I used to love this place and go faithfully, but today I had a really bad experience. I made a reservation for 4 at 930a for a friend's birthday, we had a day of fun planned, but because they did not honor my reservation I wasn't able to get my nails done. Two of my friends got their pedis first and it took them 45 minutes after our reservation to get my other friend in for a manicure and the nail tech I requested didn't even do her nails. It's really unfortunate, but I won't be coming back. read more

My daughter was in yesterday to get a full set. One of the nails was shorter than the rest so she asked her to fix it. The lady said she did not have time (2.5 hours before closing). She told her she just needed to pay for what she did. My daughter said no I want you to fix this one it's obviously shorter than the rest. The lady got mad and threw stuff around then grabbed my daughter's hands and started cutting the nails. My daughter said well since you just cut them all off can you please remove them. She told her only if she paid her. At this point they were all cut off and jagged. I had to take her to another nail place to have them removed. I would not recommend this place. They lie about their prices and confirm what you keep saying to them and then when you disputed because you noticed your credit card got charged too much. They say they didn't say that I kept asking if the gel was more than the regular polish and they said no and the lady I was trying to get a refund on wasn't even there!! Walked in for pedicure. Was told they had time. Paid for their $50 pedicure. Was about 15 minutes in when 2 ladies came in for an appt. They told my lady she needed to take them so to hurry while I had pariffin on my feet and then didn't even finish massaging my feet or legs. Took off the pariffin and added a hot towel and made me sit another 10 min for someone to paint my nails. Still wanted to charge me $50 for a pedicure that lasted 20 min. They offered to give a $5 discount. I understand I was a walk in, but don't take someone if you do not have the time for them to get their full service. Don't go if you want good quality. read more

I worked with someone different again and just like my other three visits (with different technicians) she did an AMAZING job!! EXACTLY what I was hoping for. They have all done a fantastic job getting the acrylic and polish all the way down to the cuticle so I'm able to wait at least 3 weeks, sometimes 4, before I need a fill. Lovely customer service! Soon as we walked in everyone working said hi and hello. A woman came over and helped me check in and we didn't have to wait at all! For littles getting pedicures, there are two little kitty cat pedi chairs that look so comfy! Literally everyone is so kind and polite! The gentleman who did my nails is named Billy and the woman who did my pedicure is named Mary. I wish I remembered the young lady who did my 3 year old little sisters nails because she was so patient, very friendly and super gentle! This place is a twenty minute drive for us but this is where we will go from now on! I kept going to the salon down the road like an idiot after my regular tech left. One of my friends saw how awful my last set looked and recommended Jasmine Nails. I've been getting full sets for over 10 years and this salon is by far the best I've been to in Washington. They are extremely kind too in a genuine way, not in a fake way. I didn't even get a full new set it was a full and she was going to originally charge me for the full set because my nails were "lifting" even though I had these nails for 3 weeks prior... and from the same place too but they charged my $75 last time for more design and a full set? They took advantage because they saw me as a young teen alone and applied colored acrylic without even asking me for it and used their more expensive items on me even though none of that was required. I booked on line for a fullset acrylic with french gel . The price on line was 45 for the full set and 7 addtl for the french polish. The tech struggled with shape and the French design. Whatever, it was well enough. However when I went to pay, she said it was $75. WTH? I questioned it and she begun speaking to other worker in Vietnamese, then said to me, more for length (not long, just not super short), more for shape (i asked her to just curve a little soft on the edges), more for the kind of French (the curve was a not straight across). I said well you should have told me that as your website quoted me 45 +7. She said that was for "basic". I said well these are basic, nothing fancy, not overly long or anything and if it was more than I booked for you should of said so. She had me speak to someone on the phone who accused me of just not wanting to pay.......I said you perform services without telling me there's an additional charge. I laid down $60 bucks, $45 for full set, $7 for French and the rest a tip. and walked out. I hate that nail shoppes do this. I implore everyone to NOT give into it. Its hard with people staring at you, but I will not be ripped off like this. read more

How does this place not have more reviews? I am so happy someone recommended this salon to me; I was looking for somewhere open on Sunday's. I don't get my nails done that often, so I was grateful for the staff and one of the regular customers that helped me choose. Sandy did my nails, and she was very pleasant! I'm so thrilled with how they turned out. My search for a nail salon is now over! The best part was finding out at the end that the regular customer had paid for my French tip set! I will definitely be returning! Be advised though, they prefer cash over card when possible. read more

The first time I went here two weeks ago from the date below they were so nice and I had a pleasant experience. Let's fast forward to yesterday 9/6/23 4pm. Now I notice that all the younger crowd is working and that's fine! They tell me 10mins. They sit me at table six. Theres nail and nail dust all over the counter all over the chair. So I sweep off the chair thinking she's going to wipe down the counter. Nope. I walked in and told them I wanted a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure so she does my manicure and as she's doing my manicure she's rushing me through the whole thing she's telling me to hurry up and pick my color I can't do it because she's got my hands tied up and when I walked in and told him what I wanted, nobody handed me a color panel to look at at all so I can pick while I was waiting for them to see me. She then rushes me to pick my color I can't because my hands are tied up by her. I have one hand in the UV machine and she's painting my other hand then she's asking me what color I want on my toes and I don't know because I haven't been able to pick because you've had my hands tied up. so because I'm feeling a certain type of way I tell them all I want is a manicure now I don't even want the pedicure because I turn around and I see that most of the chairs are taken of people just sitting there with their feet in water. On top of that the way she was rushing me it was not a pleasurable experience I was very uncomfortable. My arms were in nail dust and a top it off. She wasn't even pulling the tools out of sterilized packages. She went and got the little scraper thing from somebody else we're doing to somebody else's nails with! and then she pulled out this nasty cuticle cutter that she put back in this case that hasn't Skin all over it stuck to the plastic on the inside and best believe I am going to the health department about this today. They advertise very well on Instagram but they do not have a pleasurable customer service base or vibe. You have to go in the morning if you want anything done right or if you want to feel like a matter they're not nice people especially the kids at night. I paid my 40.75(.75) card fee and did NOT tip her. She was rude and I wont be surprised if my nails start chipping in a few days cause she didn't have me wash my hand. Oh and the lil massage at the end she used dirty towels that left skin all over my damn arms. I say that to say this: It shouldn't matter what time of day you go to the nail salon you should still get the same service. read more

Came here with my friend and there was only two people working , we both wanted a full set and pedicure so I got my pedicure while she was getting a full set and as I finished my pedicure I went to sit down and the lady that did my pedi started my full set she cut me really deep with the drill on my pinky and burnt my skin. Another customer came in and the guy that was doing my friends nails immediately started on her and my friend just ended up not getting her pedicure because right after he was done doing her nails two other people came in. I loved the pedicure i got from here, complete with the hot stones at no extra charge, however my second fill and ONE DAY after, a nail breaks. i'm not rough on my hands by any means and i didn't even feel it come off, i'm super disappointed. I had a few hours to kill while my dog was being groomed just a few blocks away & needed a manicure so I decided to stop in & I was greatly surprised with this nail salon. My nail tech was friendly & the place was cute inside. I get shellac manicures & really wanted to try the pink & white ombré style. I asked if this was possible on natural nails as I do not get acrylics. The nail tech said she could & although I was a bit skeptical through the process & at one point not sure I'd like the end result the nail tech stayed calm & respectful & finished my nails to show me the end result. I loved the way they came out in the end! I know the ombré on a natural nail is hard to do & hard to blend & look natural but I was really impressed with the result I will definitely be coming back.
