Our family finds this Walgreens and the staff very friendly and always willing to help out.

Pharmacy is disorganized and slow. There's no instruction as to what to do when you're done with paperwork, so I ended up behind two people that came after me. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for a flu shot, even with an appointment. The employees were nice enough but it was still a very disappointing experience and I'll be going anywhere but Walgreens the next time I need shots. *This review is from my experience several months ago, so hoepefully things have gotten better in that time. read more

Terrible service. Pharmacy is a joke brought in DrugRx coupon pharmacist would not accept it charged 34.95 for prescription.At first was told by pharmacy tech prescription varied which was not true.Dosage was set by manufacturers.Then was told Walgreens does not have to abide by coupon and if I wanted to use drugsrx price would be $243.57 Called Fred Meyer they checked and came back at 8.54.When I called and told pharmacy they told me to go to Fred meyer next time.Great customer service.not read more

You know, some people want syringes for normal things, was discriminated against at this Walgreens because I'm young and why would a young person need syringes? Oh he must be on drugs. I actually needed the syringes for my fathers crippling diabetes but was told WALGREENS doesn't carry them. A big old fat guy is considered a drug addict I guess....I feel VERY discriminated against and don't really know where to go to get syringes for my father anymore. Thanks again Walgreens. read more

The customer service in the pharmacy is not good. One of the ladies that works there is very unprofessional and a lot of the workers there have attitudes. It seems as though they do not like working there. In that case, they should probably look for another job. I recommend people get their medications somewhere else. Until the employees in the pharmacy get proper training on how to treat customers. read more

I have been going to the Oak Street Milwaukie Walgreens for several years. As a cancer patient the Pharmacy staff have become very important to me. I have run out of medication without a.current renewal prescription. On a weekend. No problem. They give me enough to get through the weekend then contact my doctor. I have had to refill from a remote Walgreens. No problem. They answer any questions and "vouch for me" so I can get a refill. Even when I lost a controlled substance prescription which could not be replaced the pharmacist helped me understand why and what I should do next time to make sure it doesn't happen again. There were days when I could barely walk in(and was too stubborn to use the convenient drive through) I am always greeted by name and with a smile. I never imagined that a pharmacy would be my "happy place" . This one is. Recently I went in after being gone for several weeks and the pharmacist actually smiled and told me they had been wondering where I was! Whoa! Sure, I always get friendly greetings when I walk in the store and I usually buy other things outside pharmacy but it is the pharmacy that keeps me connected to Walgreens. Thank you!! read more

I have shopped at this Walgreens for years now. Within the past 6 months I have had to use the pharmacy twice. Both times the male pharmacist working has been extremely rude and once even hung up on me. I do not get what his deal is but after the prescription that I am waiting on is filled I will be shopping at a different location. The other staff and even the pharmacist techs are super awesome it is just the actual pharmacist that needs an attitude adjustment. read more

I recently went here and just like some reviews on Yelp. My experience here was horrible. The workers kept following my family and I all around the store. We were extremely uncomfortable. They are definitely losing buissness here. They really dont care to make any sales. The one in Lakewood is highly recommended. They let you shop in peace. I love that Walgreens. This Walgreens needs some new workers or just needs to be closed down. Very disappointed in everyone that works there. BE WARNED! read more
