This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. I was prescribed antibiotics for a bad infection and I used to use Walgreens however my new insurance doesn't work with them, so I have tried now for two days to get them to switch it to CVS. CVS has reached out to them multiple times in front of me and faxed them to no avail. I have went in person to talk to these people at Walgreens and they will not transfer it stating they have 3 days to do it. I am in extreme pain and I need these antibiotics. They have been extremely rude and inconsiderate, especially the white lady with blonde hair and the lady with purple/pink hair. I have used Walgreens for decades to be treated like this is very unsettling I will never use them again. read more

Worst Pharmacy ever. They are never helpful when you ask questions and gaslight you to think you are the crazy one for asking. They are even unwilling to call another Walgreens to see if they have a medication. I asked them multiple times and they told me it's something I would need to do. GoodRX customers avoid this store. This store's policy isn't publicly claimed and will deny you using GoodRX as coverage, I was informed that Jennifer the Pharmacist has decided to refuse GoodRX coupons for specific medications, citing "abuse". I've been coming to this pharmacy for the last two years since I moved to the area and have used GoodRX every time since my insurance that I already pay out of pocket for, doesn't cover as much as GoodRX does. I've also been a Walgreens Pharmacy Customer for 8 years in total already. If the Pharmacy can see that I have insurance on file, and GoodRX simply saves me more money; why would you turn away a Previously Satisfied Paying Customer? This makes no logical sense. What abuse do you prevent? This is discrimination based on the customer's available coverage options. No abuse is prevented when you're still selling the medication to the customer, just at a higher price. This seems more like the Pharmacist has been lobbied to deny the customer's use of GoodRX to force them to pay with their Insurance. Likely in exchange for perks or other bonuses from the Medical Insurance Company. Abuse is prevented by Drug of Abuse programs at the Licensed Physician's Office where the medication prescription originated. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new reliable Pharmacy unless Walgreens changes their policy allowing them "Pharmacist Discretion" to Discriminate against customers; or Jennifer the store Pharmacist is replaced, which I would recommend. read more

I popped in on my lunch to grab a prescription and noticed quite a long line at the pharmacy. Behind me an associate ran up to assist with the length of the line and I was able to grab my prescription easily. As I walked back up to the front, grabbing a couple items in my way, I was passed by the same associate who beat me up to the front to assist me with my other store purchases! Turns out she is the store manager doing her due diligence to cover the floor, assist the pharmacy and as I left she was getting pulled away to help another employee at the back door. She did so will a smile and calm energy. What a great show of leadership. read more

Store staff all very kind and helpful, pharmacy is another thing all together. Little angry man obviously hates his job and Walgreens customers. He is rude and disrespectful - which seems to be a recurring pattern based on reviews. It must be difficult to find competent people that are also courteous- or perhaps this fellow is just a loser. I would give zero stars if I could. This is hands down, THE worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I recently moved and started transferring mine and my family's prescriptions from another Walgreens store. This store messed up one of my prescription transfers and once they figured it out after receiving a call from my former Walgreens Pharmacy, I'm still waiting for it to be filled a week later. Rather than apologize for the error and work to get it filled, the staff has been rude and condescending. It's impossible to reach them by phone; be prepared for a hold time of 30 minutes plus and then the system will hang up on you; I've called numerous times and got through once after a 35 minute hold. Physicians and other pharmacies can't get through to them easily either. Additionally, I've also learned that the Pharmacist determines which medications you can use a GoodRx coupon for based on whether it's covered by insurance and what it's for. Another Walgreens staff told me that this is specific to this Walgreens store and there's agreement this practice is wrong and it seems unfair and discriminatory to me. Needless to say, I will wait for this messed up Rx to be filled but moving forward, I'll be transferring all of my prescriptions to another store. read more

