I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I got my nails done on Friday night, and by Sunday morning they were already falling off, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the shape wasn't what I asked for at all--they looked uneven and poorly done. It looked like the nail lady didn't even fill my whole nail with acrylic. So it already looks like I need a fill. I went back in to have them fix it, and tried to tell them the exact color I originally used. They refused to even look for it and instead just picked something that "looked similar," without listening to me. It felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously at all. Between the poor quality of the work and the lack of customer service, I definitely won't be coming back. I would not recommend this salon if you're looking for nails that last or a team that actually listens to what you want. read more

My friend and I came here on a Tuesday afternoon to get pedicures. We didn't have an appointment, but were able to be taken right away which was nice! They had a nice range of color options. We both did the deluxe lavender spa pedicure which was $60 and included so much for the price. Tina was my nail tech and she was awesome! The best part was the 16 min massage and hot stones. You also are offered a drink, they have coke products and even alcoholic beverages. We got diet cokes. I would definitely come back here, the whole experience was so relaxing. my sister and I went in there a walk-in asked for a pedicure and a full.they were busy but got us in within five minutes to do our pedicures. to gel like i always do they wanted an additional 18 on top of the 40 for a regular pedicure. for our fill it was 50 and they were very rude and disrespectful. had a small crack on my nail and they wanted to charge me to fix. it was just a horrible expensive and very disrespectful staff. i always tip when i get my nails done but my sister and i decided not to cause of how we were treated. read more

Very disappointed with the quality of service I received on two visits at this location. First off they do not give an itemized receipt so when you get your bill it's a shock. On my recent visit I was charged a total of $150 before tax for a gel manicure and gel pedicure which is outrageous. Also, both times I had manicures done they did not last and severely damaged my nails. I tried dip on the first visit which chipped within the first week, then I tried basic gel on the second visit and this caused half my nails to break and crack. Simply put, I won't be back and I recommend everyone get their nails done elsewhere. read more

10/23/23 Needed a manicure and pedicure prior to my Austin, Texas trip. My nails looked so horrible and needed a fixing asap. I looked up a nail salon with good reviews and found this place. The employees were very nice. For my manicure, I opted for the powder brush type (forgot the name). #06 Yoshino cherry color. I was advised that it was the latest type and it would last longer and would cost more. For my pedicure, it was a simple gel polish with some sparkles. I was offered water or orange juice. I took the orange juice. That was so sweet. I was done in about 1hour and 45 mins time frame. My bill came out quite an unexpected amount. Higher than normal Overall, a great experience. read more

I've been coming here for years. Today I saw Dan. My foot's cut in three different places. They tried blaming "me" for my cuticles being "dry". That's a really deep cut for one for my cuticles being dry. Both my feet look terrible. That's the worst pedicure I've ever received in my life. I got "cuticle oil" so next time hopefully they don't cut me because my cuticles were dry. I've never experienced this and my feet look the same every time I come in. read more

Service was phenomenal! The quality of Dan's work was excellent, outstanding and immaculate!!! Sophia who did my sisters nails was also amazing!! The environment was so clean, and not angry or awkward like a lot of nail salons. It felt fun and comfortable asking for what we wanted. We laughed with Dan and Sophia and had a great sister date! The total for all of the designs and the gel polish with a new set of acrylics was $102 after tax plus I happily left Dan a $20 tip. The price was amazing! Look at my nails! ($25-$50 quality nails don't exist anymore so I don't get why people complain about price) Because everything is so expensive now a days I thought it would be way more for a set like this, but they are priced very fair and so detailed in the work that we had no problem paying for this quality level of nails! absolutely love them and we'll be back for both Dan and Sophia! I've been here twice now, I've enjoyed the short wait when I walk in! I've worked with Linh for my pedicure, and she is amazing! She is honest and thorough in doing her work. Sophia did my full set acrylic nails, and she did an amazing job too! Overall, I recommend this place! The only downside is, they give you a baggie with the nail tools in there to bring to your nail appointment. If you don't bring the bag to your appointment, you will be charged for another set, it's inconvenient. read more
