This is hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. I went here after reading some great Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I'm an avid hiker and had rough looking feet, to include plenty of blisters. Hana took her time and was very detailed. The prices were reasonable as well, with the top tier pedicure option being $34. I normally go to another salon in the Proctor area, but wanted to try a spot closer to my house. I had just taken off my acrylics and wanted to do a dip manicure to try to strengthen my nails. I got to the door and the door was locked. I'm assuming for safety. I walked in they greeted me with kindness. I asked how much a dip manicure would cost. She said $50. I sat down and the nail tech proceeded to apply the dip powder to my nails without cleaning my cuticles, filing, or shaping my nail. She finished applying the powder and said that she was done. I had asked about the manicure, she said that she could do it, but she had already applied the dip. I assumed that she misunderstood and that I was only going to be charged for the dip powder, but when I went to go pay, they charged me for the full Amount. When asked about the manicure, she mentioned it would cost more. Although the application looks decent, I would never pay $50 just for someone to apply dip without a manicure. Wonderful nails. I usually only do manicures but I got a full set for a wedding and they were so meticulous! They take great care in their work. Only 55 bucks, which I felt was a really good price for the excellent job they did. My friend got a pedicure, and she said it was the best she's ever had. 10 out of 10. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I was a regular years ago, they had the best service back then, I stopped coming to them because I moved but today I returned while in the area, and they still have the same great service and quality. Service was good, nice staff but my nails started popping off within 4 days. I've never had nails last THIS short of amount of time, one place it was a week and I thought that was short. Four days? Not really worth the money in my opinion. I had to go to a different salon to replace the popped off nails because they're closed Sundays. Edit: lowing rating because it's NOT worth the money. The pedicure was OK. The finger nail painting, is a NO for me. The polish doesn't look clean OR consistent. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and to paint my fingernails (not a manicure just to clarify) and I got charged $68! I came here because I was in the area and I had a couple of nails that were lifting so I decided to just have them removed. When I walked in I told her that I wanted my nails removed and a pedicure. This was the most painful nail removal I ever experienced. She dug an acrylic under my nail to rip off the acrylic that was already there. She did this with all of my nails and as a results 4 of my real nails had been lifted from my skin and it resulted in terrible damage. I haven't gotten a full set since I had my nails removed from here solely based on the damage. While getting the pedicure it was mediocre at best. I do feel as though the price of the pedicure is too high for what you get. The paint job was novice level and she only started to attempt to do better once she saw how much I tipped. So hey. Won't go back. read more

I recently moved into the neighborhood and was having a "ME" day so I decided to give this place a try in hopes of making this my go to location. Upon entering the shop, I noticed that the decor and atmosphere was outdated and almost felt like a whole in the wall spot. This didnt bother me one bit. Both nail techs on duty was in the middle of pedicures. They asked what services i was in need of and i responded "full set and eyebrow wax" They asked if i could wait 15 minutes and i agreed. The gal that assisted me did my wax first, she was quick, minimal pain and she did a good job. We then headed to her desk to start my nails. It started off ok with no concerns. A phone call came in and it was a client calling in to say she was running late. Tech advised another agreed upon time. While using the nail drill she kept skimming my nail beds causing pain to my skin. I brushed i off and continued with the process. Halfway through the process her client arrives. Her client explained that she would run next door and return after. Immediately the nail tech started rushing my nails. When her client returned she asked me to wash my hands and when walking back to her station she had moved oved to another desk to start removing the clients nails. This made me upset, not more than 2 min of me walking away and she starts another person. When i returned she quickly painted my nails causing the polish to smear on my skin. I could tell she didnt want to lose business so she applied the top coat to red tip nails that caused the red color to tint the supposed to be clear area. The process started off ok but ended with me walking out dissatisfied. They need to learn to take their time. Make each client a priority before starting another person. I had the worst experience ever there. The nail gal who I had seen for years gave away my appt when I was 8 minutes late. I had a pedicure, and full set scheduled a day before my wedding, I always tip very well...they were just trying to squeeze in more customers. I offered to come back or go somewhere else because my daughter had a hair appt soon . She insisted she would get right to me. Well, 35 minutes later she did and I asked her to scrape heel callous, but she said no., but she worked so fast. When she got to my nails I had to ask her to slow down and told her 3 times she was hurting me, it was very painful. I showed her pictures but, she cut them too short for the look I wanted. She got angry and then lied saying I was 15 minutes late and it was my fault she had to work so fast.when I left I was bleeding under my thumb. I had to put 3 band aids on my fingers from the cuts when I got home. My hands hurt SO bad on my wedding day and they looked horrible. A week later all but my thumb nails just popped off. Just fell off lol. That was a first, normally a finger or two will lift a bit. The place is dirty and they always talk in a language to eachother instead of chatting with customers. I will never be back. I am looking for a clean, classy salon. I say zero stars, but the app makes me do one lol. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star from me. When I lived in Tacoma I used to go to this place and the first lady that did my nails did it how I wanted, but then she started to lack off. Then I tried it again after 12 years later. Now I know why I stopped going here. The lady who did my nails gave me a wacked fill didn't do a good job at all. 2 days after my fills, 2 of my nails cracked on the side and 1 broken. When I went back on the 4th day to try an fixed it, she did a half ass job and charged me $10 for an ugly nail repair. I've been doing my nails for 20+years and I've never been charged for a nail repair after 2 days later! The stupid thing is I even tipped the lady. The worst experience ever and will never again go back to this nail salon. Im pretty upset cus I rather drive 20 mins to give them a another try to get disappointed especially when there's like so many nails salon a walk away from me! I have been getting my nails done for years and this is hands down the WORST place I have ever been out of the 30+ places I have gone to. I walked in because I had to pick up contacts next door and needed a new set. The place was filthy and "Cathy" was on her cell phone irritated that I had walked in interrupting her call opposing on her to actually take on a client. She is still on the phone heavily gossiping as she is removing my nails with A tool I have never had anyone use. Due to her irritation and her phone call she rips off my real nail. I'm taking the center of my nail BlOOD squirting everywhere. So now she is more irritated and pours something that burns like fire on my bloody ripped open finger and doesn't warn me. I've never had this happen in the 15 years I've been an avid nailaholic. She then tells me " no big deal" mind you she is still working on my nails with blood all over the counter. She grabs. Dirty set of clippers and just keeps yacking on her phone then uses the tools and places the files blood covered back into their resting place. I ask her if it's sanitary and if putting on a set of nails on an exposed ripped nail was going to cause bacteria. She ignores me and continues on. So then I hear another lady telling her client about the fungus on her feet and after her pedicure she doesn't change or sanitize the water! So Cathy finishes my French tips and they are hideous the acrylic is not even my cuticles are thick and then says. "fourty dollars". This is more than I pay for the powder colors. She just ripped off my nails left my blood on everything and expects me to pay more than her price listing. I'm far too passive I pay I don't tip and walked out drove down to Puyallup to a place I trust and they fixed me up. If you want somewhere sanitary and just an overall good experience do nOT go here.
