Hands down the best and most relaxing nail salon I've ever been to. The ambiance and girls there are stellar. Manicure: Julie and Hong, take their time, really do a great job with shaping and finishing my nails clean every time. 10/10 Pedi: Hong is a sweet heart and gives a killer foot massage. 10/10 Head spa: I cannot even tell you how absolutely worth it this service is, it's the absolute perfect treat for you or your favorite person. Scalp massage and exfoliation, neck and shoulders, face massage and facial. 100/10 it's just as amazing as it looks! They have a great instagram page with videos! read more

Try the silk nails!! They are so natural and thin yet so strong. I work in coffee so mine get pretty beat up on the job, my last full set lasted almost a month without lifting or breaking!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The owner of the spa suggested I try their new head spa service and it was amazing. I highly recommend giving it a try it was so relaxing and they use high quality hair care and some cool Korean skin care products as well!! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE My sister and I tried the new Hair Spa and Facial Treatment which was so stress-relieving. Very detailed and lots of deep washing and scalp treatment, left my hair feeling soft and very clean. The facial was very hydrating and so relaxing. I have been going to blush nails for 10-15yrs and I absolutely love Julie. Today I had my nail appointment...finished my day off with their unbelievable head/scalp massage and facial spa treatment. Omg! This place is so stinking cute! I love love love their new look! I was impressed because they try and make sure you're comfortable and they give excellent choices if you're unsure what color to choose. Also, they will not be happy with the results until you're happy (I did shellac manicure and pedi). As far as being safe during Covid, I love that they take it seriously and follow all the guidelines to maintaining a safe and clean environment. read more

My sister made an appointment for us to get our nails done and upon our arrival, she asked us to pick out colors. Then the lady came up to us with her scheduling book and said we didn't have an appointment. She asked if we called Federal Way Blush Nail Salon. She tried to explain to us that it happens all the time that people get the companies mixed up all the time. I would agree, however, we have been to this place multiple times, so we know the difference. read more

COVID-19 update: they're doing a great job with safety. Everyone has to wear masks, plexiglass between stations, checking temperatures when customers come in. Prices have gone up due to COVID, but that's understandable. Original review: It's pretty cute in there and good service. The price is a little high - $30 for shellac mani, which is why I'm rating it 4 stars. Let's see how long the shellac lasts! Lasted almost 3 weeks! Pretty good! read more

Blush Nails in Auburn is amazing. I have gone to Julie for 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always get compliments on my nails. Blush recently added a HeadSpa. This is a great nail and spa boutique. Intimate, clean and inviting. The quality of my hard gel manicures are the best I've experienced. The owner and staff get to know their clients- it's more personable than other nail salons. They now also offer scalp and facial massages- at very affordable prices. Ok. This place is great. I could give you a review with lots of words... but... Let me tell you a story. I went to a different nail salon to get "fancy nails" for the first time. I specifically asked for no acrylic. They said ok. I asked if they did gell extensions, (I had researched ways to get length without acrylic) they said ok. Nails looked good, and they were super nice. But then it was too long led to me walking in and asking for help. They gave me (what I now know to be a fill). it was SO thick. ok. I paid a decent price. But I couldn't sustain the VERY thick nails and so I remembered that one place I went to) and called Blush A Nail Boutique. And wow. I called and made an appointment. Then, when I went in, I mentioned my appointment (I'd read that they were popular, so I figured making an appointment was a good idea.) I went in, and they asked what I had made an appointment for, and then did the regular thing of picking my color for my very regular pedicure. While I was getting my toes PAMPERED, I was asked about my nails I explained my situation. "Please help me, they told me gel, but I don't know?" And I want helped... nay, I was SAVED. I explained my situation, and asked for recommendations. I was given options and and solutions. It was a collaborative effort. I DID NOT HAVE TO KNOW what I was talking about. Sometimes I felt as though I'd needed to research extensively what I'd want. But here, they offered me advice. And explanations. Also: their regulars were all super comfy and we cracked jokes, and exchanged food ideas. Seriously... the BEST nail salon I've visited ever. Oh, also, Desiree MIRACULOUSLY fixed my nails. She suggested some SNS powder, over a full set of silks. I'm actually amazed. (husband is tired of hearing about it) Great Quality. Great Pricing. Great Staff. I'm going back ( in 2-4 weeks depending on how long my mani lasts) read more

