Depending on your pain tolerance (mine is high) it wasn't so bad, a few unexpected yelps here and there but not terribly. The products used smell wonderful and feels amazing! This one is close to my house and has good reviews so I got my brows done as a trial to see if I wanted to continue going here for more. I got my first ever brazilian sugaring done with KayCee and she was terrific! I've had some pretty bad experiences with waxing -- including being burnt by the wax but this time was so much better! KayCee walked me through each step, and did a phenomenal job of talking me through breathing exercises in the more sensitive areas. I reviewed each photo and review carefully and also took a peek at their IG and became very intrigued! So to test the waters I bought the yelp deal ($30 for $50) and tried a ... Facial - Jocelyn is such a sweetheart. She made me feel very welcomed and gave me a nice relaxing facial; however my skin didn't look like I just got a facial like it can after a really effective one but it's ok. I still enjoyed it. Lashes - Then i decided to try lashes with Jasmine. Luckily my previous lash lady had written out the details such as curl and length of each section so I shared that with Jasmine and she was able to create the same look I've been going with for the last 3 years. I really appreciate her listening to how I wanted it and when she was done I was so happy to see her work. I felt amazing walking out. Salon - This place is stunning. You can tell whoever is behind the design has a really great eye for modern, chic, interior design that just makes you feel pretty just being there! I got a Brazilian done by an apprentice here. I understand the apprentice is a not a very practiced sugarist but I has a really rough experience. The service took 1.5 hours just for my Brazilian. After 30 minutes, my skin was very tender and sensitive for obvious reasons so the pain was unbearable for the remaining hour. Even after having to endure 90 minutes, I still was asked to pay $70 for the service . Since then, I have gone to a new place in Puyallup. The results are better, it was only 10 minutes and they charge $55. read more

So let me start out by saying I've been to over 10 different sugarist and have never complained... I am highly unhappy I feel completely ripped off... I came in the woman doing my sugaring made me feel awful. They did not do what I had wanted done. she seemed more specialized in lashes. It was an complete awful experience that I ended up paying a lot for nothing. I have sensitive skin and I'm very fair so I know that can be difficult. But out of over 10 I've never been made to feel this way. Also she seemed to have to go ask someone else for everything I had absolutely o confidence in her skills or abilities. My first impression of the place was that I was immediately in awe with how cute and professional it looked. I had Sam as my esthetician and I felt very comfortable with her. I've been here two times this week and had incredible experiences both times. The first visit was for an extended bikini sugar. I've been waxed multiple times, I've tried shaving, and I frequently resort to an electric trimmer because EVERYTHING else irritates my bikini line. It's been two days post-sugar and there is no irritation at all. I am SO impressed with the miracle Kelsey performed on my bikini line. Hallelujah. My second visit was for a facial. Holy buckets. I fell asleep. Twice. It was incredible! The microdermabrasion was really fun, too. It's crazy to see what comes off of your skin! Morgan is a magician. I cannot wait to do this again.
