Basically, I had a bad experience a few years back and have not returned. Just last week for Mother's Day, my husband and kids purchased a gift certificate for me here unknowingly. I thought I'd try again since it had been a while and things may have changed for the better... ABSOLUTELY NOT. I was super hesitant about getting another nail service here based on previous experience but decided to give the salon another shot. I opted to try out the tanning services instead of nail services at first and read the vibes before committing to anything else. As I walked in all three employees were sitting in pedicure chairs eating or on their phones. Honestly that wouldn't have even bothered me except for the fact they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by coming in. I had called earlier to enquire about tan pricing and was told it was $20 for 5 tans, nothing else. When I asked to redeem my gift certificate for tanning the woman looked stumped and had to ask the man for information. Once they finally figured it out she asked me what room I wanted and I didn't realize there was more than one? Apparently the 5 tans for $20 was in a dirty room with a tanning bed that looked like it was from the 80's. Nobody bothered to mention that. There were two other options for ridiculously upgraded fees OFC... in both of those rooms (they let me look) looked unkept and not super sanitary. I kindly asked if I could possibly refund the gift certificate as I wasn't comfortable with the facilities or pricing for the services. They refused and began chatting in another language. The guy (same one who jacked up my pedicure years prior) began to literally argue with me about how they were the best priced tanning beds in town and yada yada yada. I wasn't even being difficult, just simply (and politely mind you) asking for a refund. I've literally never been treated this poorly or even been a witness to anyone being treated like this EVER. This place is terrible. The women didn't seem to know what was going on so it probably had nothing to do with them, the guy on the other hand is just rude and argumentative. Never again!!

The shop itself is super clean and you can tell it's very well maintained. We were greeted at the door and everyone was incredibly warm and inviting. We both got pedicures but my mom opted to add on a manicure as well. My mom's nail tech (for the pedi) did an absolutely amazing job and took her time making her comfortable from start to finish. As for the manicure, the woman did it simultaneously with her pedicure and that was probably not the best idea . She was on her phone for half of it and didn't even touch her cuticles. To finish, the paint was awful. My pedicure was also super mid which is fine, but the paint was also bad. Thankfully everyone was really friendly and the one pedicure outweighed all else. I regret not getting the name of the nail tech that did my mom's pedicure because she is the real MVP here.

Instead of properly fixing the placement or explaining anything, she said she would fix it but just layered acrylic over the top. I was charged $90 for my set and it has already started lifting and it hasn't even been 6 days. For that price, I expected much better quality and nails that would last longer. I do like the design they did, but the customer service and durability of the nails didn't match the price.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way my daughter was treated today. The American lady doing her…read morenails was extremely rude and made my daughter feel uncomfortable about the colors she had chosen, telling her that she should not have picked certain colors because they were too sheer. As the nail professional, shouldn't you be the one who knows which colors will work well together and which ones may not? My daughter asked for a nail to be corrected and you sighed and became upset, at one point you got up told your coworker to finish her nails grab your bag and walked away. There was absolutely no reason for my daughter to be treated that way. She was respectful and simply wanted to get her nails done.