I am very particular about my shellac manicures but Nancy did such a great job. She was very attentive to every little hangnail and got the edges too. My only complaint would be that the cuticle is a little raw (which may be my own fault from not tending to my cuticles as well as I should) but other than that she did AMAZING. Thu did my pedicure and she was great as well! Customer service was overall great too. A worker named Julie came from her home during my appointment just to do a persons ONE nail that got messed up. They really care about their customers. I was scared to try a new place but I will definitely be coming back here next time!! read more

I haven't been here for many years. My mother in law gets her nails done here and with all of the closures and shut downs due to social distancing they were able to squeeze me in last minute by appointment. She even called back to let me know I could get in earlier because she had a cancelation. All of the women there were professional and did a fantastic job! I will continue to go back here. read more

Powder dip starting chipping within a few days (for $65 it should be golden for a few weeks). I went back to get them fixed & she wasn't friendly & instead of redoing them, she put another dip coat on top. I didn't think that was the right way to do it. Ya, it wasn't. The cuticle areas started peeling up within a few days & now a week later & I am missing dip completely off a nail. read more

First time going to Blush Nail Boutique.. the service was great. I visited them on Friday and it was easy to get an appointment for the same day. People are friendly and the place looks clean and comfortable. I got shellac but one of my nails chipped today (sunday) ... tomorrow monday I'll be going back to see if they can fix it for me ‍ I hope they do... I Really liked their customer service .. Rudest experience with a salon I HAVE EVER HAD. How these people accept walk ins but then scold you for not giving them enough time. This was my first time here and I was just blown away. My mom and I needed to get our nails done asap, but we couldn't find a good enough place that got the job done right the first time, so I looked all over and just stumbled across "Blush A Nail Boutique " on yelp, so I called and made an appointment. The minute you walk into the nail salon it is beautifully decorated, relaxing and cozy. Second the staff was friendly, helpful and sweet as can be. Last but not least they took their time with our nails, they were not super rough ( like some places I've been to before), they cared a lot about their jobs and I am truly thankful !!. Came on a Monday afternoon. Didn't make an appointment... I noticed most people who walked in had an appointment. Waited about 15 minutes. Soaked my feet for about 15 more minutes until they got started on me. (One of their girls had to go home early cause she was sick, so they were short staffed) Probably the cutest nail salon I've ever been to. Nicely decorated. Great service! My nails turned out super cute. We'll just see how long they last! LOL read more

This place is great! I was looking for a new nail place since I just moved to the area and I decided to try this place based on the other great reviews. After my appointment I am so impressed with this business. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and skilled is what makes these ladies stand out! I tried silk wrap nails for the first time after having acrylics for years and I am in love, I'm never going back to acry. Silk nails are definitely the way to go! Favorite place in the area to get my nails done. I've gotten dip powder and silk & they do a great job with both. I prefer the silk which I hadn't tried before this salon. On top of the silk, I get gel. The dip powder here is applied better than the places I've tried in the past, but the silk works better for me. Staff has always been super friendly. Once I had in a chip within my first week of the manicure--I walked right in & they were able to fix it, no charge. Would highly recommend for nails and toes. Great atmosphere, too. read more