I posted an earlier review but it was apparently removed. (I left the site and re-entered it yesterday to make sure it had posted and it had posted but it is gone now.) I was at this Walgreens on 8/10 about 9:00 to 10:00. The clerk who checked me out, April, was very helpful and the man who checked my receipt was friendly and pleasant. The clerk in clothing was grotesquely rude. I waited for her to show up at the dressing rooms for several minutes and was first in line. I believe she discriminated against me because I'm White. She insisted I move out of the way so she could let a Black customer into the dressing room I was waiting to get in, although I was first in line and all of the other dressing rooms were empty. She gestured rudely as she told me to get out of the way. The Black customer graciously suggested I go first (since I was first in line) which the Black clerk ignored. She then made 4 or 5 very rude remarks to me in a nasty tone of voice. The clerk eventually let me into a room. I tried on my pants and as I left I said, "I'm done and I didn't deserve that rude treatment." (I had not responded to her rude remarks except to point out it was not reasonable to tell me to go around and come in the "right way." I don't think there was a right way and I was the only person by the dressing rooms except for the aforementioned customer who came into the dressing room area from the other direction and I was clearly not in her way. The rude clerk ignored me entirely as I said I hadn't deserved the rude treatment. I have posted the day and time in the hope that someone will read this and tell this clerk she needs to treat people differently or get another job. read more

The staff at the pharmacy is rude. I wanted to talk to the pharmacist regarding a medication and request if they can give me an emergency supply even for a day or two until my doctor can send them the refill. It wasn't a narcotic. The lady on the the other line just kept saying, "we can't do that" and when I asked if I can talk to the pharmacist, she went to talk to the pharmacist and I heard the pharmacist said to just hang up. This location has poor service. The business does not appear to be an eye pleasing place. It's usually has clutter all over the parking lot. There is only one drive through window at the pharmacy. Which pharmacy wait times are crazy never less than 10 mins no matter if you're inside or at the drive through. The staff does not have any customers service skills. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service experience with pharmacy. We will not be returning. Called the pharmacy at noon after my daughters 10am dr appt to check on her script. Waited on hold for 20+ mins. Only to be told her drops & antibiotics wouldn't be ready until 2. My husband was able to go get them at 3:30. The gentleman who helped him was anything but helpful. Handed him drops & when husband asked about antibiotics he was told "it's only drops". Husband drives home, we call dr office to confirm antibiotics were also a part of the script written (they were), husband drives back, only to be told they can only fill half her prescription and we have to come back tomorrow. On top of being met with another unfriendly member of the pharmacy staff. Overall: Poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and horrible communication. Do not recommend this location. Hoping we'll have better luck at Bartells across the street. read more

I try to avoid coming here. There's always tons of cars in the parking lot and hardly anyone inside... I don't understand. The employees greet you when you come in 'Welcome to Walgreens'. But they don't sound even remotely lively or attempting to sound genuine. I'd be sounding that way too if I worked there. It's just like any and every other Walgreens or drug store, depressing. Sometimes you can get good prices when there's sales but overall, it's pricey. The 0 minute limit parking signs in the lot do tickle me every time. Never change those. read more

If I could get zero stars I would. I have had issues with people in the pharmacy in the past giving me attitude and today is no different. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. People continued picking up the phone and putting it back down on hold so that it stopped bothering them and beeping. I tried to call the store about 15 times over and no one answered. I actually need the medication I'm calling about I have to send someone to go pick it up and pay them to go pick it up so I actually need to know if it's there first. This is the absolute worst store ever for helping people. The one girl who did pick up my call in the pharmacy I told her I had been on hold for forever and she put me back on hold without even asking me she also didn't apologize for me having to wait on hold for an hour. I hate that I have to come here. I AM IN TEARS THANKS TO WALGREEN NOT GIVING A LICK ABOUT PEOPLE OR THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS!!! I hope the people working their get this back in karma the amount of hardship you have caused me over the years is ASTRONOMICAL. So I arrived at 0930ish this morning and I placed an order for the 1 hour prints right, So remembering an experience I had had from another Walgreens different location I asked the manager was it going to take exactly an hour to get the pics back? Well at the other Walgreens which is like 20 mins away I placed my order for the same service and my pics were handed to me in less than 15 mins. Now there was no one in the store except for myself and 3-4 other individuals so busy they were not, I wondered what was the difference between this Walgreens and the other one. The only thing I came up with was a non willingness to assist me. The manager himself told me after I asked would it take exactly an hour that oh we say an hour to give ourselves time to make sure everything is correct and asked if my number was on there, well yes it was but at 1203 I roll up no one had called and he was the one who gave me my pictures. Didn't say pardon me for my lie or nothing. The only reason I'm taking time to write this is because I am paying for a service a service I was told would be ready in an hour or at least a notification and received nothing. read more
