Said he will not give me my shot if he has to look for me again and would not stop he assault of me and continued ranting at me even when I said -you have made your point please quit talking to me like this. He gave me the shot with no warning and then flung open the door to dismiss me without giving me time to put my sweater back on. It was horrifying. If they had not already processed the $200 payment thru my insurance, I would have walked out and never looked back. I was not wandering the aisles, I literally went to pick a single product off the shelf and was within war shot of the pharmacy area and he was with another client when I stepped over to get the product. The rage he had and the continued ranting -you would think I had been Christmas's shopping all over and not immediately available or that I had been holding up other appointments- but they were still checking in the person behind me and had not finished when I came back. No one was waiting for me, just the monster of a pharmacist. Bet he would never have treated another man that way and definitely would not have gotten away with that shit in front of my husband. I feel sorry for the young women working with him- revolting . Never taking our business there. NEVER.

I have been going to Lee's Nails for almost 10 years. I now live an hour away and I still come here as a regular. I have tried other places and have never been satisfied as I have been here. Firstly, my nails are gorgeous each and every time. Lee & Alex are masters in their profession. I love the natural look of the gel/ pink & white. Secondly, the store environment is extremely clean. Thirdly, not only are they very professional and friendly, they take the time to stay current with the latest products used and are very skilled in all new techniques. I have recently just moved to the Lake Tapps area. I have a hectic schedule! One morning, after a busy day at work, I decided to stop by Lee's Nails. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted in a very friendly way. I was not forgotten like some other nail shop where I used to live. I got a shellac french manicure. Even though I was tired from work, I had great conversations with the owners! After my nails were done, they were fabulous! They were shiny and even! Love this salon and Alex and lee are the best.....in all my years of having nails and never being happy how the stay on I found lee nails a year and a half ago....I am just amazed the quality of service and my nails never lift or break or fall off. Very clean and sanitary. They just reopened the shop and due to covid they had to purchase more cleaning supplies and sanitary items which increased their prices but all in all it is worth the cost. They turned me away once and told me to come back in 20 minutes if I had other errands to run (which I did) so I appreciated the fact they told me and made sure when I came back, that I got in right away. The women here are also friendly and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day at work. I usually go during the week when it's less busy and during those times, I have someone doing my pedicure and another person doing my manicure. They sit you in the big massage chairs in the back and aaaahhh. I recently got shellac and it wasn't that great (that's why I deducted a star) and started chipping after 2 days. That was also on a day when I went in on a Friday night and they were a little more busy. I got it again by another technician and it's still on after 4 days, no chips! It just depends on which tech you go to so find someone you like. They also listen to you if you have special requests with waxing. I told them exactly how I wanted my eyebrows done and they listened and did it. I've gone in a couples times and they had taken too much off but mainly because I have one eyebrow that is a little thinner than the other and have to let them know what to do to make it appear even. Many other places I've gone to have the same issue with my eyebrows so I don't hold it against them. Overall, they are a fantastic nail salon and I will never go to another place again!