The lady who did my acrylic set was really nice and worked with me as I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. I thought she did a pretty good job. I also thought the price was pretty fair for what I got. Unfortunately that's where the good part of this experience stops. There were two women and one man there, the other younger woman got set up to do my pedicure once my nails were done. She didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink, she didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted, she put my feet in cold water immediately and walked away. I took my feet out because it was really cold and she came back, looked at me funny as I tried to explain to her that the water was too cold. She come up beside me and turned on the warm water. My feet "soaked" for maybe 10 seconds and she had me put both of my feet out as she trimmed and took off nail polish. I figured I would put my feet back to let them actually soak before she began but no, she got out the scraper and just started scraping away at my heels. And when I say scrape, I would say she halfheartedly, very lazily scraped my heels. This is the main reason I get a pedicure, as I have pretty dry heels, but she was done in about 20 seconds on each foot, and not a lot was coming off because I had barely soaked them at all, so none of the skin was soft enough. I tried to ask if I could soak my feet a little longer before she did that but she didn't understand a word I was saying. The other woman and man were nowhere to be found so I couldn't reach out to one of them. So I sat back and was like well. I guess this is what I'm gonna get then. She started the massage and again very lazy and halfheartedly did this part. I could see the dry skin on my heels still and thought maybe I'll ask for some paraffin wax to soften up a little bit more. When I asked for this, she looked at me with a question in her face, like she didn't understand what I was asking. The other woman had come back and was just hanging out on her phone as no one else was in the place, so that's when we finally did get her to come over and I saw her teaching her how to do the paraffin wax. So now it's making a little more sense. This is just a new person who maybe hasn't done very much, but you'd think that someone might be guiding her as she is doing it because she clearly was not doing things properly. when they took my foot out of the wax, I could see there were still a lot of skin and I'm just not satisfied so I asked the other woman if she can scrape my heels a little more because there was still a ton of skin on them after the paraffin wax. At this point, the other woman I could tell just told the younger girl to leave and she took over from there. From this point it was great because clearly this other person was more experienced. You think also that this young girl would sit there and maybe watch and learn something from the more experienced person but no, she went to a different chair and just sat there on her phone. The man was pretty much in the office for most of the time, he did come out and say hello and ask if everything was going OK it was polite. You can tell he's probably the boss. But he and this other girl literally sat around on their phones for the 2 1/2 hours that I was there. There was a ton of nail dust, dirt and grime all over the tables that they probably could've been cleaning. The general cleanliness of the place was good enough that I didn't leave immediately but as I sat there and got my nails done, I was really picking up on a lot of grime. Anyways, my manicure barely lasted two weeks before they started to fall off. My pedicure started chipping within the week (but I was in chlorinated pool so I can't blame them too much for that). Overall, I will not be returning to this location. I think I can get better service and quality elsewhere.

I've had facials at other places before, but the technician clearly didn't know what she was doing. I paid a high price for this service, and it felt like a total waste of time, energy, and money. The advertising made it seem like I was going to receive professional, high-quality care, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling disappointed. I have been going here for about a year now, and I have had nothing but great service. The staff is always friendly and polite and I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment. They have always been very accommodating to me when I've had to change an appointment day or time. I recommend making an appointment because they are always pretty busy and if you come as a walk in you might have to wait. I've always gotten shellac or orly gel fx polish for my mani's. Julie the owner/manager always does custom glitter art on my nails and I love it! I've gotten so many compliments on my nails. Their pedicure chairs are comfortable and the have allowed me to sit in the chair with the massage function on while letting the paraffin wax soak into my hands. They are polite and chatty. This is my first review ever. Blush made me want to make a review! I went to Blush last weekend with my Mom. When we arrived all the ladies were working ,but they acknowledge us immediately which I admire. They got to us shortly, even before I could finish my good carmel frap. The chairs that we received our massages in were the hit. My foot massage and manicure was Superb! I will be back all the way from Tukwila often. Ann used a very course file to file my nails down then didn't follow up with a finer file so my nails felt rough. While doing my cuticles she cut me and neglected to use cuticle oil on them. While painting my nails she tried to upsell me on getting my eyebrows done by her and I declined. That didn't stop her, she was persistent by telling me how good she was at eyebrows and how my eyebrows had no shape to them. I politely declined again. After that exchange, Ann opened up her phone to text another client while she was working on me. After the painting was done, no offer of a nail dryer was ever made. She took off to her next client and I sat with my daughter during the rest of her pedicure waving my hands to dry them. I decided to say something to the nice lady at the checkout, who heard me out and agreed that the service I had gotten was subpar, so she had another nail tech try to file my nails better and apply cuticle oil. My nails today, each fingernail is chipping. They look terrible and I will have to remove the polish. It hasn't even been 72 hours since my manicure. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the place is clean and they did try to salvage the poor work done by Ann. If you go here, make sure you get Quinn. She was very nice and helpful and did a nice job trying to fix a bad manicure.
