal and new set, but the experience was very different from what I expected. Communication was limited, which was especially concerning during a service involving my natural nails. Also very unsanitary everything was covered in nail dust, and no dust collectors used?? The technician had attempted "popping off my nails" as removal and when I had asked if she was going to use a drill, she then proceeded to pull out her drill and drill bits. After I said I did not want them to be popped off. She used a large, coarse drill bit down toward my natural nail. I repeatedly pulled my hand back because the removal was painful and aggressive, and I was left with visible "rings of fire" from over-filing. I have been getting my nails done for years and am certified myself, so I am familiar with removal and preparation. The drill bit needed to be switched once she removed the bulk of the gel to a softer sanding band because of how close she is working to the natural nail. I was also uncomfortable with the products being used, including Beetles. This brand has already been called out multiple times because of concerns about its chemical properties. My concern is not simply that the brand is inexpensive or widely available, but that nail products are not properly formulated, labeled, and because of that cannot fully cure, in most cases. Improperly formulated or improperly cured gel products can increase the risk of allergic reactions and contact dermatitis, which is why I would not use a brand without verifying its ingredients, percentages, and curing requirements. The tips were bulky and poorly sized as well. Because of the condition of my nails and the quality of the service, I stopped the appointment and did not continue with the new set. They initially tried to charge me the full price even though the service was not completed. I came in expecting a decent Gel-X removal and left feeling that my natural nails had been unnecessarily damaged. I recommend being very cautious if you are going there for Gel-X removal or any service involving your natural nails.

He rushed her out, charged her extra, and in front of entire shop erased her name from appointment book and told her not to come back. The pictures below show the quality of the service. She is 87 years old and came to our door shaking and near tears. He's lucky I didn't call the police.
