Instead of having the technician who greeted me at the door do my pedicure, there was a technician who had me wait until she finished her lunch. She proceeded with my pedicure. She dug into three nails of mine which was painful. I said ouch, she stopped, looked at me and continued with what she was doing. when I went to pay, the person helping me didn't understand English. They had a computer and asked if I was paying cash. I said no. there were two machines. I didn't understand the reason for the two machines. I think one was for the service, but I'm not sure what the second machine was for. I ended not tipping because the person checking me out didn't understand. read more

Don't go... mediocre service at best. Any other nail salon would probably be better. I can say I have not experience this low level of service in a very long time from a nail salon. It's like they're not even trying. The place is pretty big, but not many people in there. It's cute and it looks like they serve alcoholic as well as no alcoholic beverages. This was my first time visiting this nail salon, I had met a girlfriend there for pedicures & mani's since she lives in that area. I was hopeful as we showed up right when they opened with no appointment and was placed right away into pedicure chairs. My friend had a nail tech show up right away and hand her the service menu. I sat in my chair for about 5 minutes before a nail tech showed up. My friend handed me her menu so I could review it and decide which pedicure service I was going to receive since my nail tech did not provide one to me. We both requested the same service. I think it was the organic pedicure with gel nail polish. Since we had both ordered the same service, this is where I started to notice a little bit of a discrepancy between the service the nail tech my friend had versus the one I had. My nail tech did not seem to want to be there. He was checked out watching the football game and jamming his finger or thumb into the top of my foot like some caveman who couldn't speak when he would want me to move my foot into the water or flatten it out so the gel lamp could go over top of it rather than asking me. I would notice things being done to my friend that her nail tech was doing that my nail tech wasn't. Like the orange powder that your feet are supposed to soak in was not added to my water until the very end right before they drained the tub. Just overall not very attentive at all, no communication, and no customer service skills. When it was time for the manicure.... I noticed the nail tech also doing this with my friend ...which is the aggressive pushing and pulling of fingers and hands. I get you need to have my hand closer or it needs to go under the UV lamp....but you don't have to pull on it and be aggressive. Oh and the long thumb nail that the tech had (gag) that he would gouged and drag around my cuticle or the side of my nail to clean up polish that got on my skin. It was painful and aggravating and I was two seconds away from just throwing my hands up in the air paying and leaving that sh!t hole. The lady doing my nails was very rude and gave me attitude the entire time. She was rude about the color I wanted and told me to go find a different color if i didn't want to one she picked. I asked for a specific flower design and showed a picture for reference and she said "i know what to do i don't need your picture" she then proceeded to NOT do the correct design and it was not at all what i wanted. My nails were all different shapes and lengths and the french tip design was different shapes as well. $75 just to go home and fix the nails myself is ridiculous. Not a happy camper! Checked this place out for a change. Showed a pic of how I want my nails done. He said he could do it, then later he tells me he doesn't have the color to do the design. Doesn't speak much. I asked for his opinion but doesn't make the effort to share his opinion nor recommend what's best for his customer. Went in for a pedicure. The nail tech didn't have any kind of consultation before starting. No question on shape or what I was looking for. She then was cutting my cuticles, resulting in me bleeding, and then proceeded to rub oil in it which was uncomfortable. Nails were cut too short and uneven, she was terribly rough. This was my first visit and I so wanted to like this place. Unfortunately my nails look really bad. They used dip which I like, but my nails are unevenly filed, crooked, lumpy and scuffed within 20 minutes of leaving. I assume the scuffs are from them not having me keep my nails under the UV light long enough after applying the top coat. As for the rest, I'm afraid it's just poor attention to detail and/or lack of experience. I will not be returning. read more

I had an appointment at 5pm. No one even talked to me until 5:15 (I arrived at 4:55pm) I was finally sat at 5:25, wrapped my dip nails and sat there while they began to work on another customer. I watched her due a full fill. They took my foils off at 6- remember I had an appointment at 5, so it's already been an hour. Any other place I'd be getting ready to go home. I told them to take the foils off and I would find another place - I didn't have another hour to waste on nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, unless all you have is time!!! i NEVER post reviews but i want to warn others. absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I left crying my eyes out. I had an appointment at 10:15, I got sat down pretty quickly. The lady came over and said she was going to remove my nails, so she put the cotton with acetone and tinfoil on my nails, and I sat there for an hour before anyone came to continue my nails & its only because I said something. The lady next to me also had somebody working on her nails for a minute and then they just left her with the acrylic tips on and they hadn't even cut them yet. she sat there for about 40 minutes before she got taken back. in the time that I was sitting there with this acetone on my fingers, the lady that started my nails had done two pedicures and didn't bother to come let me know the status of anything. she didn't tell me she'd be there in a minute or what was going on. they take on way too many customers then you guys are able to serve at a time. they took at least five pedicures in the time that I was sitting down when you hadn't even started on my nails or the ladies nails next to me. One of the pedicures was also getting her nails done and she got taken back and worked on right away the whole time. when both the girls were finished i assumed they would finish mine, nope, they went and serviced other people. I then told them to take off the acetone and cut my nails down and I'm just gonna go somewhere else. The lady insisted that she put more acetone on my nails and I told her no because I know that pure acetone is not good for your skin or nails anyways as they already had acetone sitting on my nails for an hour. so by that time they just cut my nails down and I left. I was extremely upset because this was my first time coming here and I was really excited because I read the reviews and they were really great. I also had a 20% off coupon that I was going to use as a first time customer. again, this was literally the worst experience I've ever had, I've never ever had to walk out of a nail salon, let alone crying. read more

The salon is upscale, shiny and new. Prices are fair to the economy. Everyone was friendly. You are offered a beverage while you wait to have your service. There were so many colors to choose from. I only had a manicure with Thao aka Evelynn and she was great My nails look amazing. read more

do not go here...it was my first time in here and i saw good reviews so i went in to get an acrylic fill (none of my nails were broken, one was lifting a little when i walked in.) alex was the nail tech that worked on my nails. i mentioned to them that my nail was lifted a little and he proceeded to practically rip off 2 of my nails with nail clippers. definitely by far one of the worst experiences at a nail place. i told them that what they were doing hurt and they continued after giggling a little. my nails were medium long curved when i walked in, the two nails that alex ripped off and replaced one were not the same style as my other 8 nails(alex made my nails not curved which is fine but when they asked what shape i wanted at the beginning and i asked for the same length coffin nails and they asked everything the same and i said yes. during the shaping process he made one of my ring fingers much shorter then all of my other nails and i asked for them to fix it and they did after going back and forth with me about it but i just wanted my nails all the same length. alex also didn't wear gloves during any of the appointment. read more
