6-16-25 my friend and I came too this location (returning customers as well) just too get pedicures.The pedicure was actually nice but I had a change of heart and wanted my nails too match my toes and when I asked for the color change one of the male workers told us it was 30 dollars for a nail polish change when it's literally posted on the website that it's 15 dollars. After all of the money I've spent their overtime... I didn't appreciate being lied too about something as simple as a polish change. At the time I didn't even think too pull up the prices but when I came home I was curious also confused so I looked at their website ... and sure enough it was a completely different price.. Definitely will not be coming back. We decided to surprise both of our daughters with getting their toes done. I made an appt for 4 people at 2pm. When we got there, we sat in the pedicure chairs for over an hour before they were even able to start on two of us. my first time here and this place is a 10/10! I called at 9:50am for an appointment at 10:30am. Walked in and it was B U S Y! The people working acknowledged me and were very kind. I sat and waited until around 11:13am which was fine with me because they were so busy. I dont remember who did my nails but I know it wasnt annie BUT whomever it was she did her thang and I love them!!! I'm only giving a 3 rating because I don't think the man understood me. A language barrier isn't his fault. I asked if they used methyl methacrylate (MMA) in their products. I was told no. I have severe reactions to this chemical. Turns out this place uses MMA!!! My fingers itch, burn, are peeling, splitting, and "my" nails are lifting from my nail bed because of the swelling. I am SO happy with these chrome nails. I was pretty sure they wouldnt be busy on halloween but i called in just to make sure and got there about an hour before close. The man who did my nails did a really great job. He took a lot of time to make sure i liked them and they were even. Also side note: a lady came in around 30 minutes before close and asked them if they could do a shellac color change. He said he could do it tomorrow but when she told him she drove 45 minutes to get there, he took her anyway and did her nails too. The other 2 ladies in there getting their nails done were super sweet and funny. We were all complimenting each others nails and outfits. It was a great time. These chrome nails were $41 dollars $20 for fill. $10 for gel polish. $10 for chrome and $1 for a baggie with a nail file and buffer you can bring with you each time you come back. I will definitely be returning. My nails turned out great i love them! read more

Yikes. I got a gift card for my birthday that I was waiting to use! I had a picture of what I wanted, exactly. Shape,color, length. Now I understand if some requests are just not achievable based on your nail shape and every artist is different. But I feel like what I requested was fairly simple, and it was a picture of my nails a few months ago created by a different artist at a different salon. I showed the male nail technician a picture of my nails that I wanted him to attempt to recreate for me. Color wasn't the same, shape isn't the same and it looks like my nails are pointing up, they didn't curve them down. I got a really bad toe infection here. I think the tools they used were not cleaned properly. I noticed pain the day after and now it's infected. I do not normally have this issue. That being said I did get very good customer service here and they were very nice to me and my 4 year old daughter for her pedicure, so it makes me sad to write this. I used to love this place. Lately I'm not sure what's going on with them but service has gone down tremendously. I get a pedicure and they do not pay attention to the fact that my feet is extremely dry. After my pedicure my soles were drier than they were before I came. If I could give them a 4.5 stars, I would. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 stars is because of the price of their pedicure. I pay almost double what I pay in Tacoma for a pedi. But clearly, it must be worth it since I keep coming back! Haha. Its $35 for the Spa pedicure and $45 for the Aroma Spa. I'm not sure if I am getting the names correctly, but essentially, their first and second levels. There are more expensive pedi choices, but these are the only two I have personally tried. It is crazy how much of a difference there is between the two. I love the Aroma choice! I literally felt the difference in the softness of my skin. They NEVER rush my pedicure even when they get busy which I love and most importantly, the ladies have always been so sweet and polite. And lastly, they always do such a good paint job. The polish looks shiny and neat. I've been to places where I feel like the nail polish is dull and old and just makes my pedi look a week old. I was already upset with the way my nails turn out and would have been livid if i had to pay more than the $40 for their basic. All my nails seem to have random shapes and thickness, polish chipped within hours and just over all sloppy. The acrylic on my fingers was never cleaned off, nor was the paint on my fingertips. I had to come home after paying to try and reshape and clean up.. there's nothing i can do about the lumps in acrylic so just money down the drain. It was not. The job that was done today could've been done by any mediocre nail salon around me.
