I went with my friend and neighbor for a girls' day, and we genuinely enjoyed spending time there. We laughed a lot and had a great experience with everyone we interacted with. Unfortunately, the quality of the nail services didn't match the excellent customer service. We both had gel polish applied to our fingernails and regular polish on our toenails. We had our appointments on Thursday, and by Sunday--just four days later--the gel polish was already peeling. Most of my fingernails have already lost their polish. The pedicures were also disappointing. I chose white for my pedicure and it also was not done well. The polish didn't extend to the cuticles and my nail technician only applied one coat, making it look like I need another pedicure 4 days later. We were both very disappointed with the quality of the work, especially given the price. While the staff was fantastic, the services simply weren't worth the cost, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.

It's not a fancy place for sure, so don't expect much other than good service, really nice mani/pedi with a very fair price. The pedi used to be $20 about 5-6 yrs. ago, now $30 but compared to most places this is the best price I found. I won't pay $45-55+ for pedicure. Lily spent nearly an hour knowing I wasn't on tight time crunch. I noticed the pedi chairs were newer, but not great for massages. I will continue comino complaints.

My husband and I went into together and I got my mani/pedi and he got a pedicure. The price for regular manicure $30 and regular pedicure $40. I had a gift certificate for $70 and my husband's pedicure was $40. The owner said we owed an additional $50 not $40. The prices listed were available and it clearly said $40. We didn't have any more than the basic service (no shellac or extras) This didn't leave me feeling great after I left. I felt taken advantage of. I could have said something, but I didn't. I just won't be back and it solidified why I don't come here once again.

I got a call from the woman who does acrylics at about 12:05, she asked if I'm still coming in and I told her that I was so extremely sorry and thought I had booked my appointment for 2 PM, I asked if I can come in 30 min or any time later and she said "there's nothing available" then hung up on me while I was talking. I wasn't sure if this was accidental so I called back immediately and was ignored. I was honestly super hurt by this because I felt like me and the employees had a good relationship as I was a loyal customer for years, this was a very unprofessional way of handling the situation especially when the salon is not appointment based. If she is going to get that upset about a client being late or making an accidental mistake then she should start charging deposit fees and switching to appointment only rather than hanging up in somebody's face. I've never been back since that incident simply because that was rude and unprofessional.
