But today my review will focus on something else. Today I must say they were super heroes for my little guy today. Going to get vaccines once or twice is hard enough but trying to convince him to go get a booster took some effort. But we had a great lady who was so patient and she was such an angel. Today she was wearing a cape and got my baby son still enough to do that shot. He said he did not feel anything. And yes they give lollipops if you be brave. I believe anyone of all ages who do this is so brave. I enjoyed the care provided and the encouragement. If you want to go take your little ones in there for vaccines, it is a good place to go. It is a drug store but the staff providing injections have great bedside manners for children. I was definitely impressed.

Called today because my doctor emailed me at 8:30am stating she had faxed my prescriptions to the pharmacy so I wanted to call and be sure they were being filled and ask when they would be ready. The male that answered the phone insisted I wasn't in the system after only checking my date of birth and not even asking my name. I told him I was because I called yesterday and she found me. He then checks again, asks my name, still insists I'm not in the system, I tell him how to spell my name and he says I am listed at another location so "he was right". Then he keeps telling me that he has no prescriptions for me. I continually have to tell him that my doctor sent them over as he sits there silently. I state again that my doctor faxed them and I'm confused as to why he doesn't know where they are and he finally finds them then says they should be ready by 6pm (it's currently 10am). I repeat "ok so if I come there at 6pm they will be ready to pick up?" he says "they should be". I thank him and he just hangs up. Sir, if you hate your job so much please get a new one. Most of the other negative reviews are due to this man's rudeness so maybe CVS needs to take notice and hand him a pink slip. I only gave 2 stars because the woman yesterday was nice. I'll update my review after I receive my prescriptions.

With some items, instead of them being locked up and the customer waiting for an attendant to come unlock the cabinets for you to grab the product, they supply cards that can be scanned and the product would be provided after it's paid for. I appreciate this because while the store is protecting their products, it leaves the customer with their dignity as well. It also can serve as an inventory count. When I came in to pick up my medications, she interrupted me mid-sentence, demanding the date of birth rather than the name. When I mentioned receiving a text notification about a prescription being ready, she rudely insisted there was "no way" and claimed it was for something else. She told me one medication wouldn't be ready until 3:30 PM (it was 1:00 PM at the time), so I took the ones that were ready and left. Not even 20 minutes later, I received a call saying the other medication was ready. Now I have to make an unnecessary second trip, which could've been avoided if she had simply double-checked while I was there. This isn't the first time I've encountered rude and dismissive behavior from her. It's frustrating because the rest of the staff are kind and efficient, but dealing with her always makes the experience unnecessarily stressful. I've also had issues with my medication. I get phenobarbital every 30 days. 90 tablets total. The last time I picked it up there were only 30 tablets in the bottles. Luckily I noticed right away and had to make an unnecessary trip back again to get the correct amount of tablets.

Only 4 pre-made salad options and for an old farm boy like me, iceberg lettuce is too common an element of salads. The cilantro salad is going to be my lunch meal. We'll see about if it's a 7 or higher. No one suddenly carries spinach salads but they have many ingredients to put on one, including bags of fresh baby spinach. Oh, and the A/C works in the store too! People there are usually helpful if you have questions. The only thing I miss is having pre-boiled egg packs on hand.
